This hotel is wonderful! The breakfasts are delicious! They even brought us a compliment from the chef:) The chef's name is Mehmet. He brought us freshly baked croissants with caramel and strawberries for breakfast, and they were so delicious! They also prepared Turkish coffee specifically for us! I would like to express my gratitude to the waiter, Emre, and the receptionist, Tantu, for their excellent service. They always ask how we are doing and if we need anything else. And also the Atakan bartender brought us a cold hibiscus tea, very unusual and delicious! Cool! I haven't seen such cute service yet) And also I want to note the high-quality cleaning of the room, even left a branded zakadka in my book) In general, I am delighted! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

I stayed here for a business trip and really enjoyed it. The gym is excellent, clean, modern. The rooms are awesome, especially the bathroom. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus with great views. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the breakfast was easily one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. I’d definitely come back next time I’m in Istanbul.

I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels around the world, but this one easily stands out as one of my best experiences ever. From the moment we arrived, everything was beyond perfect. The service, the food, the cleanliness, and most of all, the attention to detail were outstanding. Every single staff member made us feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and valued. You can tell that hospitality here isn’t just a job, it’s a passion. I especially want to highlight Murat, who works outside the hotel assisting guests with taxis and arrivals. He went above and beyond for us every single day, making sure we got the best prices, helping us avoid tourist scams, arranging our rides, and ensuring everything went smoothly. He made us feel completely safe and taken care of, which means so much when you’re traveling. Another person who truly made our stay special was Onur, our waiter during breakfast. He gave us such a memorable experience and went out of his way to make sure our first breakfast in Turkey was unique. He wanted us to taste a little bit of everything and experience Turkish flavors in the best way possible, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. Fairmont Quasar is not just a hotel, it’s an experience. If you’re wondering where to stay in Istanbul, look no further. This was, without question, the best decision we made on our trip.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations – from the warm welcome at the reception to the comfortable and spotless rooms. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had a pleasant experience. Many thanks to Ethan who took care of us. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I especially enjoyed breakfast and spa. The location is also perfect, close to metro station. I had a wonderful 16 day stay at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul. It is a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The hotel is situated in a prime location. Rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. I will certainly return during my next visit. I highly recommend it! I sincerely appreciate the reception staff Mehmet Ali, Emre, Efe, Doğukan, Murat and Oğulcan for welcoming and accommodating me right from the moment I checked in. Thank you all. Upscale rooms and very luxurious hotel! The customer service was just as one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The Turkish breakfast every morning was on point!! Even the kids who are so picky loved the food!!||Our stay was made extra pleasant by our amazing bellmen - Murat, Ali and Özgür. We would see them daily as we would go in and out and they always greeted us with the warmest smiles and ask us about our day. ||We look forward to coming back to this beautiful city and visiting the Fairmont again.
