Sprouts Farmers Market

They are increasingly better than Whole Foods for grocery - but I usually only shop their sales and pair that when they have free delivery deals. Their instacart shoppers aren’t always the best though. I have had issues with them on multiple occasions at the Kessler location. Spirits can’t control that as far as I know. Glad to have it in Oak Cliff - but Cox Farms and Ann’s are still my faves

Had a great experience at this location! Highly recommend. I had gone to another location closer to my house to try to return items (purchased at that same location) but they weren’t able to help since they didn’t know how to process the return, which was frustrating. I was in the area for this location today and decided to stop by to check it out and try to return my items. The service manager Erica was great and beyond helpful! I highly recommend this location, it is organized, clean and the service is top tier!

I like the fact that they sell bags here. The green fiber type, useful and not too expensive. I come here quite often, and everyone here is so helpful. I feel the place has better vibes than say whole foods. I like how they don't have red 40 and stuff like that in their foods. Its a better store, more expensive - but healthier imo. Its worth going to. I come here very often

Don’t come to this location if you want a toasted sandwich. I tried asking for my sandwich to be toasted and the lady taking my order got very upset saying they don’t have a toaster and then asked me how I expect her to toast the sandwich. I told her that’s fine if it’s not toasted and she walked away to make my sandwich while loudly talking to herself and kept complaining. It also took 5 minutes for somebody just to acknowledge I had placed a sandwich order. Not worth coming to this location if you want a sandwich. I’ll be going to a different location moving forward.

Welcome to oakcliff! Finally decided to come take a look after all the hype of the grand opening. The store is very organized and clean. We went to find seamoss. While looking at them we had an employee help us and even had samples of each one. With other various samples. She was very helpful and polite along with the rest of the staff. Best sprouts we have been to thus far

Can be a bit pricey but they have great specials that offset the pricing. The produce section is small but mighty. This store beats any major grocery chain simply due to the simplified layout, limited but diverse grocery options and less congestion.

Trying to support the community in which I grew up in, but never will again I’ll stay in my area. No Visibility of management. Their advertising be hot honey sushi they are out so I waited for 38 minutes for someone to come back from break to make it but nobody knows where the sushi preps are. I asked the manager he called. Waited five more minutes. no one is there and was told by one of the deli clerks at the manager, stated that I had to buy whatever is there. No mention if they ran out of the ingredients to make it or not. Update: Called another sprout and they mentioned that it was made by a third-party. Glad I called another one because no one at the Hampton location seem to know they seem to be under the impression that it could be made in store.

I stopped in last week and was immediately struck by how clean this store was. I mean museum-level clean. Like, I half expected someone to hand me white gloves at the door. I came in on a very important mission: unicorn milk. Sadly, they were out. I checked every aisle, every cooler, even places unicorn milk absolutely should not be. No luck. That's when I happened to strike up a conversation with the manager, Erica, and let me tell you, this is where the story takes a turn into legend. Upon learning they were out of unicorn milk, Erica didn't apologize like a normal manager. No. Erica took responsibility on a global scale. I'm pretty sure she immediately booked a flight to Switzerland, tracked down a unicorn, milked it herself, and somehow had it delivered straight to my front door. I don't even remember giving her my address, but honestly? That's just the level of customer service we're dealing with here. Clean store. Incredible staff. Mythical problem-solving skills. I will absolutely be back the next time I'm in the area, and I sincerely hope Erica is working, because if she can pull off that, I can't imagine what she does on a slow day. Highly recommend. But seriously, great store, always has what I need in stock, great customer service. I really did have a conversation with Erica, not about unicorn milk, and she was extremely helpful.

