BEAMS Shinjuku

We had a fantastic experience at Beams Shinjuku! The store itself is very cool with a huge selection of nice clothes and unique products. A special shout-out to Jo, who went above and beyond to help us. She assisted my wife in picking out and matching several outfits, and her fashion sense was spot on. She was incredibly kind, patient, and speaks very good English, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. If you are looking for great Japanese fashion and excellent service, I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Jo!

Just visited this store and absolutely loved it. The selection is very well curated, and the atmosphere is great. The staff were extremely helpful—special thanks to Fujii-san, who gave excellent item recommendations and helped me find the perfect size. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This store has many stylish and unique clothing items and accessories for both men and women. We throughly enjoyed shopping here. The sales person Rika who helped us with our selections was extremely friendly and eternally helpful. The 3 of us left with our hands full, thanks to her.

In a word, MIYAKE. First of all, this location has super cool vibes. All the associates are incredibly helpful. Secondly, associate Miyake is VIBES. So helpful, friendly, and encompasses the Beams charisma. My husband picked out a few items and while trying them on, Miyake inquired as to where we are visiting from and we had such a lovely chat. He provided insightful feedback on each outfit. We left with a fantastic purchase of a couple pieces and couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Shinjuku location and also associate Miyake for your assistance and friendliness!!

I was able to find so many great styles at Beams, as expected. The prices are quite reasonable for the quality, so I highly recommend checking it out. I found a knit sweater I really liked and asked for my size, but unfortunately, it was sold out. However, the staff went above and beyond to check other branches for availability and stayed incredibly helpful throughout the process. I was truly touched by their service. This is definitely a spot I’ll be revisiting on my next trip to Tokyo. Thanks MIYAKE

Good Variety of stock. Actually like this branch. The staff name Miyake also treat us very nicely with patience and good recommendation.

My husband and I were shopping in this store last Christmas. We love our shopping associate named Miyake, he was really friendly and helpful and was easy to communicate with English. We ended up buying so many great stuffs from the store. Thank you for your wonderful and heartwarming service. We will definitely go back to this place if we want to buy things from Beams.

Had a great experience at this store!! It was a bit hard to find at the bottom level of the Lumine EST mall, but it was worth it once I made it. The stock levels in this store were great, but I was really thankful for Myake, store associate, who helped answer my sizing questions and even offered some styling tips! It was a really great experience, and thanks again to Myake, who helped me out even though I can't speak Japanese.
