Loved our very intimate experience with Chef Eric. Just 12 diners for 7 courses with wine in a small room. Including an open kitchen and he is the chef, sommelier, & waiter. Watching him prepare & cook each course was theatre in itself. The food was devine and he was very kind to work around my dietaries. An unforgettable experience while visiting Paris

It was a truly unique experience, a one man cooking show that will display the roots of French technique clearly molded from years of experience in the fine dining restaurant business. The ingredients are all seasonal and extremely fresh. The menu is in constant change based on the daily inspiration of the chef. I should warn about a couple things, first of all be ready for an approximately 2 hour and a half dinner, and since there’s only one person you must remember that it’s not like a typical restaurant service, hence the timing being different, but rest assured he will remember to bring you everything you require from bread to water and wine. I strongly suggest this place for a unique experience, different from normal dining.

Honestly this is the best dining experience I’ve ever had. It’s not just about the food (which is already amazing and delicate), but the whole restaurant runs by one person, the chef went out to carefully source the ingredients during the day and that’s why those are always in season and extremely fresh. It’s an open kitchen and you can see him cook and prepare food for you. The chef has a deep passion and dedication to his cooking which is very impressive and rare. I think it is way beyond some so-called starred restaurant that focus too much on the “look” or the fancy decor I’ve been before. Highly recommended if you are looking for something special/unique. This is one of the best meals I've ever had and if you have a chance to eat here, I urge you to make a reservation asap! There is no menu and eating here is an experience itself. Chef Eric is incredible, not only does he create inventive dishes with unique pairings, it's mesmerizing to watch him prep, cook, clean and serve throughout the night. The entire operation is done so smoothly, yet it magically feels like you're eating at a friend's home. It's wonderful to watch someone perform a craft that they evidently love.

The best dining experience I have ever had, I went with my partner while visiting Paris. The food was all delicious and the restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere. Being able to watch the chef cook everything right in front of you really made it a special experience. €90 for 7 beautiful courses was a fairly reasonable price and the wine was well priced too. Thank you for an excellent evening!

Eric is truly a one of a kind. His passion to cooking goes above and beyond your expectations with anything and everything he does. From the setup, the hospitality, the flavor and freshness of the ingredients purchased just a few hours before the meal, and ... mostly the amazing vibes and energy you feel in his kitchen. Hands down, the best dinner I had in years 🙏

It’s a one man show - he cooks and also serves. The wine options are also amazing, so make sure to have some. He creates complex and amazing flavors in a beautiful presentation. A magical evening. Chef Eric is a master of his arts. The intimate one-man restaurant creates a truly special atmosphere, where you feel like a guest in Chef Eric's kitchen. While reminiscent of a Japanese Omakase, the focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and Chef Eric's personal touch elevates the experience beyond anything I've had at a Michelin-starred Omakase establishment. He was also attentive to our dietary restrictions.
