Given the large number of excellent reviews, we had high expectations. Unfortunately, the atmosphere of the restaurant was disappointing — the tables are very close to each other, and it was impossible to even stretch a little without bumping into items on the neighboring table. The food was rather average. We ordered several starters to get a sense of the menu, but none of them really stood out. The gyoza dumplings were presented as homemade, but in reality they seemed store-bought. 🥲 In addition, the lighting in the restaurant is very harsh and uncomfortable, making you want to leave as soon as possible rather than stay and enjoy the space. The worst food we have ever had in our lives was the bento box with beef. The sauce was excessively sweet, and the meat was extremely tough and chewy. After just one bite, we couldn’t continue eating it. 🥲 The best part of the meal was the Japanese curry, which I would rate 9/10.

We visited this amazing restaurant in summer. The place was almost completely empty. We waited very shortly for our dumplings. Then hot food arrived. Noodles were amazing but curry ramen soup was unbeatable! Better than in japan tbh. We didn’t go in with big expectations, but left extremely pleased. The highlight was our waiter, who looked like jonny depp. He was very nice, made funny jokes and shared a little bit of his life story. Overall it was a really good experience(except for the bathroom, it wasn’t exceptionally clean)

Mark this place for Japanese hot food lovers after a friend insisted we go. And the reason I specify hot is as a key word as the open kitchen and yakitori style really helps you leave with a tummy full and a happy heart. I had the worst cold and their miso soup got me cured. We had the fried rice with crevettes / prawns and beef, everything was delightful, we ate it up so quickly forgot the pictures. Coming back often for its consistency.

This area has no shortage of Japanese restaurants and it is hard to know which to choose. This is the star in the crown for me. No bookings possible so you may have to queue for a short time. But the staff come to give you an idea of the waiting time. Service is very smooth and friendly. The kitchen is open so you can watch the chefs at work. The best Japanese food in Paris in my view and the place where I always return. Arigato!

Good Japanese food in a contemporary environment! The menu should satisfy any cravings, as should the fast service. The vegetarian ramen and the Yakiniku (beef with a sweet caramelised sauce) were good, but the kimchi ramen was a bit disappointing. The service upon entering seemed a bit confused as well. We asked three different waiters for a table and all gave a vague and different response and disappeared afterwards. We got there early in the evening so the wait was okay but when we left there was a substantial line outside, so be ready for waiting. I'm not sure if the food was worth a long long wait but give it a go when the line's not too bad.

Had to wait in a queue for over 30 minutes to enter the restaurant, thought it would be worth it but it wasn’t really. Service was fast, I got egg fried rice which was ok, the ramen was not special at all. I really didn’t like the fact that everything was served in plastic bowls, didn’t like that you had to pay extra for the egg, don’t understand why they couldn’t just put it as a standard. Not really a good experience.

Very busy but lovely place. All three of us enjoyed their meals. Would be great if they could offer a couple more vegetarian options but otherwise would highly recommend.

The visit was a mixed bag. I had kara age for starters and the Katsudon set. Both were good and I enjoyed it. My wife had the Ramen with minced meat. She felt that there was barely any protein in there and was quite disappointed.
