I start with the positive: the staff is all lovely and very professional. Also the dinner and breakfast is outstanding. High quality ingredients and friendly service. Also the spa on rooftop is excellent. Good sauna and cold baths. The negative: the bar which is like a club where people can smoke. All hallways in hotel smell like cigarette smoke. Couldn’t sleep as music was too loud and changed at 1am to different room where music was little less loud. Quality of bedding and towels is average. Personally i found that this bar brought some shady people into the hotel and a bit of a weird atmosphere. They listened well to feedback and compensated with points. I might try again on a monday or tuesday but on a thursday or weekend i would not go again as ar the end i need to sleep and id that’s not possible i rather stay elsewhere

Excellent hotel, with very good service, plush rooms, but the star of the show is the health spa. 2 Water massage tables, 4 massage pools, sauna, steam room, 2 red light therapy stations, 2 cold plunge pools. Only catch is that these are generally used nude and it's a mixed. As you'd expect it's mostly men that use it, but there were the odd couple in there. Robes, slippers and towels provided. Next door the gym is quite basic - 2 treadmills, 1 bike, 1 cable machine, 1 bench with dumbbells up to 25kg, dip / pull up station. Good enough to get a good workout in. Room service food was very good. Another slight downside is location. It's very close to the train station if you need that, but about a 15-20 min walk to the main office hub. The surrounding area is a bit exaggerated by some of the others - it's perfectly fine and safe at all hours. The bar here seems to be quite buzzing. It's quite small and intimate, has a DJ with thumping music, allows smoking indoors, and seems to be busy all night even on week nights, if you're into that. Breakfast is good - you can order eggs, and a good selection of meats, cheeses, cereal, fruits, yoghurt, etc.

It was dark with poor lighting throughout. Hard to see around at all - even just to plug in a mobile device. Entire property is beat up. HVAC didn’t work and had to open the windows and deal with the outside noise just to be somewhat comfortable. Strong smell of sewer gas coming up through the sink drain and/or tub. Nauseating! And in our “Prestige Suite” (now that deserves a loud LOL), there was a large dark stain on the already dark sofa fabric that no one would ever sit on or use. So gross!!! The entire property had an overall icky kind of feel. Two pluses: restaurant food was great for dinner and breakfast (clearly not overseen directly by the hotel management). And the shower was strong and powerful with nice toiletry products. Skip this place for sure. And Marriott should re-consider having this be an Autograph Collection property. No way is it deserving of that.

The 3 starts is for the bar not the hotel side. Everything about the hotel and service is excellent. As for the bar, my visit was back in 2022 and been there many times since. The DJ for the past year is awful and killing the vibe this joint had back in 2022/23. They mostly allow hotel guests or hot girls in. Drinks are over priced but of quality, not sure it quite worth it but you pay for vibe and being in there. To the hotel management, I’d ask them to please change DJ, he’s awful to be honest.

I recently stayed at Roomers Frankfurt (Autograph Collection) and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience regarding the payment policy. The hotel required a deposit strictly via credit card, which caused unnecessary trouble since I was not carrying one. Moreover, they accepted only euros, so I was forced to go outside to an exchange office and convert my dollars to euros just to complete the check-in process. For a hotel of this category, I expected more flexibility in payment options (such as cash in other major currencies or debit cards). The overall stay was fine, but this policy created an unnecessary inconvenience for international guests.

This place was amazing. Staff was so courteous from valet to check in. Rooms was clean. Great location. Breakfast was great and so accommodating to my 9 year old. Highly recommend.

Exceptional Stay. Extremely happy with the room, its cleanliness and hospitality. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Would definitely return.

The hotel was able to suit my needs for my one night stay. Staff were friendly and able to accommodate any requests I had, the room was comfortable, quiet, and spacious enough for the rate I paid, and it was walking distance 5 minute from Frankfurt train station at most. Though I didn't use any of the facilities or the dining, I am sure it is as good as the room and a huge positive is that they are open till very late, even during the weekdays.

Amazing hotel with great decor!! A lot like a "W" hotel, 1 block from Frankfurt main train station (Hbf) and part of the Marriott Autograph line. Service, upkeep and staff is excellent!! Lena was fantastic .Only 15 min from airport by train, so if a layover best option to relax.

Well we attempted to visit but we were not welcomed. Perhaps because we were black? The guy at the door invited us in however his manager said we could not enter although we were dressed. Seems a bit racist. What a shame.

The service was disgusting,rooms dirty,stuff were rude. Price was too high expensive... I had to stay with my baby for a long time when someone finally helped me to check in. I've never recommend to stay in this hotel!!!!!

