Been going here for a few years now. Loved the cannolis. Today I ordered some and there was a huge fly crawling all over them. Went immediately and returned them, still waiting on the refund. But when I went back in I noticed lots of flys hovering around the fresh food. Really these items should be enclosed. Not sure how the hygiene is a 5.

Just bought a lentil salad and meatballs from the “fresh” food counter - it was definitely far from fresh. We had to throw them both as they smelled really bad. It’s dangerous to sell these items. Not sure how the food hygiene rating is 5.. scary to see.

Superb Italian produce. Excellent selection of fresh goods, pastries, baked items,. Love their ready to eat meals - all very tempting! Bought their paninis for lunch and a range of their deli produce for dinner later

It’s a shame they don’t accept cash. Cash is money, and on top of that, they shouldn’t even be allowed to stay open if they don’t let people pay in the way they prefer. Shame on them. There will come a day when people realize that, in exchange for laziness and short-term and convenience, using cards has cost them many long-term benefits. Unfortunately, this shift towards digital money is unlikely to bring anything truly positive. Please protect the cash, shop at businesses where cash payment is allowed

Great modern store! The staff is attentive polite and will go out of their way to help you. The food is superb and the coffee out of this world! Takes me back right to Italy!

Very, very disappointing! I order for delivery 4 pasticcios and 1 parmigiana… Everything arrived FROZEN and the taste where different of what I had before. Was my favorite place but no more. Being italian I know very well how things must be done. Better if I do not talk about desserts!

Item that was labelled as at discount was not, and staff very rude about it. Took me to the shelf, lifted up the offer sign to show me the RRP… then why put the offer sign?

At last!!! Proper Italian deli in Village Amazing , extraordinary place with unbelievably vast range of varieties, super fresh gourmet and nicest staff ever The prices are very attractive, the food is like in Italy (so do service) and the venue is cosy and warm. You have to try it
