Yelp
We came here after finding out our usual spot was closed permanently. Sakura ramen has a good variety of ramen, bowls, apps and dessert. We had Maria as our server, the service provided was impeccable, enjoyed the small conversations. We both ordered the Sakura Ramen and spicy garlic edamame, seasoning of the garlic edamame was on point. Ramen was delicious. The restroom is single stall unisex since the store itself is pretty small itself. The best part..the to-go bowls they have separate the noodles and the broth. To me..this was really cool. Definitely recommend this place to you reading this.

Yelp
This chef / owner must think he is a Michelin-star chef who does everything perfect. He doesn't allow staff to scoop rice and had to wait 10-15 minutes for a bowl of rice that was literally just sitting in the rice cooker. My meat dish was already cold by the time I got it. Then the sequence of ordering. One person at our table got everything quick yet my dish never arrived as I cancelled it after waiting 30 minutes for a bowl of ramen where the broth and toppings are already ready and just need to boil noodles. But the chef clearly has no ticketing system and just freestyles orders. When his servers try to course correct, he yells at them rather than actually let them help him. The server said they have tried numerous times to give feedback to the chef and owner but they just think they know it all and don't actually listen to staff when they are relaying issues with the customer experience. I don't care how good the ramen is. I refuse to support a business where customer experience isn't a priority and they treat staff poorly. Wouldn't be surprised if they skimmed their tips as well. Plenty of other business who deserve the business while this one deserves to fail and close asap.

Yelp
Wow.....the Best Ramen in town hands down! I was blown away after coming here and trying their Ramen. The place was so clean and super cute with authentic japanese decor, the bathrooms were spotless too which was a plus. The service was amazing, Maria was super sweet and helpful during our first visit! She was on top of everything and checked up on us to make sure we were doing good. She also recommended the Gyoza she said its made in house for next visit! The Ramen was fantastic, The broth was super tasty filled with flavor and its homemade, you can taste the love put into this broth. It was salty either which is a plus for me. The pork was flavorful and super tender! The noodles were cooked perfectly. The egg was so good too love how the yoke was wet not fully cooked. It was the perfect amount but i would love more broth and meat added next time just because ;-) Also the Price was fair ,This is my new to go to spot for ramen when in the area. I highly recommend :-)

Yelp
Food: this ramen just did the job. I ordered the hakata ramen with egg and corn at $2 extra. I also ordered extra noodles cuz I am a bit hungry. Service: it's a sit down place so you just take a table and they have like 6 ramens to choose from. Some California hand rolls. Some side dishes as well. Ambiance: first thing is the music, I think it's either jPOP or anime sound tracks from all over. I definitely heard one of the openings for Naruto. Just a quick bite to eat before doing my evening errands.

Yelp
We came here on a Monday at about 245p. It's a small and cozy authentic ramen shop with a chef direct from Japan. The shoyu bowl was delicious! The Sakura broth was so good. We got to start off with a curry bowl and chashu bowl and we ate those as appetizers until our ramen arrived Everything was great!
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious food and authentic vibes! We've tried Sakura Ramen twice and had great experiences both times. They have rich broth that is flavorful without being too oily (which is often my gripe with other ramen spots) and the noodles have great texture. Sakura Ramen also offer a ramen set special every day from 12pm-5pm that comes with a half chashu bowl, half curry rice, gyoza, or karaage. We've had the chashu bowl and curry rice and they were full of flavor! I was very impressed with the presentation too. The food comes out quickly and all the servers we met were very kind and happy to answer questions. I definitely recommend and plan to be back!

