Haidilao Hot Pot

I have been liking hai di lao for their great food and ambience. It's very convenient here because you can join wait-list, very helpful and time efficient! Bonus +5-star cause they gave me a plushie keychain - uber cute cz they're couple chains, and I left my water bottle there, and they were very helpful when I reached out to them. So happy!!

Haidilao Hotpot is one of the nicest Chinese hotpot restaurants in Bangkok, offering great food and a lovely DIY sauce and salad station that makes the experience even more enjoyable. The noodles were amazing, and you can ask the staff to prepare a less spicy mala soup if you’re not a fan of very spicy flavors. Overall, it was a great experience with an authentic Chinese vibe. They also offer free snacks, good ice cream, and even complimentary nail treatments for customers. I didn’t personally try the nail service, but I was told that it’s quite popular, so if you’re interested, it’s better to put your name on the queue early since the waiting list can get long.

After trying several hot pot places in Bangkok, I can confidently say, Haidilao is still the best.🔥 If you plan to visit for lunch or dinner, be prepared to wait, especially at the CentralWorld branch, where lines are always long. On busy days, it can easily take 1–2 hours to get a table. Making a reservation in advance is definitely worth it. While waiting, you can enjoy free snacks and even a complimentary nail service. 🥢 Sauce bar & drinks: The Bangkok Haidilao sauce bar even includes Som Tum (Thai papaya salad) and fresh fruits like watermelon, selections vary by day. There’s a small sauce bar fee (about 50–60 THB per person), and unlimited drinks are just 39 THB, refills included. At first, I tried mixing sauces myself, but the best choice is honestly to ask the staff to make one for you. They’ll mix the perfect peanut-based sauce that tastes way better than any DIY combo. True professionals! 🌿 Tip: If you can’t eat cilantro, make sure to mention it. 🥬 This time, I tried butterhead lettuce, which looked more like a salad ingredient at first, but it actually worked beautifully in the broth. mild, tender, and fresh. A pleasant surprise! 🧀 Cheese fish balls were another highlight. bigger than the regular ones, chewy on the outside with melty cheese inside. So good. 💸 Price & value: Haidilao is best enjoyed with a group. When I went with just two people last year, it came to about 5,000–6,000 THB total. With three people, it dropped to around 4,000–5,000 THB. But this time, with six of us, we ate a lot, to the point of bursting, and the total was only 4,300 THB (after 100 THB member discount). Such amazing value when shared! Honestly, it was more satisfying than most 5-star hotel buffets. super fresh ingredients, great flavor, fun with friends, and worth every baht. 💯

Absolutely loved my visit to Haidilao! The staff were super friendly and attentive. The food was fresh, and the spicy mala soup was perfectly flavorful 🔥 While waiting for a table, I got a free manicure service, which was such a nice touch! 💅🏻 The nail artist(Khun Beer) was gentle and quick, and my nails looked so neat afterward. Love it

P’ Rung was absolutely wonderful! She was cheerful, attentive, and took great care of us throughout our dinner. She even provided us with aprons and helped us put them on. She constantly checked on our table, refilled our drinks, and made sure all our orders were correct. To top it off, she brought ice cream to our table at the end. We were truly impressed! We’ll definitely ask for P’ Rung’s service again on our next visit 😀🥹

Had such a great time at this hotpot place! Offered free nail service too. My nails were done by Tomtam, who was super kind and very talented. She paid great attention to detail, and I absolutely love the final look!

This is a must eat place when you are talking about Mala aka Chinese hotpot! Im such a fan and I am currently working in hospitality industry, all I can say is they touched my heart and soul with all the services, thanks to all staff you did amazing! And Big thanks to Nong Nun Server and Nong Yujin Nails artist for creating my fabulous first time experience here. In Central World branch they have many complimentary services stations: Food, Nails and Kids spaces also the outdoor tables for who awaits! Ice cream also drinks. It is beyond the restaurant! You need to check out!!!
