Omiwol K BBQ & Noodles

I had one of the best dining experiences ever at Omiwol Dry Aging. The meat here is truly exceptional — incredibly flavorful, rich, and buttery. You can really taste the quality of their dry-aged beef — it’s soft, tender, juicy, and melts in your mouth with every bite. It’s that perfect balance of smoky aroma and deep umami flavor that you can only get from perfectly aged meat. The staff were absolutely amazing. The owner was so kind and welcoming, and the servers were attentive and friendly the whole time. They even grilled the meat for us right at the table, making sure every piece was cooked just right. You can really tell they care about the guest experience here. The atmosphere was warm and lively — especially fun because they were showing the World Series on TV, so it felt like a perfect mix of great food and great vibes. It’s a perfect spot to hang out with friends, enjoy some premium Korean BBQ, and relax. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommend this place if you love perfectly cooked, top-quality beef and great service.

This place is known for their aged meat. Servers are knowledgeable about different cuts of meat and made great recommendations. Price for both food and drinks are quite pricy. I can understand that the meat cost is high and the waste due to aging. Plus all the time and effort spent for aging. But $24 for a bottle of Soju, is probably 10-20% above most places in this area. You get to park at covered parking that’s located in the same building. They will validate your ticket at the end of meal. Clean environment, doesn’t have too heavy of smoke smell inside. Portion is small (and that’s why we find it really pricy). Don’t come hungry 😂 But they did refill the side dishes for us a few times upon request.

Hands down the best K-grill BBQ I’ve had in Toronto. The meat was unbelievably fresh and tender, and the complimentary soup was packed with meat. All the side dishes were great, especially the kimchi, it really tastes homemade. They mentioned they’re launching new dessert items soon, so I’ll definitely be coming back to try them. After this visit, I honestly don’t feel like going anywhere else for BBQ.

Some of the best kbbq I’ve had from a taste and quality perspective. The meat is delicious! The banchan selection is okay, wish they gave more lettuce. I only got 3 half-leaves for each round of banchan orders. Food is brought out really fast, but to get the attention of staff takes quite a long time. It took over 20 minutes for someone to come take our order. From a value perspective, paying over $100 for two people, we left quite hungry still. Due to that factor, it’s probably not worth it to go if you’re looking for a filling meal. Be advised, the stew they provide with meat orders contains pork!

Came here for the Chuseok Feast (for 4 people) before the deal ends; last day is Oct 13, 2025! The feast was delicious, and it was VERY filling. I loved the Dolsot Fried Rice w/ kimchi, seaweed, pork, and cheese. It came in a hot stone bowl and assembled tableside. Definitely go for the Jinro makgeolli. The Walmae makgeolli was more carbonated, and they ran out of the Kooksoondang makgeolli. The banchan was unlimited, and the meat was amazing because we had a chef friend who was cooking for us :p Staff were friendly and made sure we got everything that we needed. Overall, I had a good experience; I will definitely come back for the noodles one day!

A true fine-dining gem has finally arrived in Toronto. This restaurant’s dry-aged pork delivers a depth of flavor one could once only encounter at the very best establishments in Korea. From the very first bite, it becomes clear that this is far beyond what simple salt seasoning could ever achieve. The meat reveals a rich, layered character—nutty, savory, and deeply aromatic—while the juices melt seamlessly on the palate. It is a flavor born of both time and craftsmanship, leaving diners astonished that such a taste can now be found here in Toronto. In short, this is not merely a place to eat meat. It is a destination for those in pursuit of a true culinary experience.

Google
We had dinner at Omiwol K BBQ and the food was really good. Would definitely come again. It can be expensive as they have a minimum order where if you have three people, you need to order three meals (for example, one set plus another meat or another meal). At one point, a server (wasn't our server) came over to show us how to properly grill the meal to ensure every piece was cooked well. We appreciated this. Whereas, I found our server to be less attentive and didn't really come by to check if we needed / wanted anything else. Parking was easy - there is an indoor parking or street parking is available. Remember to ask the restaurant for a voucher to get free parking. The restaurant is children friendly with lots of high chairs available. Just would need to be careful as it is table top grilling so could be a little dangerous.

