I planned a trip to Portugal to get my very first tattoo here because I fell in love with Ann's work, while randomly searching for tattoo inspirations on Instagram. And I am so so happy with the result! <3 Ann gave me all the time I needed to decide on the final design. You can really tell that she loves her work. I felt very seen and secure with her. Thank you so much!! The first picture is the fresh tattoo, the second is from about 2,5 months later.

Queen of Hearts has a top team. From the beginning of walking inside, through the process and until the end, they provided an amazing service. The artist Ann, did a great job, very friendly, very communicative and does her job professionally on a high level. Can only recommend to anyone who is in Lisbon and wants to get a tattoo done. I had an idea of a design, but Ann managed to design one herself in a short amount of time that looked way better and fitted into my expectations even more then i had in my head. I'm amazed. Thanks very much again!

Came here before for my multiple ear piercings and now brought my niece for her navel piercing. Absolutely amazing service! Everything explained and shown clearly, the procedure itself is sterile and all questions about aftercare answered. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! I walked in without an appointment and they fit me in right away. The piercing was quick, professional, and turned out perfect. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place in Lisbon!
