"Trinkets and Tasty Treats Con Market is the other well-known traditional shopping marketing in Danang aside from Han Market. It offers a very local experience as it is where many families go shopping for their groceries and other items. Visitors can also taste a wide variety of local dishes at the food vendor stalls, a highlight for fans of Vietnamese food."

Con Market (Chợ Cồn) Super colorful, full of life and energy. Amazing location for photos and videos – so many authentic scenes everywhere you look. The market is big, much larger than Han Market. You really feel how hardworking Vietnamese people are here – everyone is busy: selling, cutting meat, cleaning fish, preparing food, sorting clothes. Real daily life, no filters. Pluses: • Crazy variety of goods • Fresh food, clothes, snacks, everything • Great for filming and photography • Very local atmosphere Things to know: • Fish & meat sections can be smelly (normal for wet markets) • Tourists should be careful – locals sometimes shop while riding scooters through the market Overall: Raw, real, vibrant market experience. Highly recommend to visit if you want to see authentic local life.

Interesting local market selling stuff that mainly caters to locals. Very narrow aisles that one have to squeeze through once it gets crowded. Around mid afternoon, more vendors set in the main lane that makes the place even narrower. Lots of interesting food being sold in these temporary stalls. However, must be prepared to sit on low stools to eat at these temporary stalls.

It's a market pack with fresh produce and merchandise. Prices are reasonable and you can bargain for what you really want. It would be even better if the food court is expanded and its one of the highlights.

Con Market is a must-visit if you want a true taste of local life. It’s a bustling, energetic market that sells just about everything — food, clothing, household items, handmade goods, and so much more. We even found second-hand clothing for as low as 20,000 VND, which is amazing. Inside the market, we had the best smoothie — a mix of avocado and mango — incredibly fresh and creamy. They had plenty of other smoothie options too, all made right in front of you. If you love authentic markets, great bargains, and local flavor, Con Market is absolutely worth the visit.

Interesting market filled with locals. There is almost everything you might need. Also, you can pick your fabric and tailor your clothes on the 2nd floor if you want to. Chaotic but less touristy and more authentic than Han Market. On the second floor there is a soft spoken lady who tailors clothes for a very reasonable price. She is careful in her craft and provides her honest opinions on the clothes. You will need to use a translator as she does not speak english. But she is extremely professional.

I’m not sure what I ate but I ate a bunch of the food served at the market. One was in the dedicated area for food, and the other was a street stall set up in the middle of the market around 4/5pm. It was so delicious I would’ve ordered more had I not already been so full from my meals in the day. This is a wonderful place to get your souvenirs, I got coconut crackers (20k vnd vs 33k vnd in supermarket) and the TOP mango gummies (20k vnd for 100g). It is much more affordable than the supermarket that is nearby.

This is where the locals go. You will be a rarity so expect a high prices. It will be a real test of your bargaining skill but there are some real gems for good prices. And I bet I could have bargained another 25%, but it's not much for most tourists so you might as well feed the local economy.

First time trying Avocado Ice Cream (Kem Bo) at Con Market, and wow! I didn't know what to expect, but it is delicious. The avocado is super rich and creamy, and it goes perfectly with the coconut ice cream. Such a great snack while exploring the market. Definitely a must-try!!
