Jackson Hole Burgers

What an amazing time.. I came to celebrate an anniversary and the service was through the roof. We got free heart pens, the staff gave me quarters for the jukebox. This place is very special to my partner and I and were shocked we were treated like VIPs. We don’t frequent the place but this location sure made us feel at home and kept doing one nice thing after the other. Not to mention the food. The juiciest burgers in NYC at a reasonable price. May this location thrive.

We found this place to be quirky and fun. The layout is very a-typical but gives for smaller more quiet dining areas. We loved the decor and retro items and the staff were attentive and friendly. The menus themselves were very cool and importantly, the food was delicious. We were a party of 4, we all went for burgers, but the menu has some other lovely options too. The burgers were juicy, fresh and flavourful. Some great flavour combos - difficult to make our minds up on what to have. We all enjoyed!

Had a great dinner last night! Lots of options for burgers and a good amount of seating. Great for groups, music in the background is not too loud which is great for conversation.

The service here was great, I love the ambiance. The one thing to note for me Atleast was the table for 2 was pretty small, I kinda had a hard time eating because we was seated in the corner by the stair case to the basement. Food overall was great me and my buddy got the skirt steaks (could use a little bit more seasoning) and wings and honestly it was decently good, if you are in the area give it a try.

The food looks great! However, the meat was not seasoned, it lacked basic salt. My burger was cooked to perfection but lacking seasoning. My friend ordered hers Med-rare. Half of it was rare. This is very frustrating as the bill came to over $80 at lunchtime. We will not be back. If your business is making burgers, learn to cook them to perfection and buy high quality meat. We did not enjoy our meal. I hope the restaurant gives value to their reviews.

I love the Jackson Hole. I have visiting their own location on the upper east side for many years, so was pleasantly surprised to find this one. Though, I worried it could be as good as the original. I was wrong to worry. The burger was amazing. Perfectly cooked. The steak fries were done right. Not soggy or burnt. Service was quick, friendly, and enjoyable. Basically, it a great little sibling to the original. And its only in that comparison, that it loses just a little. Its a smaller location, and missing some of the extreme variety of the original. But thats it. The food is just as good. This location of the Jackson Hole is worthy of the name and is a great stop for burgers. Highly recommended.

Great burgers, cool retro vibes, and friendly service. Curly sweet potato fries were great. Loved the New Yorker burger
