The Vine House

The food was good and well presented. The staff was friendly and attentive. By the price of the dishes, I thought it would be a nicer restaurant, but you’re just in a loud single room with barely any room for the staff and guests to walk through between the tables. So minus one star for that. Definitely more of a sociable vibe, not a fancy vibe but had fancy prices.

The place perfect for our work meeting. We were able to discharge we needed and have great food. The service was absolutely fantastic. If you are in Ripon and want a nice place to get great wine and great food with great service look no further…..;)

When we first arrived, some ladies that were leaving stopped us. The more mature of the duo suggested the shrimp bordelaise. Deliciousness! Our server, (I'm assuming her name was Tessa because of our receipt but after the first drink, I forgot my own name) was very sweet! She suggested the Fig Brie Prosciutto Tartine. It was amazing! The dance of textures and flavors was something I think everyone should experience in life. We chose to sit outside. The weather was nice! There was a little speaker outside so we had music. She even gave us a little fan to fend off flies! 10/10. I definitely recommend. If you're going to sit inside, bring a sweater!

We had a really lovely first experience and looking to going back. Without a reservation the staff accommodated us with a minimal wait. Our meals were fabulous!! Cat, our server, was amazing and so thoughtful. Can’t wait to return!

Good wine and selection, innovative food, and a very responsive and accommodating wait staff. Great mini menu for happy hour discounts from 4- 5 p.m. A great local dining experience, but because of its size, there is a two-hour dining limit. (Unopened bottles of wine can be purchased to go if you taste something you can't go home without.)

Ok this place is darling. Had a happy hour date that was wonderful. Wine was so good we bought a bottle to enjoy at home. The apps are amazing made fresh with local only ingredients and they come from small local farms. I will be back in a heart beat. 💕 just know you might want to reserve even for happy hr because it’s a small place but worth it.

I normally don’t leave reviews but tonight I felt compelled. My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at Vine House, thanks to Vanessa. Though we only popped in for a drink, (Because the kitchen was closed) her warm and friendly demeanor made our experience truly memorable. With her attentive and personalized service, Vanessa went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The positive energy and passion she exuded added an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience. And I’m not exaggerating, tonight was an Experience. The Sangria and the maple ginger crème brûlée were absolutely out of this world I highly commend Vanessa for her outstanding service and look forward to returning to Vine House for their farm-to-table food service. Kudos to Vanessa and the entire Vine House team for creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Will return soon!

Incredible food experience. Farm to table menu. This restaurant is perfect for date night, special moments, and fun girls night. The food was perfect. Reservation is recommended. This is the best kept secret.
