"Limo offers Peruvian fusion par excellence that uses typical ingredients in daring new ways. It’s particularly known for fish, including many types of sushi, as well as a variety of entrées that feature tuna, shrimp, octopus, crab, salmon, or trout, some inspired by Andean recipes, others taken from the Japanese tradition. Not a seafood lover? No problem! Limo also has delicious options featuring chicken, pork, beef, and alpaca. This second-floor restaurant overlooking the Plaza de Armas is also a great place for sampling pisco cocktails. Reservations are a good idea, especially if you’d like to score a balcony table with a town-square view."
We had some incredible food here. The maki was so wonderful. Don’t miss out on the gyoza either. The fish for the sashimi and maki felt so fresh and delicious. The drinks were a delicious flavor and well balanced. The highlight of the dining experience may have been the lemongrass flan but the overall best part of our experience was the generosity and hospitality of Jhan (our server). Do not skip this place

i got the 6 piece sashimi set which changes routinely (88 sol), octopus ceviche (62 sol) and salmon for the main which came with mash on the side (59 sol?) sorry i forget what its called. all dishes were good and the view is incredible. they had a welcome dish too which was good. D’angelo enzo was my server and he was great :) very attentive!
the peruvian touch to the japanese dishes was nice. the sashimi set in particular bc it featured a yellow chilli ceviche sauce which went well with the fresh seafood
this wasnt the BEST meal i’ve ever had..other reviews got my hopes way up. but its still very good considering the price point so it gets a 5/5 from me

We absolutely loved the food, and the service was exceptional. Jhan has great customer service and was very helpful with recommendations for our family. If you’re looking for something a little different, this place is a great choice. They were very accommodating for vegetarians, and even our kids ate really well—always a win! Our views was fantastic as a bonus.

One of the top 10 meals of my life! Was incredibly delicious, a gorgeous view over the main Square and the service by Jorge was friendly and impeccable. Cannot recommend this restaurant more than I am.
Adding to this review because we returned two days later to have another meal at Limo. This time we were served by Juan and again impeccable service. We tried a few new dishes and everything was superb. I don’t think it’s possible to go wrong at this restaurant. Highly recommend it.

Superb service from D’Angelo made our experience even better.

Overall, this restaurant is great! I'm surprised it wasn't recommended multiple times. The manager at our hotel recommended it and it was amazing.
Food: We were given complimentary jasmine tea that aids digestion. We started with the Buta Ramen and kataifi scallop. For mains we had Arroz y mariscos (2 orders) and a rice based thai dish with peppers and veggies. The arroz y mariscos was AMAZING. I know I'm using that word a lot but it's that good! I didn't like the thai rice dish and the waiter was gracious enough to take it off. He offered us dessert instead and I love me some dessert so...
Service: I feel terrible that I can't remember our waiter's name but I think it started with a J. He was very helpful and polite. He wasn't at the table checking in as often but that was ok since the food was great. Also, every other person we asked for help was responsive.
Ambience: I like the look. We sat in the balcony like area (covered not the main dining room)...I enjoyed the fact that although it was an upscale restaurant, it wasn't stuffy.
$$: all the items we ordered including water and drinks came to a whooping $90 (for 3 people) including the tip. For fresh, delicious food... unbeatable.
