Acute attention to detail in the curation of the drinks and presentation! The staff is always welcoming, even during a rush with a line out the door. The shop's interior and the logo initially drew me in, the drinks and the staff keep me coming back!
While the prices are on the higher end for a coffee shop, the syrups are made in house and the matcha is ceremonial grade imported from Japan. Keep in mind it is a locally owned shop opened less than a year ago, not a conglomerate!
That being said, I admire Rachael's dedication to remaining authentic to her heritage in the flavor profiles. I love seeing (and trying) the new seasonal drinks!!! I hope she can one day upgrade/expand to a location with more indoor seating~