Yelp
Recently we gave Sakura Ramen another try and things have changed for the better! I love their Miso Tonkotsu ramen. It has that rich, flavorful, hearty broth with egg noodles, which is my kind of ramen! Not sure if this is permanent since they have a sign/picture of it on the wall, but it's not on the actual menu. I really hope they serve it year round, because this is the one big reason for me to come here! On our last visit, we tried the Matcha and Red Bean Shaved Ice for the first time. Very interesting that they import the ice from Japan. When they brought it to our table, it was tall and looked like a very big serving. We were worried that we wouldn't be able to finish it, but the ice was finely shaved and it was really really good! Light, not too sweet and perfect for sharing. Customer service is friendly, but sometimes they forget to refill the waters. Please don't ever take away the Miso Tonkotsu ramen!

Yelp
A quiet cozy little gem to get your ramen fix nestled in a small strip mall. When we walked in we were greeted right away with a welcoming smile and hello and seated immediately. I forgot to get our servers name but she is a sweetheart. We told her it was our 1st visit and she took the time to explain the different types of ramen broth and point out a special they offer and gave us time to decide, although we didn't need much time, lol we already knew our order. 2 shoyu ramen, 2 piece karaage chicken, gyoza, California roll and some hot tea. Our food came out quick, hot and ready to eat. Everything was delicious no plate / bowl left in touched. Lots of parking, minimal to no wait time and a return visit a must when we are in the area.

Yelp
I've been here a few times and this last visit I ordered the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen but with thicker noodle. To be honest there's no difference in the size of the noodles. I thought it would be al dente but it was too soft for my liking. The broth was yummy. Now the karage was delicious. So tender and I order the 2 piece which was perfect. I also asked for a glass of red wine which the server said they didn't have any so I OPT for the plum wine. Strange but the worker put ice in my wine. I've never had it served that way as it's usually chilled. Still good. Overall, service was good and personable.

Yelp
Great food as always. Fast service and quality of food is always delicious and authentic. My daughter loves the pork tokaysu ramen brith with the ajitama egg. The eel bowl is very tasty and rich. The sakura signature ramen hits the spot.

Yelp
This was our first time visiting this ramen eatery, and it was quite good! The interior is quite small but has cute and casual decor with a Japanese theme. It was a bit warm inside on the evening we visited; I'm not sure if their air conditioning was working properly. The server was very attentive and friendly and explained that the business is actually a Japanese chain. We tried the chicken karage and gyoza starters which were quite good. The gyoza definitely seemed handmade and not simply a frozen mass produced gyoza. I had the shoyu ramen which had a delicious and flavorful broth and tender pork with the associated standard toppings. I especially liked the thicker noodles, and there was a good quantity of noodles as well. Save room for dessert! We tried the cafe mocha parfait and the double berry shaved ice. The shaved ice is huge and definitely suitable for sharing. The parfait was delicious and in true Japanese style was not overly sugary or sweet and featured a nice coffee flavor. Both were perfect for a warm evening! Definitely visit Sakura when you have a craving for ramen!

Yelp
Tried this place for the first time - saw that it's known for its tonkotsu broth throughout the world including Denmark, Macau, and NYC. (I've been to Macau. I didn't get to try any ramen there, unfortunately. But I did stumble upon a tea ceremony in a tea museum, and that remains a cherished memory to this day. Anyway, back to ramen.) Turns out this broth is rated in the Michelin guide for 5 years in a row. So yes, I tried the tonkotsu. Naturally. And I enjoyed it! So flavorful. And yet not too salty or thick. I'd definitely return for my next ramen craving. Which will be soon, to be sure.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious ! Upon arrival you are greeted and seated . Service is great and friendly. I highly recommend everyone checking this spot out. It is my new favorite local go-to restaurants.

Yelp
Quick friendly service with amazing food. Highly recommend the takoyaki and Sakura ramen. The classic Japanese music in the background made the ramen 2x as good.

Yelp
This is a hidden gem that needs to be preserved. There has been so many ramen shops that opened and closed in this location. I hope this one is here to stay. The chef is very friendly and he's humbled to take any advice and recommendations. The soup broth is so good doesn't taste like any of the other places. The soup base have their unique flavor rather than the store bought canned taste. I love their coffee dessert tower and their marinated cold tomato side dish. This place is the closest taste to Japan I can find so far. Although they don't spend a lot of money on their interior, they definitely spent time into making the food is taste. I've been telling all my friends to come and try.