Google
Their meats go through a triple-aging process (wet, ice, and dry aging) so every bite comes out quite tender, and juicy. The banchan added that balance I always look forward to, nothing over the top but fresh and reliable. The service was smooth and attentive. Overall, it's a decent KBBQ spot. Price is definitely on the higher side, but it’s still worth a try if you want something a bit more elevated.

Yelp
Both times I've been to this place have been amazing. The place is cozy and comfortable for a high-end Korean barbecue. The servers are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the cuts of meat and the triple aged process. Since they triple age their meat all of the options are so good grilled. They serve a delicious selection of banchan depending what you order and are always willing to top up. Do not forget getting any of their stews- surprising for a place that is supposed to focus on meat. The stews are deeply flavorful and they are very generous with the meats and vegetables that come in it. If you're into deep fried sides, don't sleep on their crispy crab, thank me later!

Yelp
The meat here is the highest quality of any KBBQ in the city. The price is higher than most, but it is well worth it. The restaurant has really high quality fans as well, as you won't leave smelling like smoke or BBQ. Service here is top notch also, they often check in to ensure that you have everything you need. Would recommend coming here for any celebrations, or just a great meal. Parking is also validated! Don't forget to ask.

Yelp
Came on a Friday for dinner as a party of four. Omiwol seems to focus on dry-aged meats for grilling. Ordered the Omiwol Feast (a set bbq meal for 4 people), and a cold noodle. Service was very friendly and welcoming. There was a suggested order of grilling, which we followed. The meats seemed deep in meat flavour - my favourites were the pork jowl and marinated galbi. There was a nice assortment of side dishes and accompaniments for the BBQ. The picked perilla leaves were especially nice. The soup that comes with the meal was maybe a little too salty. The fried rice was a little dry. The cold noodles were nice and refreshing. Overall we had a great experience. Very tasty food. Price is a little on the high side, but would probably return for nicer occassions.

Yelp
I came with a group of 7 friends, and we got the set. Unfortunately their sets only go up to 6 people (Barbarian Feast); so we added another portion of meat. My favourites were the pork jowl, Denver steak, and beef galbi. Our set came with one raw appetizer and we opted for the Yukhoe. It was pretty tasty and well seasoned. The soup that came with the set was overly salty and not the best. Kimchi fried rice was ok. Service was attentive and they refilled out sides and water.

Yelp
We ordered the set menu for the bbq. The set menu came with Korean sides, set amount of meat, unlimited refill of Korean sides and lettuce to wrap the meat, tofu stew , beef tartare. The marinated salad of onions was not unlimited refills. The beef tartare was ok. The meat was decent. The service was good and they came by to check on things quite frequently.