Since moving back to Dallas, this grocery has been a mainstay. I would say it's on par with Natural Grocers. It just depends on what items you need for that shop. Easy aisles to navigate. Solid grilling options available. Bevs- cool to try new items. Custom sandwich line works via slip paper, marking your choices and turning that in stop the deli items counter. Be sure that a staff member sees ya leaving your order there. Staff is mostly chill/lots of turn over. Promo chips by the deli, as well. Love the grab and go salads near the deli. Teas/kombuchas tends to get moved around. Feel free to ask on their whereabouts, if need be. Chill seating area for in-house dining. Right now, there hosting an Awesome BoGo sale. Get yours! This location carries a lot of solid local beauty and wellness lines. That coffee bean aisle tho. Delicious smell! From prepped crudités, to coffees, to cereal, etc., there are a ton of healthier options to choose from. Plus, this store samples things all the time-ie gut health bars, pimento cheese chips and more, Ice cream --Nice to have non-dairy frozen options this time of year! Sometimes, Instagram will send me a fun promo. Great way to try new items. Register for a free membership and get those savings. Funny cards and lovely flower bouquets located by self check-out. Self check out tends to be the fastest line here. Bring a bag for a discount. Ample parking in their lot. Happy shopping!

I came in for a sandwich that I was recommended and it did not disappoint! I ended up buying all my groceries from here. Store is clean and everything is so fresh! The staff was so helpful and polite. This place will become my go-to store ! when I was there Milton helped me out and directed me to everything I needed! Thanks so much for your help Milton!

I had an amazing experience at this location, thanks to the outstanding service from Milton. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction, and I truly appreciate his help. I'll definitely be returning because of the excellent service! Highly recommend!

Their deli workers need to slow down & maybe go through another training! I got a sandwich with no tomato's, she put tomato on it the goes "oh no tomato" took it off and put it back in the tomato bin. If I were to be allergic to tomatoes and not seen that it could've ended up bad. She also forgot 3 of the things I wanted on my sandwich. They tried to say that they "had no avocados anywhere in the store".... I was staring at a perfectly fresh avocado next to her hand that they just didn't want to slice. I've never been to a sprouts where I couldn't get it toasted, she said I couldn't. I was staring at the toaster behind her. like what? This was the worst deli experience I've had a sprouts & I'll be making the drive up some to the next sprouts where the service is quality & they care!

This is the most sleazy grocery store around. In the middle of a recession and endless higher costs everywhere they are now starting to charge for their crappy bags. Absolutely insane to spend hundreds of dollars on groceries only to have to pay for bags if you dont want to hand carry them all out. Staff is lazy, useless and the store is filthy. Hope this company goes out of business and is replaced by a grocery store that doesnt charge for bags. Charging for bags = lost our family as a customer for good.

I recently visited the Mockingbird location - I went in to shop for vitamins. Alberto greeted me and helped me make a selection. He was very welcoming and nice.. he had a wealth of knowledge on the products and offered recommendations. I thanked him and he didn't hover as I continued to read through some of the labels.. then, when I had additional questions, he was nearby and happily helped answer them. I really appreciated his kindness, attentiveness, and product knowledge - the exact kind of thing that makes for great customer service.

I really enjoy this store and it's products but their cashier Samantha made my experience horrible! I was the only one in line and she rushed me the entire time. She didn't great me at all, no "hi" "hello" "did you find everything okay?" just silence. The first thing she spoke to me was to put my hand cart under the register at the end of the station. As I go to complete my transaction she jumps ahead and cancels the Sprouts login for your phone number on the keypad. I advised I was going to put my number in and she rudely rolled her eyes and said that's for people who are signed up for Sprouts rewards -- so I respond that I am so she cancelled my transaction by telling me to take my card out. No apology or sorry for assuming or jumping ahead. So I complete my transaction and she doesn't even gather my bags so I can get them in arms reach. I'm literally having to reach over the end of the register as someone has just now brought their items to check out and I'm reaching over that persons stuff to get my bags. I don't know what's the problem but this entire interaction was uncalled for and unprofessional.

