Vintage style perfume store, have a selection of unique scent. They do offer free handwriting name sticker for your perfume, it felt more personalised. Prices are all shown on the shelf. Amazing staff as they give you your own personal space and time to try out each scent, ready to help when needed.

Very lovely place ! Love the service here. They all are very patient and welcoming. Take your time to choose and test out any fragrances of body oil / perfume . They were mistaken that they miss out a products we purchase and chase a few blocks and give it to us but at the end was just misunderstanding. Really touching of this kind of service ! 10/10 🙏🏻👍🏻 P/s: the waits might take a little longer. But worth it 😉

the place was beautiful!! the staff was so kind and amazing. i got 3 combs and a brush with engravings and it was very fast process and they did it with so much care. there was perfume and lipstick and combs and brushes, a girls dream!! only thing is the line was a little long, i went on a wednesday at 1pm and waited an hour outside, and spent about 30 min inside. be prepared for a line it got very long, but SO worth it!!

Beautiful place and a great experience!! I was amazed by the products and bought the lip balm for me and my mom!! All the staff are very friendly and thoughtful, especially Vinicius! Next time in Paris I'll definitely come back!

This is a little gem in the heart of Paris. Officine Universelle Buly transports you to the past with beautifully crafted products. The attention to detail is endearing and its the perfect place to pick up a customised item that will remind you of Paris every time you use it. Don't miss out on visiting at least one of their stores. I would suggest going early as they can get quite busy.

Top tier experience - from Carol’s warm greeting & conversation to the selection & engraving of a few select brushes, this place is charming, quaint & memorable. We learned about the rich history of the store and their products. They beautifully inscribe your comb / brush and package it elegantly making it a perfect gift for someone special.

Come before 5:30pm if you want to personalise your comb. I came for the 2nd time, i queued up because I went to the bigger store and I got a comb I wasn’t happy with. I queued about 30/40 mins and I was greeted by Yul inside. He was very welcoming and friendly. I explained to him about my bad experience in the bigger store, and he was very apologetic. He got my comb engraved and wrapped so nicely. He let me choose which colour pouch i want for my comb (which the other store didn’t let me choose and also gave me a pouch too big for my comb). He was very patient and made my experience there worthwhile. I also explained to him how i got the wrong receipt at the bigger store and how I felt rushed. He ensured that I do not experience this again. I will be coming back to this store next time I visit. Thank you Yul!

I wish the quality of their service was better especially for the price of their products. I bought a brush and engraved my name but the top of the letters have gold dye stains from the engraving, I tried to clean it off but it isn’t coming off and now it’s bothering me. I made the mistake of buying it the day before my flight so I couldn’t go back to the shop.