Yelp
Omiwol specializes in both Korean BBQ and Korean noodle soups in a more classy setting. The noodle soups here are really good! Korean BBQ is usually heavy on the meat, but this place has a Seafood Feast option that consists of just seafood, without any meat. The place is more upscale than most other Korean BBQ places, with really nice interior decor and very chill & calming music. It made the ambiance feel very relaxing. We ordered the Ocean Feast which came as a set of raw jumbo shrimps / prawns, a whole squid, and a whole mackerel fish that you cook yourself. On top of that, the set also came with 4 pieces of raw abalone, green onion salad (very spicy!), corn cheese, choice of jjamppong (spicy seafood soup with noodles) or white jjamppong (non-spicy version of the seafood soup with noodles), and choice of Melona flavour for dessert (options: melon, mango, coconut, ube). We also got a complimentary appetizer, and we chose raw marinated crab which turned out to be really good with sesame seasoning. My favourites were the raw marinated crab and abalone because they were more unique (not many places offer the raw version of these, even in sushi / sashimi restaurants). They were marinated and seasoned very well. The raw crab came in the shell, and the raw abalone came already pre-cut on the shell, making it very easy to eat. Everything that came in the Ocean Feast set was enough to feed 3-4 people, even though it was advertised as for 2 people on the menu. The noodle soup itself was quite big and contained a lot of seafood (shrimps, mussels, squid / calamari, octopus) and vegetables (zucchini, Napa cabbage, carrot, onion). The noodles used were udon noodles which were thick and chewy, which I loved. The waitress helped to adjust the temperature of our grill, changed the grill halfway through, and provided pointers on how to spread and cook the whole squid, shrimps, and mackerel fish properly. They were more hands-on in the cooking process than in most other typical, more casual Korean BBQ restaurants, which we appreciated. In addition to the Ocean Feast, we ordered extra vegetables as add-ons: Garlic Asparagus, Garlic Zucchini, and Mushrooms Set (4 different kinds of mushrooms). The garlic-flavoured vegetables and enoki mushrooms came wrapped in tin foil, which we just dropped onto the grill to cook. They were all really good and the garlic flavour really came out, with actual pieces of garlic. Big portion of the Mushrooms Set too. The Korean BBQ set also came with a basket of broad-leafed lettuce which you can wrap your grilled items in. The lettuce was refillable, so you can ask for extras if you run out. On top of everything that came with the set, we also got banchan dishes: mashed squash (really good!), kimchi, pickled radish, and spicy pickled cucumber. There is very limited street parking right in front of the restaurant, but there is a private parking garage in the building complex (shared with other restaurants / businesses in that complex). You can get free validated parking if you ask the server to give you a green parking slip after your meal. You then insert the green parking slip into the machine, followed by the white parking slip, which renders your parking free as a business patron.

Yelp
Omiwol is a new upscale Korean BBQ restaurant focused on a premium selection of dry-aged, wet-aged, and ice-aged meats. The interior of the restaurant is very spacious, with tables that are spaced widely apart, offering guests lots of space and great ventilation. The decor is minimalist modern and clean. Service was very friendly and attentive, helping explain the uniqueness of the meats as well as cooking time (slightly less than regular KBBQ meats). You can park in the paid lot upstairs, let them know and you'll get a coupon for free validated parking for the first 4 hours. We got the butcher's feast pork set for $88, which included pork belly, pork jowl, and pork collar along with a number of other items, including salad, kimchi fried rice, and Melona. It's stated on the menu that feeds two, realistically you could feed three people with it. It was a nice experience, the meat was clearly very high-quality, and tasted tender as we ensured not to overcook it (approx 2 mins cooking time). However, with a premium experience, comes with a premium price tag, and at least to me, I couldn't taste that much difference of the aging process. Perhaps next time I'll come to try the beef. Portions for other items, including the kimchi fried rice, were also pretty small given the price. I guess you're also paying for the elevated ambiance and service, and not smelling like smoke after. Definitely recommend checking it out if you want a unique KBBQ experience.

Yelp
Came here on Thursday night with my boyfriend. I saw lots of reviews so I really wanted to try it out. We ordered the winter feast combo for 2 people and I thought there was more than enough food for 2. We were really full by mid. The meats were really good , tasty and not chewy. The kimchi rice and tofu soup was tasty. I really liked the raw marinated crab as well. Really tasty!! I will definitely be back!

Yelp
5/5. Came here on a Monday lunch with my girl. Not packed and very easy to get seating. Comfy private booths, with well ventilated seating areas, high ceilings and comfy! The windows of the resto make the place so bright and welcoming :) Parking - there's validated parking in the parking garage that they give you after your meal. Even if you want to pull up with the Green P, it's cheap. Steps from the restaurants entrance. Food- ordered the winter feast for 2 (approx $105). The set included Belly Collar, Flatiron & Denver. Choice of beef tartare, crab or shrimp. Opted for the beef tartare. The sides came with green onion salad, jangajji, corn cheese, rice & Melona. Cuts of meat were phenomenal. Enjoyed every moment of it. Fresh, flavourful, juicy. Side dishes were splendid, packed with flavour and you never got bored of any flavours because there's so many!! Service was attentive. Offered tea or water and filled it upon request. Polite and was able to explain any menu questions. Overall highly recommended. Would definitely come back!!!!!