The head cashier Valencia Has a rude and unpleasant demeanor. She is reluctant to help with the return of an unsatisfactory item. Her attitude was aggressive and dismissive throughout our entire interaction. When the transaction was complete and I thanked her for her time she ignored my pleasantry and dismissed my presence. Seek alternative locations to support sprouts

Horrible store for the lower Greenville/ Henderson area. I prefer/recommend Kroger or Whole Foods! The times I have visited to get lunch there are not many employees & the one employee at the deli takes a full hour to make a sandwich and will purposely make it wrong even after seeing multiple people view the menu, you don't get what you want on the paper slip. I could've made this $7 sandwich better at home with what I ACTUALLY wanted

I enjoy going to this grocery store, everyone is super friendly and outstanding service. Plus I like that every this is super organic and not processed nasty food. The crew is really sweet, enjoy the ambience! Please check this store out and ignore the poor reviews.

A better whole foods in my opinion! They run more sales - have a great fresh food section for fruits and veggies, and their prepared section is great. Boars Head sandwiches are a great value as well, prepared fresh. Deals switch on Wednesday and they have a great app for digital coupons to save even more. Can usually find a good deal on stuff they are getting rid of for close out, have snagged some good items for low prices. $5 sushi Wednesday is the best day to visit, $5 for any sushi roll! Much better than kroger sushi. Easy parking, and plenty of other stuff in the area as well. Staff is super friendly here, see the same workers all the time!

I've ordered from here twice via Instagram. The selection rivals Whole Foods but at half the price. Take advantage of the many sales and specials and save some serious $

If you read other low rating reviews below, you will see I am not the only one. I have been shopping multiple Sprouts locations for years, until yesterday. My favorite items to get were there flavored sausages. Over the years, I have seen the price go from $1.99 per lb up to $5.99. Speaking with meat department employees, they told me that it is their new (since 2019) CEO, Jack Sinclair, who came from Wal Mart Groceries, that escalated prices, streamlined efficiency, and took away the sausages actually being put together IN STORE, to having them made in a central location and shipping them out. I was also told that most customers have made the same complaint and that the only way they could now sell a high priced sausage was to pre-package them (3-4 per package) and discount the per pound price by $3-5 and put them out with other packaged meats. This reduced need for more employees. The attitude of those behind the counter expressed gratitude of "At least I have a job. So many other lost theirs." Now, these guys have always been so nice, friendly and helpful, but now, they are heads down low and not making eye contact. Understandable. But Friday was a different story. Yes, it was New Years Eve and so many people were shopping for their holiday. I have chosen to mainly purchase packaged chopped kale for many of my recipes. The large bag, going for around $3.65 a bag, was very convenient, compared to using fresh, bunched. On this past Friday morning, kale was the only item I needed. Sprouts has a policy of discounting the customers' final cost at the cash register by $0.05 if they bring in their own bags, saving Sprouts an extra cost for getting you out the door AND expresses their gratitude to the customers for being environmentally aware for using bags over and over. This past Friday, there were two cashiers lanes open and there were 8 people in each lane, which is a call for management to open another lane. Standing in line, I heard one cashier call over the intercom for a manager. Within 60 seconds, a man came up and opened another lane. I got in that line with only two others in front of me. I also offered a man from another line who was originally in front of me holding three items, to come into my lane in front of me, because the customer in front of him had a FULL shopping cart. So, by the time I got to my turn to be rung up, I got no greeting from the manager, like all the previous in front of me did. All I got was "That will be $3.95." I gave him a $5 and then asked him "Good morning. How are you? Did you find everything in the store OK today?" Asking these questions to most cashiers, who are notoriously underpaid for handling money and being the last line of customer service, or let's ever call it a part of branding image from a corporate awareness, puts a smile on the cashiers' faces and heightens their attitude. But this manager continued to look down and not make eye contact with me. He handed me $1.05 in change and said "Have a great day," turning his attention to the next person in line and ever greeted her appropriately. I looked at my receipt and saw that there was not a $0.05 bringing my own bag in discount given to me. YES! It is only $0.05, but it's MY money. So, I asked him if Sprouts had discontinued to pay out the nickel for helping the environment and the manager stopped dead in his tracks from ringing up the current person in front of him, pressed a few buttons, opened the cash drawer, pulled out a nickel, handed it to me and said "Here ya go." That's it! No apology to me or the current customer in front of him. No admitting responsibility from deleting from company procedure. After seeing prices go up 200% in some areas of Sprouts, wouldn't it be possible to increase that savings to the customer as well? Sure everyone has bad days. The manager could have been having a horrific day, but I am shopping their because of the branding of being a community of open air friendliness, quality and good prices. Sprouts failed me for the last time. I will now get my kale at an Aldi (organic, thinner cut strips of kale, my preference, with about 2/3 of the Sprouts package and about the same price). No. This goes all the way back to the CEO, Jack Sinclair, raising the earning reports for investors and sucking out every inch of using the Sprouts' employees until they drop. There was one employee there that had been there for many years, a head cashier. She ALWAYS spoke one-on-one with me. She told me of another location going to be opened up close by and was hoping to be offered a bigger management position in that store, but that didn't happen. I saw sadness in her face from then on and over the past few times, have not even seen her there. I guess enough is enough goes through out all the company.

