It's beyond frustrating when a hotel doesn't meet even the basic expectations, especially with things like cleanliness, accessibility, and maintenance.
The fact that the facilities were limited (like the pool and beach closing so early) and the room was in such bad condition—makes it feel like you didn't even get what you paid for.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience here. I stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was an absolute nightmare.
the location was inconvenient. It takes at least 15 minutes to walk to the beach, and the pool and beach close at 6 PM, which is ridiculously early. The hotel is also not at all accessible for disabled guests.
The room was in terrible condition. The shower had mold, the toilet seat was half broken, and the bed sheets were dirty. There were no slippers provided, and the room phone didn’t work, so I had to walk to the reception every time I needed something.
After few hours from the check in time, we packed up and left. I complained to the reception he even agreed to what i said but it was too late to change hotels as you can’t even get refund and not worth it to stay the night.
Literally left before midnight didn’t even stay for the night.
This place is not worth your money or time. Do yourself a favor and look for another hotel.
