Santa Francesinha

So excited to find a vegetarian option of the francesinha sandwich, and they do a vegan one too. The veggie version was delicious, and brilliant as a lunch option as you need a lot of time to digest. Service was great. We did try to visit the night before for dinner but the queue took far too long so we gave up , and we had better luck turning up just as they opened for lunch.

First time eating Francesinha - wow, this is a meal to remember! Went down wonderfully with a Super Bock stout. Staff was welcoming and took great care of us.

Francesinha was incredible! Right tangy sauce taste, meats were tender, cheese melt was perfect. The burger from the kids menu is dry so that was unfortunate. Service was great, very attentive. Spacious upstairs for sitting. Very affordable pricing.

Had a lovely (and very large) Franchesinha here. Great atmosphere right on a busy and funky square. Attentive service, great food, good vibe.

The vegan francesinha was so good and very filling. The vegan meet was very good, the sauce and fries as well. Next time will try the burger.

I went there to try vegetarian francesinha. Overall it was good it the vegan bacon can be out. It doesn't taste like bacon just a hard piece of wood so I won't be recommend to put any unless customers really want and can't live without it. Big portion and I loved the lemon water. Truly lots of lemons and I love it being super sour and the condensed.