This was my first time at a Sprouts and I specifically came here for 1 reason, scallops!! My friends and I arrived close to closing and we realized the fresh meat section was closed; we were devastated. And then we met Kate. Kate was so nice and so funny and jokingly fussed at us for coming so late. However, she made sure we got our scallops! It's people like Kate that give me hope for the future. Good customer service goes a long way! Also, the scallops were so fresh and so good!

Five stars just because it's whole food not at Whole Foods. Get your stuff without funding Bezos atomic clock project in West Texas.

Woke America has officially hit this store, no one checks you out anymore, you get charged higher prices to check yourself out while 'employees' stand there and watch you do it. What do they get paid to do? Do better Sprouts! Sprouts has turned into the new Walmart

My new favorite Sprouts! After moving, I was thrilled to see that I still have a neighborhood Sprouts. This one has an even bigger produce selection than the Marsh Lane store. They have the best grocery store prices on fresh organic produce that I've ever seen. The flyer sales are usually really good, and don't forget about about "double ad Wednesday." On Wednesdays, prices in both the current and last week flyer are honored. Keep your eye on the sales flyer because it also always has discounts on the bulk bin items and frozen organic foods. This location offers a huge parking lot. Staff is friendly and helpful. The store is neat and clean. There is also an all natural body products section, bakery, small olive bar, and take out sandwich area.

I live in Florida but just went shopping at Sprouts during a recent visit. I must say, I could move to Texas, shop at Sprouts and never miss a Publix (my local supermarket). Sprouts had a lot of easy prepared meals to grab if you didn't feel like cooking. A salad bar, a trail mix area, even fresh squeezed juices, A bakery and a sub station. They had a ton of organic, gluten free options too. This place rocks!! Hello Sprouts, good bye Publix!

The shopping experience was fine. However, when I got to the register the clerk was not there for a minute or so. Then when she did show up there was no hello, no acknowledgement other than to ask how many orders I had. At the end of the transaction there was no 'thank you'. Actually she didn't say anything when we were done. Just thought it was rude.

I love Sprouts! They have amazing produce here and the prices are not too bad if you're careful. The frozen meals section is a little small, but the meals they do have are unique and tasty! I also love the natural beauty section. You can save money if you bring your own bags.

Love sprouts but this location needs more cashiers. Thursday night 9PM, one register open, 11 people ahead of me. While the people who work the deli and meat counters during the day are nice, the night staff is not very helpful. There was a guy scanning items on an isle. I was looking for something and asked twice. He couldn't even bother to walk one isle over and show me where the items was, just kept saying it's over there - tied of looking and not finding what I needed, I finally just thought forget it.

Sprouts is has really up their grocery game in the last few years. Happily raising my review 5 stars.