Yelp
Had the Sakura Ramen (their signature ramen) and was very impressed! I usually only do chicken based ramen but the pork was super tender and delicious! The broth for sure was the best part!! Creamy and rich! Definitely worth a try if you like classic authentic ramen.

Yelp
Come try the Pasta Ramen! Ever since Cafe Sanuki closed down I've been yearning for a good carbonara ramen/udon place, and this place was it! Erika, our server was great, friendly and very attentive. Small shop but it has a nice cozy vibe to it. Overall- 9.5/10. Great spin on Ramen, while you can also get good traditional at the same time!
google avatar

Yelp
This ramen shop no longer serves gluten free noodles. All of their dishes contain gluten within their broths and marinades. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my new food allergy towards gluten. He was willing to work with me while exploring the entire menu for gluten free options. This shop was a favorite prior to my diagnosis as gluten sensisitive, and it remains as one of our top ramen shops in the valley.

Yelp
We noticed Sakura Ramen take over this spot and was intrigued by their Pasta Ramen Series. When we finally had a chance to visit, we had already missed out on the first in their series. They offer only 10 bowls per day of this special item. On our visit, they had already moved on to the 2nd in their series - Salmon Crab Tomato Cream Pasta Ramen for $16.89. We got two orders of this. It's super rich and heavy as it's cream-based. It was good though and I shared mine. We also got their Tonkotsu Spicy Ramen $15.88. This was good. And we also ordered a side of extra noodle - Kaedama for $2. This surprisingly came with minced ginger, mustard greens, garlic paste and fried garlic! What a nice little extra bit to accompany these noodles. The Husband was quite pleased. Service was beyond efficient! The waitress came by many times to check on us and kept our water glasses filled. It's been a hot minute since I've had such attentive service in a small restaurant. Sakura Ramen is worth a return visit! Go check them out!

Yelp
The parking is easy access, the restaurant have very great service. They are very polite and friendly. The environment nothing fancy, typical small joint japanese ramen restaurant. We ordered tonkotsu spicy, carbonara (pasta style ramen) and desert japanese shave ice (matcha and sweet red beans). Everything is great. The one really interesting is their japanese shave ice. The menu said imported from ishikawa japan. It's very soft ice and melt in your mouth. If you ever visit the place, I recommend try their japanese shave ice.

Yelp
Sakura ramen - had a really different smell/flavor. The meat was super thin but dry. Chicken karaage- tasty, well made, juicy dark meat pieces. Tomato - refreshing, savory. Shaved ice - was too hard. Not fluffy enough. The toppings tasted super artificial and not fresh.

Yelp
shoyu and doubleberry shaved ice were phenomenal! people are so nice and such a nice environment

Yelp
New to this side of town and was craving ramen! Saw them in instagram and had to try it and it wasn't disappointed! Clean restaurant with super friendly staff! Ambiance is very chill and relaxing for me and my family of 4! The decor was super cute all around the restaurant too! The food was also delicious! We ordered: Gyoza (5/5) the tender meat combined with all the seasonings made this super good! Didn't ask but I think they made it themselves? Definitely feel like it was store bought! It paired well with the sauce too! Chicken karaage (5/5) jumbo chicken thighs dipped in batter and deep fried! Super delicious! I like that they portioned it so that if you can get less than 5pcs! Sakura ramen (10/5) this was their #1 ramen and it definitely belonged in that spot! Rich and creamy goodness with chashu pork and not 1/2 an egg but 1 whole egg! Along with Japanese mushroom, green onions and nori! Must try! Super good! Tomato cream ramen 10/5! This is one of their specialty ramen that my daughter really loved! It was super creamy and tasty with small bits of salmon and crab! Must try! Overall we had an amazing experience! The food was amazing, the staff were excellent, and the vibe was perfect! If you're not craving ramen, they have a variety of other food items too! From rice dishes to desserts! Will Definitely be back to try their Japanese shaved ice!

