"While it’s located mere minutes from Tel Aviv’s trademark beaches, the Brown TLV Urban Hotel is decidedly city-centric. Not coincidentally, it’s also in the center of town, surrounded by an array of distinctive neighborhoods like the UNESCO World Heritage-designated “White City,” the old Yemenite area of Kerem HaTeimanim, and the seemingly endless street market that is Nachalat Binyamin. Beyond being a strategically positioned home base, however, the hotel makes for a great escape. Once you’ve explored the city on a free loaner bike, you can retreat to the rooftop hot tub, the indoor-outdoor Garden Bar, the den-like living room, or—if you’ve booked one of the Zen-inducing Relax Rooms—your private balcony, ideally after an en suite spa treatment."

Brown TLV

"Located just below the Bauhaus-rich White City and above Ottoman-era Neve Tzedek, this stylish hotel was crafted from a 1950s bank building whose formerly dull facade has been transformed into three floors of shiny brown columns and windows. Inside is a clubby reception area with leather couches and dark wood floors, an indoor-outdoor bistro, and a well-stocked library. The 30 smallish guest rooms contain custom furniture, canopied beds, and glass-walled baths. The halls are festooned with the in-your-face photography of local artist Pilpeled, and on the roof is a sundeck with loungers and an outdoor shower. The Brown is perhaps the city’s most centrally located independent hotel with a vibe that’s both cool and hospitable, and the young staff offer the solutions-oriented style of service that can sometimes be charmless but gets the job done."

Brown TLV Urban Hotel (Tel Aviv, Israel) 10 Hotel Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Viewed from the right angle, Tel Aviv looks as sophisticated as any of Europe’s style capitals. One such angle is framed by the rooftop lounge of the Brown TLV Urban Hotel, which frames the skyline’s nighttime panorama. Or from more or less anywhere inside the Brown, come to think of it — from the Seventies-inspired décor of the Living Room to the sleeker, more contemporary look of the Brown’s 30 swanky bedrooms." - Tablet Hotels

Me and my husband celebrated our wedding anniversary at the hotel. The visit was perfect. The staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Odeliya, and the hotel manager, Daniel. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the location of the hotel is unbelievable! We recommend it highly ❤️ thanks for everything!!

We spent a night at the hotel. The service at the hotel itself was great, at the highest level. starting with Betty, at the reception who confirmed our reservation by telephone, charming and happy and of course Eva who welcomed us at the hotel, she is wonderful and kind and patient, full of infectious joy who also spoiled us with delicious champagne. The room itself, on the other hand, is disappointing and Dangerous. We especially took the Relax room with the jacuzzi, room 204, which is more expensive than a normal room and it is written that it is the best room. Unfortunately, very poor maintenance - white curtains with cigarette holes, a faucet for the jacuzzi tub that is almost completely loose and not attached to the floor as it should be, above all and the scariest of all - a suction socket in the jacuzzi that sucked our legs in so hard that there were real marks on our bodies, it has completely drained the desire to return to the jacuzzi. The hotel's customer service did not respond to my mail. in light of the Danger, I also contacted the Brown chain itself through Facebook, they took details and did not actually get back to me.

For a weekend getaway, this hotel has a great location. The rooms are nice and clean. There's even a complimentary Nespresso machine in the lobby. Breakfast was a short walk away, but was tasty and had a good variety. As far as opportunities go, the limited parking space was always occupied and we had to park in a near by parking lot and pay extra. Our friend with an endicap could not part because there was another car in that space (without a permit). Service was kind, but not great. Our friend were locked out of the hotel at night because the receptionist was asleep. The air conditioning system was set to heat even though it was hot outside. We did get a fan when asked, but note the thermostat is a decoration.

🚘 We arrived with our car and parked at Brown TLV Hotel carpark which was very comfortable in the heart of Tel Aviv. 🥂 As we arrived we were greeted with a glass of champagne… and a very warm welcome. 💦 The room was nice and cozy. Sparkling water was waiting on our bedside table. 🤷‍♀️ The room offers everything we needed, safe, blowdryer, slippers, gowns and all the toiletries and beyond. 🛏 The highlight of this room was the mattress, it was one of the best mattress we sleep on. 🍳In the morning we got a voucher for a great Israeli breakfast just around the corner. 💁‍♀️And finally had to leave half an hour later which was acceptable by the staff member and the reception, with now problem. We will definitely come back and will definitely recommend the Browne Hotel TLV too family and friends 🙌🏼

Modern and slick hotel in a fantastic location close to many bars and restaurants. On saying that, it is also in a quiet location so I had no issues sleeping. The three ladies at the reception were very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

I took my girlfriend to celebrate a birthday at the spa. Our expectations from this place were far far from the reality. First , we had unpleasant welcoming from the receptionist Apparently, parking in the hotel area for guests is 60 shekel And it was not mention on the phone when we made the reservation. After a pleasant massage , we decided to go to go up to the jacuzzi (as part of the offer) and we got one , but it was dirty , full of sand with cold water. The pictures can speak for themselves. Basically the price was worth it.

I booked this hotel for a few days in Tel Aviv for my spring break and I was extremely happy with my stay! When I first arrived I was greeted by extremely welcoming and friendly staff and was offered a glass of cold sparkling wine. First thing in the lobby that stuck out to me was the coffee bar with delicious looking pastries and cookies for the guests. Right before check-in, the front-desk clerk asked me about a mistake I made with my booking, and offered me a refund for the extra day I accidentally booked, which was extremely unexpected as most hotels do not do that. My room was the perfect size for a solo traveler and very comfortable. The hotel's location too was incredible! Very close to the Carmel Market, neighborhoods like Florentin, City Center, Dizengoff, and just a short walk to the beach. Perfect location for exploring! Breakfast was served at a restaurant a couple blocks away, but the walk is quite relaxing and short. The breakfast was also absolutely delicious each day! Also the sundeck was absolutely perfect for relaxing, hanging out, and getting in a nice tan. All in all, the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful! They gave me useful tips on getting around the city. I 100% recommend to any travelers/friends/family to stay in. I would most certainly want to stay here again the next time I am in Tel Aviv!