This Sprouts is my go to spot whenever I'm not feeling the drive to Whole Foods. It's a little shorter drive and if I time it right I can miss the times when it is super busy. This location has a great produce section which rivals that of Whole Food. While there are fewer organic choices it works for me as I never purchase all organic anyway. I'm always able to find the items I prefer to be organic. Price wise, many of the organic choices cost less than the equivalent at the other store. They also have a decent size wine section which has some very nice selections. On certain days (mostly weekends) they have wine samples available. They also have a large bulk section which stocks everything from flour, nuts and flaxseed to candy. There's always staff on the floor at this location. Although they might be busy stocking shelves, produce, etc, they are always willing to help out a customer. Just ask for assistance and if it's not there area they will find the proper person to help. They are also very willing to check there inventory for items that cannot be found on the shelves just. Super friend and very helpful. Lastly this location does a great job of staffing the registers based on number of customers. I always appreciate this as don't enjoy waiting in lines to spend my hard-earned money. The only downside to this location is the parking lot. At night it's really dark as only a few of the lights appear to be operational. I don't know if they forget to turn them on or if they are indeed broken. Either way this needs a little attention. This Sprouts will continue to be in the rotation for my grocery shopping needs.

I've only shopped at this location a few times but it has some of the most unfriendliest employees. Twice now I've had to return to the store the same day due to being overcharged or finding a package open once I got home. When I called about being overcharged the gal that answered mumbled her name. Then sounded irritated by my two questions. Since I didn't catch her name when she answered, I tried asking her to repeat it but she hung up on me! The older lady checkout clerk treated me rudely when I came back with the open package. I had called ahead that time as well and was assured there wouldn't be a problem returning it. I'm going to look for another location to shop.Hopefully I'll be treated as a valued customer at the next one.

We came in super late and Kate who worked at the butcher shop was so kind and still assisted us!! Such a great store and I'm thankful that people are still kind like that!

Sprouts is a long drive for me but worth every minute. They have the best large scallops at a very reasonable price. The produce is fresh and appetizing. I can find some hard to locate items there like loquats when in season. They are organic without the high cost. Check out the meat/seafood display. After shopping there go to the great pet shop a few doors down and see the adorable sloths, 2 adults and a baby! If you want to take them some food buy the 50/50 organic salad mix. Then go back to Sprouts and get some bakery goods or nuts/ candy in a large variety of options

This location is so poorly managed. They never have enough cashiers (the line was to the back of the store one day) and only the self checkout lines were open today, which is difficult when people are buying a weeks worth of groceries. There were nats all over the produce, the sour cream was expired and the plants for sale in the front were dead. The prices used to be really good but that isn't the case any more so not worth the hassle of the horrific check out situation.

My favorite store to shop for fresh fruit and veggies ! As well as great quality of sea food ! My salmon always juicy and fresh ! Great customer service

There is one word that best defines this sprouts location. Neglected. If you come after about 7 pm there is almost no staff and most likely one cashier working. Despite hearing from many, I'm sure weary cashiers that they are hiring, I have not seen the level of service improve. This place looks like a storefront in one of those pretend villages you go to in 5th grade to learn about society. I love the selection of natural and sustainable items this place offers but it's really horribly managed.

One time I was at the register with some chicken and the lady running the register commented to the bagger about how she can't understand why people pay so much for chicken when they can just go to Church's instead. Hey, whatever. We all have our preferences right? My boyfriend went in the next time to pick up some sausage and asked them what they recommended. The butcher replied with, "I wouldn't eat anything in this place." I feel uneasy about getting my groceries from them now.

What a refreshing take on farm to table. This is one of the nicest grocery stores I've been to in a while. They are currently doing construction but there is ample parking and once you get inside the space is wide open with lots of sunlight. The store is situated with grains and cheese on one side, beer and wine on the other and produce in between. The produce is from farms and others organic. They have such vibrant colors and people stocking the food all the time. I was impressed with their produce. Good quality, a lot in stock and some of the rarer items you don't always find like lemongrass and certain mushrooms. Probably one of the nicest things was the fact that they are participating in Amazon prime now which is groceries delivered in 2 hours and they have full meals from hello fresh ( in case you wanted to try it didn't want to sign up just yet). I thought those were cool ideas. They also have dry snacks, nuts and candies which I'll have to check out. I would like to see if they have pour your own lentils and beans so I don't have to buy cans anymore!