Yelp
Tried this spot today with my girlfriend! First thing right off the bat, Sakura Ramen has excellent staff working here, our waitress was super friendly and fast with handling any requests we had, she also refilled our waters without asking and always had a smile on her face! The Sakura Ramen dish I ordered was delicious, fresh, and came with fried garlic, pickled veggies, and ginger on the side which was a nice touch and pleasant surprise. The broth was flavorful without being overly rich/fatty. Also the ramen included one of the best ramen eggs I've had, the egg yolk texture was perfect (not too hard and not too runny) and the marinated flavor came through strongly and was so tasty! Also tried the mochi desert which had a great flavor and texture. They even gave us complimentary ice green tea shots at the end of the meal for free which was super cool! Presentation of the ingredients in the ramen bowl was A+ and the restaurant was clean while having its own cool decor/charm. Music playing was fun and not blaringly loud. Would 100% return and can't wait to get another bowl of ramen!

Yelp
Instagram target audience: REACHED! Saw an Instagram reel from Sakura Ramen for their pasta ramen - if there were two foods I would want to combine, these would be it. Service was immaculate. Water? FILTERED BABYYYY! No gross Vegas tap water here. Prices are fair and portions are perfect (this is a pro to me, con to others - to each their own). Pasta ramen though... interesting lol. Comparable to Jolibee's spaghetti (i.e., Filipino spaghetti/sweet spaghetti). The tonkatsu ramen broth was just slightly watery. Egg was perfect though. 4 star turned to 5 because free scoop of ice cream when leaving a review or following on IG - I can appreciate a good a buy-in! My labubu also fell off my purse when leaving and I didn't notice, but the waiter literally RAN my labubu out to me! I would've been so devastated if I lost Hehe! (IYKYK). Overall would come back for another go around for sure -

Yelp
This was a really great find! I didn't know that this place is based off of a ramen chain in Japan. The staff is Japanese and they were very inviting. There are a lot of options. They are known for their Sakura Ramen which is a tonkotsu broth. The shoyu ramen was more of what I was looking for - an egg noodle with chicken base. Both were really good. The chicken karaage was delicious. Piping hot and crisp. The gyoza looked handmade not from a package and was really good as well. The desserts with the shaved ice (ice imported from Japan) was so good as well. The Cafe Latte parfait was a mix of vanilla ice cream and coffee jelly. So delicious! Inside has a good amount of seating but needs better A/C. It was pretty warm and stuffy inside. I am excited to return very soon.

Yelp
My parents have been visiting from Japan the past few months and they needed their ramen fix. My dad wanted to try Sakura, as the owner's father runs a famous ramen spot in Japan. We ordered the gyoza, Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen, Shoyu Ramen, Cold Shoyu ramen, and shaved ice. Sakura is known for its tonkotsu ramen, so I'd definitely recommend trying one of those. So so so good. Hearty without being too greasy or oily. The cold shoyu ramen was a hiyashi chuuka which isn't what I had expected but good regardless! Shoyu ramen broth was a little sweeter than I normally like but my dad really enjoyed it. Gyoza were small but good. Most ramen places in Vegas serve store bought frozen gyoza, but Sakuras seemed handmade. the strawberry shaved snow was light, refreshing, and a perfect way to end the meal. Sakura ramen definitely hit the spot!

Yelp
So grateful to have an authentic Ramen in south Summerlin and it's delicious! Service is always inviting! Very cool restaurant and clean!

Michael Z.

Yelp
Definitely the best, most authentic ramen in Vegas, not just Spring Valley. The server Aina was patient and informative with our friend who doesn't eat Ramen often. Two thumbs up for her! The spicy edamame, gyoza, ramen, and Ube ice cream were all perfect. There are 26 seats in this restaurant and the chefs are Japanese too!
google avatar

Lisa E.