Yelp
Went here on a snowy day for lunch. The service was warm and friendly by 2 young Korean men. We both commented on the quality of the meat, you can taste the quality without any sauce. I loved the seaweed paste and wasabi they provided. These sauces were different from other Korean bbqs I had. We ordered the pork belly and Denver, both were so tasty! The table bbq came with a spicy soup, 5 banchans and lettuce. The kimchi was so good I think we asked for refills at least 6 times. The shredded potato was also unique and tasty. Overall really great unlimited banchans. We also order the pork kalguksu. The noodles were fresh and bouncy and it came with a red sauce (not spicy) you can add which added more complexity to the soup. We ended our meal with the personal size red bean binsoo, it was a refreshing ending to our meal. Overall, I would highly recommend Omiwol. 4 hours free parking, great service, nice ambiance, clean and tasty food. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
I love KBBQ so I was excited to try this spot when I saw it all over Instagram. Maybe I had high expectations, but I was slightly disappointed... Their menu is confusing. Each person has to order one item (which is fine). The Omiwol feast is 7 items but since it's listed a "combo for four", it only counts as 4 items.... We were forced to order so much more meats than we wanted to. One of the servers started off rude with an attitude which gave us a terrible impression. Aside from her all the other staff were decent and detailed oriented. The quality of the meat is good, no complaints there. The sides, the kimchi rice, soups were also tasty but portions are small. I get if the combo rice or stew is smaller, but to pay $17 for a half bowl kimchi stew is steep. They give complimentary melons ice cream bars at the end which was a nice treat. Our bill came to around $60 per person.

Yelp
A perfect spot for a quick and tasty meal! The food was incredible, service was super fast and the staff was very friendly. The ambiance is bright, modern, and spotlessly clean. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
Very pleased with this experience. It's pouring snow today and my first day off to kick off my Christmas holiday. I am thinking what food can possibly cheer me up? The pork set, belly, collar and jowl. Usually I am not a huge fan of pork, but this spot changed my palate tonight. The boss suggested to eat it with wasabi with the pork and it was definitely a great combination. Surprisingly. The glasses of both white and red were very good to go with my meat selections. The grand opening special when you order over $80, you get a triple aged sirloin steak! The nori, wasabi and the spicy sauce selections were all good. Phase one they focus on aged meat, staged two will be stew. The broth from the spicy seafood soup was so good. I didn't like udon but that is just my personal preference. But the broth was tasty. Service was nice, the waitress and waiter kept refilling out. Taught us not to cook some pork. Explained things well. The ambiance was nice with booths. This is a great new venue if you want quality meat not all you can eat Korean bbq!

Yelp
Came here on grand opening day at around 8pm for dinner. It was not too crowded but busy. The server asked us if we parked upstairs and since we had parked in the garage we were given a blue coupon to use which provides complementary parking for four hours. We decided to order two sets of galbi, pork jowl and flatiron beef. Apparently the meat is dry aged. This came with lettuce wraps, stew and banchan. The grand opening special was supposed to come with a triple aged striploin steak after spending $80+. Unfortunately they had already ran out of it. The banchan and lettuce wraps came first. There was kimchi, lotus root, radish slices and spicy cucumber. Not a bad selection. As for the meat and stew, it took about 20 minutes to arrive. The stew was spicy with veggies and pork. A good appetizer ahead of the meats. We started cooking the galbi and pork jowl. These were so tasty! The server came by halfway our meal and it turns out we were overcooking our meats. It should take half the time it usually does because these are dry aged. There was kpop and kdrama OSTs playing in the background on the TVs. It was not too noisy. Although service was a bit slow on opening day, the quality of meats were good. Decent spot for bbq with friends and family.