I would happily give the food items available 5 stars. It's the employees here that bring this store down and keep me away due to their unfriendliness and uncaring attitude. I used to be a big customer at their Boar's Head deli counter but I've switched to Kroger for those same Boar's Head food items. I just got tired of asking for 1/2 pound of cheese or meats and receiving almost a whole pound. Same as when asking for 1/4 pound of something and getting a 1/2 pound or more. And then there are those loooooooong lines at checkout. Sometimes there are only 2 people checking out almost 10 customers waiting. So, outside of a (very) few items I like to buy at Sprout's, I'll stick to Trader Joe's. Customer appreciation is a "religion" there.

After the remodel, this is still a lackluster sprouts compared to most of the stores. When you think "Sprouts" you think "Trader Joe's and Whole paycheck had a bastard baby" and Sprouts was made. So you think large and clean and fresh produce everywhere and happiness. This one is still not up to par. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad but this one feel more like Kroger. They don't have as big of a selection of produce, frozen foods, meats, bakery items, or health products. The seasoning section never has what I need. I end up driving to another store or all the way to Midway yo visit that Sprouts. The lines are always long (I'm standing in a ridiculously long line now as I write this review). The parking lot is dark and sketchy. Please be careful coming late at night. Here's the plus- staff is always friendly. Well, when they're not stocking shelves and ignoring you.

I am so close to this store, it's ridiculous I don't shop here. If I'm doing a quick run, I'll opt for Trader Joe's or Fiesta before Sprouts even registers as an option. Their lines are consistently slow, and the employees are not friendly or even remotely engaged with customers. I know working is a bummer, but many of us have to do it. Stopping a personal conversation with a coworker to force, "Have a good day" out of your mouth isn't going to keep folks coming back. The work ethic/pride in your job is lacking at this Sprouts. I feel I've given this place enough chances. Unless they revamp staff and morale, I'll shop elsewhere.

Sprouts is my go to for produce and even some of my meats. You can't beat the prices here. I can't get all of my grocery needs but sometimes the prices definitely beta that of Kroger and some of the other larger chains.

I definitely have to love this store. It's such a great spot for plenty of amazing foods that you wouldn't get at just another typical grocery store. All the food here is from local farmers, so it's always in season and extremely fresh. The workers are extremely friendly and do a great job at helping you pick out the best foods. Best part? While some of the options may be a bit expensive, they have so many things that are regularly on sale. You'll save a bunch if you add this into your typical shopping rotation. Parking is super easy and the store is easily navigable. Don't forget to check out their bakery and their wine section. Always amazing options and super quick/easy to shop here.

For a refreshingly quick and cozy shopping experience, I go here. You can tell Sprouts takes great pride in their fruits and veggies by their central location in the store. It's flanked by a few rows of dried products with all the cold stuff framing the perimeter of the store. Basically, I can see every department from almost anywhere. I love the fresh produce and the abundance of organic options that Sprouts carries. The people putting out produce and restocking shelves are generally a lot friendlier than the people at the front of the store; which is not to say that the cashiers are mean, just not exceptionally eager or enthusiastic. Expect to pay more for the convenience, even on exact products (i.e. Horizon, Happy Tots, Talenti, etc.) sold elsewhere. I guess this is as good a place as any to tell Sprouts that ".99 cents/lb" is probably not what you're trying to sell produce for. That means it's less than 1 cent. If you're going to use the point, then use the dollar sign. If it's 99 cents, then leave out the point. Just a suggestion in case some holds you to the advertised price one day.

