Customer service is non-existent. Looked at you like you can’t afford their clothes. When you want to try on clothes was told you can only try 2. Is there really such thing… you can go to Chanel and they will bring a whole collection to try. Here they tell you, only 2.

they dont have sample to try, and then when I want to order, they said just provide them ur measurement, dont have to go to the store to check ur measurement? I mean they have to do it because they r the one understand exactly their product, really unprofessional. And the staffs was clumsy, doesnt help customer much, everytime I come, they eat or chit chat together, and relax on the chair, they dont care about the customer at all.

I brought the 2 stockings for 10 mil vnd ..the black with stone I try on and it’s broke right away .. I did not dare to use the second one .. I come with very nice attitude asking them could they reconsider as one I try it’s broken and the second one I am not even touch .. I suggest to exchange for others clothes I did not asked for money back but I can see the product they sell is just for photo shoot not for daily use .. they accepted to change the new one .. but not allowed me to exchange another .. I go home but I am super unhappy about the quality and I send comment on their FB that telling my experienced and recommend people not buy it as customers I allowed to comment about the quality .. the shop called and threaten to bring me to court and sue me … I love the design but I think they should learned about selling product more practically .. and should learned about customers service 😡😡😡so upset !!!by the way they blocking me on FB as well 😂😂😂😂😂
