This is a beautiful hotel with everything you could want. However, the service is outstanding. At the front desk we were helped by Busra. We had a problem with our voucher and she was so helpful and calm throughout- a true professional. The second standout was the service during the amazing breakfast buffet. Onur and Tanju took such good care of us making sure we always had fresh silverware and that our juices , coffees and water glasses were never empty. Tanju also went out of his way to recommend hot items from the kitchen for us to try. We feels so taken care of and pampered!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, the service was flawless and very attentive. The cleaning services were excellent, with everything always perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and supportive, always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere of the hotel is warm and welcoming, and the design is modern, elegant, and very impressive. Every detail feels thoughtfully planned. The food was absolutely delicious, with great quality and variety, making every meal enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and outstanding service in Istanbul. I would be very happy to stay here again.

From the moment my reservation was handled with ease until the time I checked out, my experience was exceptional. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere, a pleasant refined scent throughout, and an excellent location ideal for both business and leisure. I also enjoyed a very nice morning view, which made each day start beautifully. The check-in was remarkable, thanks to Ethem, the Assistant Front Office Manager, whose warm and professional welcome set the tone for a memorable stay. Throughout my visit, the entire team addressed me by name, adding a thoughtful and personal touch that truly stood out. My room was impeccably maintained by Muhittin, whose attention to detail ensured perfect cleanliness and comfort. The hotel itself is beautifully preserved and consistently smells fresh, enhancing the overall sense of elegance. Breakfast was delicious—especially the perfectly prepared eggs—and room service was friendly, clear, and delivered without delay. I also enjoyed an excellent massage with Anita, which added a relaxing highlight to the experience. I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, whose professionalism and presence were reflected in every department. From security and bell staff to housekeeping, room service, the spa, and the F&B team, every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality, politeness, and exceptional service. An outstanding stay from beginning to end. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, elegance, and impeccable service.

From the very first moment, I felt warmly welcomed with genuine smiles, professionalism, and a friendly attitude. The lounge itself is elegant, calm, and perfect for relaxing. The food was excellent, always fresh and very tasty, with a great variety to choose from. The drinks were equally impressive—well prepared, refreshing, and enjoyable. The Buho team works with heart and attention to detail, making the whole experience truly special. Our stay at the Fairmont Quasar Istanbul was absolutely exceptional. We booked two rooms — one for me and my wife, and another for our mothers and our daughter — and every single one of us had an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel’s warmth, elegance, and attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, incredibly comfortable, and offered stunning city views. Every detail — from the bedding to the amenities — felt luxurious and thoughtfully planned. Our family felt relaxed and taken care of throughout the entire stay. Breakfast was a true highlight. The hybrid concept of a refined buffet combined with freshly prepared à la carte dishes worked perfectly. The buffet featured an impressive selection of Turkish and international options, all fresh and beautifully presented, while the à la carte dishes added a special touch that made each morning feel elevated and personal. The service was outstanding. Our server Emre took wonderful care of us every morning, always friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. Manager Tanju also personally checked in on our family, making us feel like VIP guests and ensuring everything was perfect. Overall, Fairmont Quasar Istanbul exceeded all expectations. There was a charm welcoming at spa, when I was there staff were so kind & helpful especially the manager Ayküt.