Been here several times and it really is a nice store. Health food to vitamins and wine in between. It's a very nice selection of fruit and vegetables to choose from and even the meat are a good grade. I come here when I'm off because it's not really around the corner but worth the drive when I do. Nice size and clean with plenty to offer in your walk through. The service is nice- like today when one of the men said hello while I was walking in and another asked if I needed help with anything. I don't require much when I go to some places but simple things like that- are what I remember. This is I guess considered a health food store- like all other store it's a snack in here somewhere. I would recommend Sprouts because it focuses on you becoming a healthier you. (Hope it's true. Made this part up because it sounded good in my head. Brought to you by Durae.

The last couple times I went to Sprouts they've not had what I needed. Two things that I go to Sprouts for are the chicken sausage and for baby bok choy. They've stopped making the chicken sausage and didn't have bok choy. I don't really have a reason to drive that far any more. Hopefully, they'll bring the chicken sausage back.

Been on the Whole30 challenge. It's been interesting what you can and can't find and how much processed and sugar induced food there is in regular groceries. It's so easy to find what I need in this grocery and everyone is friendly. Not to mention, you don't have to worry about ridiculous lines with people who have carts overloaded to the brim to wait behind. Also, the prices of meat here for better cuts and natural selection are great compared to how much you pay at Kroger's. The fruit and produce are fresh and the seeds/nuts I've grown accustom to like are great here at reasonable prices. I'll be back as it's my go-to spot in addition to Fiesta. Everything just seems fresher at these two spots.

Seriously one of the largest sprouts I've ever been to! And not only pretty, but so incredibly clean. Staff seemed super nice and the security guard was a sweetheart and packed my bags. The only reason for the 4 stars was the long wait in line (also an issue in Colorado where I'm from). Only 2 lines open & each with about 10 people in them. Same story with all sprouts. Go in at 7:30 am. One over worked cashier with a line 6 people deep with no help or support. I just walked out.

Crazy that this location has so many good reviews. Pick a time, any day... Sprouts will have 1 cashier, maybe 2 at most, and lines of more than 5-6 people. The few cashiers that are working are at times, very rude. The other employees seem to just wander aimlessly, looking to kill time until their break or end of shift. You'd think that someone would wise up and ask one of them to manage a cash register but that would just make too much sense. It's pathetic. This location desperately needs new management. You could have a better experience at Wal-Mart...

Big store lots to choose from, however wore the same face shield I wear everywhere and in this store they asked for a mask in addition to the shield. If the shield I have is good enough for my doctor, dentist and every other store not sure why it's not enough here. No patience for hypersensitive folks so put my cart down and left. Forgot to mention that going bandito with a bandana across your face is acceptable.

$3.99/lb walnuts would normally be 5 stars for me, until I saw this one. Spider web stuff and black specs, guessing some kind of bug.

This grocery store has a nice selection of more natural, organic and gluten free products. It's always easy parking too. Whole Foods offers more but is further away so this is a nice alternative. The major downside with Sprouts is that the cashiers are very slow and often understaffed. When you call ahead of time with a question, hardly anyone seems knowledgeable, therefore not very helpful.

A great go-to spot for fresh produce and cheaper organic produce. If you play your cards right, the prices are lower than Walmart or Kroger. They have some tasty gourmet breads and wide selection of specialty beers. They also have some cheap wines - under $4/bottle. You can also buy certain dry items by bulk - which is great if you want to try something new but aren't sure if you'll like it. On Wednesday's they have double ad specials - so everything from the previous week and the upcoming week are on sale. If you really want to add to the value, they also have $4.99 sushi roll specials on Wednesday. They have a variety of cooked and raw rolls and the quality is pretty good for grocery store sushi - especially under $5. Bottom Line: This particular location is by far the best in the area.

This location is the mother of all Sprouts locations. I usually shop at the Forest location just off of Webb Chapel, but I might have to switch to this store. I was amazed by the variety of prepackaged meals. For under $5 I was able to get my hubby a spaghetti and meatball meal for his lunch tomorrow. What a steal. The staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. They definitely made me feel like a valued customer. My only complaint was that the strawberries were covered in mold. It was a bad shipment, but they should have kept the shipment in the back instead of setting it next to the crate where they were going to unload it. Call me crazy, but I was extremely grossed out.
