Our experience at this Hilton Hotel was exceptional, thanks in large part to Eranda's outstanding hospitality. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome that truly made us feel at home. Eranda recognized our Hilton Honors Gold membership and took the time to walk us through all the amenities and services the hotel had to offer. He introduced us to the hotel's messaging platform via WhatsApp, making it incredibly easy to contact the guest relations team for any assistance or information. This thoughtful feature kept everything at our fingertips, making our stay even more seamless. In addition to his professional service, Eranda went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. He not only arranged for a birthday surprise for my daughter but also extended our checkout time to 2 p.m. to make our departure more relaxed. To top it off, he provided extra welcome drink coupons to celebrate our special occasion. Eranda’s personal touches, attention to detail, and dedication to making our stay comfortable truly set this hotel apart. We can't thank him enough for making our experience at Hilton Niseko unforgettable.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and had the usual amenities. Nothing particularly noteworthy although I did like the vending machines right outside the door. Normally vending machines are not a big deal, but this IS Japan where vending machines are at the next level from the US. |The hotel is located at the base of the mountain and offers ski in, ski out (or snowboard)|The hotel also offers valet storage for you skis/board as well as overnight boot storage so you can change shoes after dropping off your skis/snowboard.|The lounge area is nice but food options are limited. |The hotel shop has the basic necessities, however there is a small market in the Village, a short walk which is better stocked and also has a pharmacy.

We stayed two nights in October. The room is spacious snd well decorated. The hotel is well equipped with onsen and gyms. The staff are pleasant and friendly especially Winter from China and Wisnu from Indonesia. What the hotel needs to improve is their dinner. It is a half buffet with a main course provided but the choices are Korean beef rice or pork chop rice. There is no sushi or anything special in the buffet. Roasted beef is cold.

Review: Hilton Niseko Village ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐|This is our third time staying at Hilton Niseko Village — and we’ll definitely be back again next year! Every stay here has been absolutely wonderful, and this time was no exception.|The staff are truly amazing — warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. From check-in to check-out, we felt so well taken care of throughout our entire one-week stay. They went above and beyond in every way — helping us book restaurants (both inside and outside the hotel), arranging ski equipment storage, and always making sure everything went smoothly.|Breakfast was another highlight! The restaurant staff were attentive and kind, always checking if we needed anything and recommending delicious dishes. The breakfast selection is excellent and varied — we enjoyed it every single morning for seven days and never got bored.|The hotel is spotless and very well maintained. Even though it’s been around for some time, it still feels fresh and comfortable. The room is a bit small for our family of three (two adults and our 10-year-old son), but it’s cozy and we never felt cramped.|Although the price is on the higher side, it’s absolutely worth it for the happiness and unforgettable memories our family gets every time we stay here.|Hilton Niseko Village truly feels like our second home in Hokkaido — warm, welcoming, and full of kindness. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay so special once again. We can’t wait to come back next year!

While the hotel itself is in need of a renovation, with both the rooms and public areas well past their prime I could not fault the staff and service here at all. Special mention to the breakfast team and especially Frida who took such good care of me, they remembered by coffee order from the day before as well. That is never easy in such a big hotel. Location could not be better, and for those coming in Ski season, the gondola is literally outside for you, so it is a true ski in ski out hotel. Be mindful for those coming in November that many venues both inside and outside of the hotel remain closed till December. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise for me as I had come in with low expectations but there was a good variety of both western, Japanese and other Asian delights for both hot and cold food. It will be the staff though that helped make the visit memorable.

Our family stayed there for one night during off-season period. Hotel itself is very nice and we enjoyed the breakfast with wide selections. Staff were awesome and very helpful. Great value for money!

Hotel staffs are excellent. Always smile and ready to serve. Most of them speak English quite good. Breakfast service is awesome, attentive to guests need and very proactive (pulling down windows shades before being asked, etc.). Love the way the staffs taking care of guests.

We had an absolutely delightful stay here for 2 days! All the staff were so lovely and as Gold members we were treated like royalty...free welcome drinks, free snacks, free ice cream for our daughter! We had a king premium room which was wonderful. The bathroom is a bit strange but otherwise the room was fantastic. The location is beautiful in nature but you do need a rental car to fully enjoy beautiful Niseko! I can't wait to come stay again!

Start to finish had an amazing meal and service but it started with this take on a Cesar salad and a Coconut drink that were both so fantastic to my taste buds, they set a new standard for excellence in my mind

***An Expansive Buffet...with Finest Live Music...and a Very Relaxed Environment*** Firstly, I just HAVE to mention the singer....she had such a BEAUTIFUL VOICE ........that I almost didn't even hear the LOUD noise of a plate shattering on the floor (It was dropped by a little kid who had put more food on his plate than he could carry) And.....after this little incident was over, I went back to listening to that soothing live music. Kudos to the Piano player too ..... the music helped create a truly relaxing atmosphere. Coming to the most important aspect... the FOOD of course! It was a buffet and had a larger number of food choices than most other buffets you might come across. Thats obviously a plus point... if you're a foodie like me. Me thinks...THE BEST PART was the grill station where they had the the beef, turkey, chicken, Squid, Scallops and Abalone. At this station, the seafood was placed in shells and then presented over little PEBBLES.... ABSOLUTELY loved this presentation... (see attached image). Other than that, there were various other stuff to try such as Fried rice with Prawns and Mussels (ANOTHER standout), pastas, lamb curry, grilled mackerel/salmon.... the list goes on. There was also a kids section (mostly potato wedges and fried chicken).... and a FRUIT/SALAD section with decent selection of fruits .... but a CARNIVORE like me wouldn't even go near that section.... The staff were quite friendly. The seating and the lighting were prefect. The standouts were obviously the: 1) Live Music and 2) that Grill station I mentioned above. These 2 reasons should be enough for visiting MELT....whether you are staying at The Hilton or elsewhere in Niseko.

The two stars are for the spacious & warm interior that greets you as you enter from the cold & shed your layers. Also for the large windows that open towards the Niseko Gondola and the Annupuri rise beyond. A third star would go to the meals had they had met an acceptable mark but alas no. My Hokkaido fish burger was somewhat bland and would not even rate a comment on the Adelaide burger scene. Along with a standard Sapporo classic, and 8% tax & 13% service charge, because it was brought to me I guess, both the meal & price of over $41AUD left me feeling empty. They are supposed to ask you if you want to be charged in Yen or AUD but didn't do so. TIP - due to exchange fees I suggest always opt for local currency. I'll mention my mates Caesar salad. Whilst it tasted okay it was really all lettuce with croutons you could easily count, little bacon & not much else for almost $25AUD. Niseko actually has good food options and you can do a lot better than the Hilton.

Worst Buffett ever! Please don't come here, I rather go to the shops upstairs. Regretted coming here and can't believe they serve this in the village when not much choices.