Dark, sexy hotel in Frankfurt. It was a short drive from the airport and easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go. My first impression solidified that this was an excellent choice of hotel. We arrived around 10am to check in. Instead of waiting around on, what I thought, were interesting and beautiful chairs, I left my luggage with an attendant and went exploring. I even was offered a snack (I went with an apple) that tied me over. When I came back to check in they asked for my passport and £100 deposit. We were put on the third floor in an end room. These rooms are designed with esquisite taste. Everything was black with hints of purple and white. It took us a little time to figure out the lights but it was easy to get the hang of it. The room seemed clean as well. I wasn't a fan of the bathroom product scents but nothing to knock a star off for. This hotel made me feel extremely luxurious for not that much money (or credit card points). Before checking out, I did check out the 6th floor lounge which had a great view of the city skyline. Definitely head up there for a picture. It was an easy walk to the train station to head to our next destination. If I'm even in Frankfurt again, I wouldn't second guess staying a night at this hotel.

This hotel is nothing short of fantastic. The staff are attentive and very helpful. Even the internet is fast here! Centrally located close to the river Main and train station. Stroll by the river or take the train to explore the rest of the city or embark on a day trip. The hotel itself is decorated in a very sleek modern way and the rooms are very well done. A very detailed place that exemplifies style and substance. Eating at the hotel is a pleasure and be sure to check out the bar as they are both equally good. If I ever find myself in Frankfurt, or anywhere else there is a Roomers property for that matter, I will gladly stay again. Highly recommended.

Overpriced dump. With poor service and an unpleasant stench. Better off staying at an overcrowded youth hostel.

More for the youngsters! The DJ was spinning until 4am everyday and I could hear the heat in my room :(

Stayed here a few days before Xmas. First off, def an odd place, Very dark and dusty. My room was a good size with great lighting options. The downside, not enough plugs for electronics. The room was overpacked with snacks and drinks. I had to move things around to make room. The bathroom was spacious unfortunately the sink design was not good, very cheap. The shower head was oddly placed and water gets all over the floor. The towels were thin and scratchy like sand paper. The mattress was super thin and the bed frame moved every time i sat on the bed or turned over during the night, cheap and boxy like Ikea for college students. The TV connection was constantly off and there was no ability to watch anything, not even the news. Calling the front desk was a joke, no one answered, ever, and it was a constant cycle of waiting followed by being hung up on. The restaurant staff at breakfast were great but the food is def not worth 40 euros. The area surrounding the hotel is hella sketchy. I did have an issue with the bar music being turned up at 130am which was odd because it was empty. I called multiple times to ask for it to be turned down. The base was turned up instead and my room was like disco until 3am. The hotel does allowed smoking in the rooms even though it's supposed to be a non smoking hotel except for the 5th floor with is still smoking level. Not sure about that policy but def not with german laws for smoking. Don't waste your money, Marriott needs to do a serious revamp of this establishment.