Yelp
Today was actually my 2nd time visiting in 2days because my husband wouldn't stop talking about it lol. It's a great restaurant with great ambiance. Their grills have special fan built in and your clothes and hair don't smell after 2hrs of bbq! The meat is dry aged and they just taste sooooo good. Must try is the squid and it's so tender and flavourful. The servers are attentive and very kind. The service is also very fast. I highly recommend this place

Yelp
Really good experience. Located in an area where you might not think of finding eateries this building houses several with above ground covered parking on top (they will validate parking). When you first walk in the first thing you see is the meat fridges with large cuts of beef and pork. This is something you don't often see at Korean BBQ's so you know they take their meat seriously. Menu has everything from soups to noodles to BBQ. We came for dinner so we ordered the Omiwol Feast for 4. You can get combos that come with all the banchans and other sides. We are told that their meat cooks much quicker due to the way they age the meat. With the exception of the galbi most of the meat was not marinated but was still tender and flavourful. Portion sizes were good as was the service. We had no problem getting refills of sides. We made reservations for 6:30 and did not leave until almost 10 and did not feel rushed. Again, good first experience, we would come back again to try their noodles next time.

Yelp
Absolutely one of the best KBBQ experiences I've had! The aged meats were incredibly flavorful and tender -- you can really taste the difference. They offer a variety of beef and pork combos, perfect for sharing or trying a bit of everything. What really sets this place apart are the premium and unique sides -- not your typical fare, but creative and delicious additions that elevate the whole meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-tier KBBQ experience!

Yelp
Kind of overpriced for what it is. My bf and I came here and we're NOT big eaters (in quantity), so we ordered one pork and one beef with a side of kimchi rice. The pork was good but I would say that the beef was not super high quality for the price. The kimchi rice was also really mid. All of the sides were pretty good. I would probably come back here only with a larger group but for the two of us, we weren't able to try a lot of the meats on our first visit.
google avatar

Tiff E.

Yelp
This is a fancy version of Korean bbq, the meats are triple aged, paired with wine, personally really liked the abalone app and beef tartare. As fancy customers, we were served by the owner (private chef grilled for us), he explained the restaurant concepts, meat aging processes and tender juicy meat grilling techniques. This is a recently opened restaurant with modern interior designs, somehow it's giving karaoke vibes lol

Yelp
We came here because we were shopping at the Taiwanese grocery store and got hungry. There are a few places to eat but the handmade noodles pulled us in. Restaurant is beautiful and classy but geared towards Korean BBQ. With kids and the fact that it was lunch time we ordered noodles and dumplings instead. Noodles were fantastic but dumplings were just okay. Next time we will try the BBQ because the displayed meat looked fantastic.

Yelp
Food and service is wonderful. First time with Korean BBQ. Loved it!! Would definetly come back again

Yelp
Great place with high quality meats! Our first time here and the experience was wonderful thanks to the quality and service. First time trying raw beef and dry aged meats and it was great! the manager Grant was super helpful throughout the entire process and Tim dissected everything for us and really enjoyed our thoughts on the experience. Atmosphere was also beautiful.

Yelp
Truly a new era of KBBQ! You can really taste the difference in the meats from the triple aging process

Jikwon J.

Yelp
Dry aged beef served with excellence. I have not really had this type of meat before, but now I am only going to have this kind only. Our server was really helpful. Her descriptions of different parts of the beef were spot on. There was a huge party with 10-15 people, a birthday party I think. They were enjoying their food, I could tell, which kind of helped outlr mood too.

Yelp
The dry aged pork is amazing! A definite must try. Ambience is lively without being too loud. Food is best kbbq in town. Highly recommend!

Michael D.

Yelp
Food was amazing, the dry aged meat was really good. We got the barbarian platter. I think this is definitely worth the price and we were so full even for a group of 6.