Yelp
Came here for dinner and it was decent. I had their signature tonkotsu ramen with an egg. The broth was simple. The noodles were thin and cooked perfectly. I wish their green onions were naganegi or the white parts of the negi on ramen rather than simple wagiri green onions. I wish they had smaller toppings like sesame seeds, vinegar, etc on the table. Yu rin chi was good. I liked the toppings on there. Service was good. The ambiance was also good, pretty quiet with Japanese music playing in the background. If you are looking for a reasonably priced simple bowl of ramen, this would be a good place to check out.
google avatar

Yelp
The place smelled like they were masking something. The food was flavorless and chicken was as tough as boot leather. Service was eeh. Definitely great if you want a whole in the wall but if you're on the search for good ramen steer clear
google avatar

Yelp
Best ramen by far I've found in Vegas. Their eel bowl was delicious and they were not stingy with their portions at all. Equal eel=rice ratio for sure. Their unagi sauce is not overpowering. Complimented with the spicy tuna hand roll, the hand rolls were a nice appetizer while waiting for the ramen. The spicy tuna in the middle reminded me of spicy ahi back home in Hawaii when I used to work in Tanioka's. The cucumber slices in the middle were refreshing piece added to these hand rolls. My go to every time my wife and I dined here. Let's talk about the ramen tho. Texture of the noodles was the best. Firm and not soggy at all. The tonkatsu broth was rich with flavor. Not too salty, nor was it under salted either. The meat provided in the ramen bowl was soft and easy to break apart. The shoyu egg was delicious and not over cooked at all. Overall the flavors of the ingredients over exceeded my expectations! Service was great and very attentive to customers. They respond well and knowledgable about their menu. The eating area was nice and light were dim. Definitely my go to ramen spot!

Yelp
Came in for a late dinner and ordered 2 ramen, gyoza, and chicken karaage. I had the spicy (medium) and it was perfect. The noodles were perfectly cooked. I like this style of thin, and just a little crispy, noodles. Sometimes tonkotsu ramen tends to have too strong a pork flavor, but this was not overwhelming at all. The service was prompt and friendly and because we came late in the evening, there was no wait. Definitely worth a repeat.
google avatar

Ken M.

Yelp
VEGE Ramen is very good, with a reasonable price of $15. For $3 more, they'll double the amount of noodles, which I would definitely need if I was very hungry. Vegetable Takoyaki also hit the spot, while also being healthy. Service was very good. Atmosphere is casual. There was a healthy flow of patrons on an early Saturday evening. I would definitely come back.

Josie C.

Yelp
Super awesome! Food is fire and servers are nice. The ambiance is great too. Totally recommend!

Yelp
Everyone here is incredibly kind, and the service is outstanding. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. The food is absolutely delicious I highly recommend trying the garlic edamame and the shoyu ramen, both packed with amazing flavor!

Yelp
"Ichi Ban" Great ambiance very Japanese ramen stop vibe. Service on top of thing too. What you'll expect for an award winning ramen shop in the South Summerlin Las Vegas area

Yelp
Legit Japanese ramen from Fukuoka! It's like being back in Japan, with only a 15 min drive away. So happy to find an genuine ramen restaurant outside of Chinatown. Signature Tonkotsu (5/5) Warabi mochi (5/5) - perfect cool dessert Green tea (5/5) It's real Japanese style, so not overly fatty nor salty. Ambiance is American, pop songs. Service is extremely kind and generous. We loved talking to the staff. This is now my new go-to ramen spot :D 本当日本ラメん屋!ラメんは塩辛くない、わらび餅甘すぎない。完璧です。嬉しい。

Yelp
delicious authentic tonkotsu, flavor is just right, service is very friendly and kind, we live nearby, will be back for more

Yelp
This is what ramen should be. The broth was perfectly seasoned and simmeredI just wish there was more moth feel. The takoyaki was amazing with the bonito flakes. The restaurant is small and quaint perfect for a date night. Our server was attentive and prompt.