How many points should you take off for a scheduling issue? I don't know. We arrived at 1:55, and were told our room would not be ready for a while, eventually nailing them down to 3:00 at the latest. When that rolled around, the estimate was revised to 3:30. At 3:35, sitting around in a deep sofa that was not comfortable for my bad back, because of no support, I went to the desk and asked for a manager. The woman helping me asked for me to sit on a sofa by the desks, while she checked in to things, and came back apologizing, and promising to have room ready in 20 minutes. 25 minutes later we were still waiting. That was 4:00! At 4:15 I was at my wits end, suggesting we insist that they either move us in or re-book us at a nicer hotel and eat some loss for our inconvenience. But at 4:17, they came to bring us up to a room with everything nice except a broken television set. The suite, one of a kind in the hotel, is absolutely gorgeous, and very "black" for lack of a better phrasing. They've offered some amenities and apologies for our inconvenience, but I'm not in the best forgiving mood yet. I couldn't make a genuine effort to visit a 91-year-old friend in a nearby town, nor another friend in the town next to that, because I had to sit about and wait to get into a room. Wasted two hours and twenty minutes of my life that I cannot get back. Okay, let's see where things go from here, when I get around to discussing the rest of what being here will be about. Working on the Internet, it is proving to be one of those connections that has to be tweaked in order for Outlook to allow me to retrieve and send mail, and I don't know how to do it, so I cannot do normal emailing, bummer. On the other hand - WOW! check out this Internet connectivity! 217.83 down and 321.77 up! That's damned fast! Never had it that fast in hotels. Those results from an online speed-test are the highest I have ever seen, by far, in any hotel we've stayed in thus far. Impressive. I've mounted a pic of the speed test result. Asked for a late checkout time, so we can wait in the comfort of our suite until it is time to head over to the train station, and they were able to oblige. I'm hoping to maybe take a taxi tomorrow. It is a short distance, but with all of our luggage and our dogs, it was a trying affair. Got back to our room late at night, after a fine dinner. I had great difficulty using shower, could not, at first, figure out how to turn off the one mounted in the ceiling, and use the hand held unit instead. Then, as I was waiting for the water to warm up, the hand held unit flew off the hose, and water started spraying everywhere. When I went to bed, after falling asleep, many people were talking very loudly in the hallway, and woke me up. Someone even tried to open the door to our suite. I kept hoping that the noise would subside, but after being reawakened three times, I got out of bed, found the phone, and called the front desk. The man who answered wanted to come up and speak with me in person, but I just wanted him to come up and make the loud people shut up. Part of the problem appears to be that there was a party in the unit next door, with a door to allow it to be used as an adjoining space, to ours. Maybe someone was looking for a private place to make out. Sunday morning, and no American newspaper available for me "they are all taken." The crowd here is decidedly young and loud. I would also observe something peculiar about the decoration of the place. Black. Low contrast. Muted colors. A person with presbyopia and monocular vision and unfamiliarity with the very peculiar light controls here will have a real trial using them to set lighting where wanted. They also have only two beers available, both in bottle, and nothing in draught. A lame lager and a boring wheat beer. Late morning of the Sunday we're checking out, I found a booklet of services offered by the hotel wedged into one of the huge windows of our suite, bent like origami. I brought it down to show the kind of detail housekeeping perform, and to ask if my eyeglasses had been found; also to ask about our promised laundry being ready. When I got back up to the suite, my access card would not let me in, and I had to BANG on the door to be heard and let in. Eventually, about 40 minutes after they promised to send the laundry right up, a repulsive little woman knocked at the door and gave us the laundry. When we got to our next destination, I found none of mine was actually dry, it was all still slightly damp. I would never stay here again, I recommend that you do not, either.

Terrible. This guy would only let us in if we were hotel guests. It was the worst experience ever. Holger was the bouncer. They clearly have an issue with foreigners.

Very stylish place! The restaurant offers a large variety of steak and modern european cuisine. My US filet steak was delicious, one of the best i've ever eaten. Afterwards we changed to the smokers lounge, an oval bar with very comfortable booth around. The Bar staff were very capable and very experienced. Thanks to chief bartender Jerry for a wonderful time!

The gym at Roomers needs more space, better cardio equipment and more weight machines. The hotel tries to copy W Hotels - Uplighting, house music everywhere and Euro Trendy staff. Rooms are small and the first room assigned to me did not have a showerhead - only a tub. If you are an American business traveler accustomed to a Westin or a Renaissance or a Ritz Carlton hotel - pass on Roomers. This does not serve your needs.

This place rocked, inexpensive but it definitely didn't look or feel that way! I was here with my boyfriend cause he had business to do in the city and I have to say there's no better hotel to stay couped up in on a cold Frankfurt weekend than this place! The room service was great! I would recommend the roast beef sandwich (I think it's called a Bookmaker's sandwich). The drinks in the mini-bar were a bit pricey, so probably just go to a getranke mart for those. The spa was incredible! Definitely take advantage of that while you're there.

Very cool, stylish, design Hotel. 5 Star. Good location. Black and dark colors decorated every corner!

A friend of mine talked me about this place, so after a private dinner in a wonderful location we decided to try it. We arrive there in taxi and a man on the entrance (bar side) told us: Oh no you can't get in it's too full when there were people going outside continuously but what caught my attention is that the people that was going outside didn't look that classy as the door man tried to make us believe nooo not at all.. Not sure if this is a place that is just trying to pretend

My husband and I love this place, if we go back to Frankfurt will definitely spend a night or two in this hotel.

Overall, the hotel is extremely stylish and sexy. Very well designed to be hip without loosing a sense of comfort. While the theme here is "Dark", you should be completely ready for "Really Really Dark". Seriously. The rooms are dark. The bar is Dark. Reception is Dark. The hallways are dark. I would suggest this theme would be more effective if there was some contrast - that is; perhaps SOME light maybe in the bedroom? Dimmers that go above 50%? The staff is all fantastic and very helpful - even to an American. My only complaints aside from the lack of being able to actually SEE how cool the interior design is ... are.... 1. No Washcloths. 2. Shower Temperature never got above warm. (it was acceptable, but I really wanted a hot shower, and that just was not to be.) Pricing is reasonable, and the location is fairly easy to get around via Cab. A 10 minute ride to Messe Frankfurt. Great choice for conventions. I'd definitely stay here again.
