Cool bar on Weserstr in Neukölln. Been around forever it feels. Looks like it too ;-) but in a funky good way. Amazing to hang out for a beer outside in the summer. Oh and the also have a Kicker Table (Tischfußball) inside. Wow!!! ⚽️🥅

Love the place and the vibe. i wish it could become my usual neighborhood bar but its almost impossible to find a place on the weekend. Plus points for smoking area, minus points for rude bartenders, who pretend not to hear you when you are talking to them, or when u ask about the menu.

Trendy neighbourhood bar with a truly lived in and loved in feel. Music selection was top tier. It also has a separate smoking area.

Staff was friendly, place was too dark and smoky but cool. Actually it is good for dating also. I liked cocktail but they should have add little bit more alcohol in it. Recommended.

Cool interior, chill music and a friendly atmosphere! We really liked the place. You can also play table football there. They have a variety of drinks, especially German beers.

Great vibe there. Met plenty of likeminded individuals. Non-smoking area and a smoking area , so wether you smoke or drink you can enjoy the venue. Went in Thursday night, the DJ was on fire. Really set the mood. Soft lighting in the entire place also good for an ambient setting. Go early to get seats, went in on Friday was very busy. No complaints Good prices too on drinks!!

Really nice and cozy atmosphere. It has multiple small tables, so it is suitable for small and large groups as well. The staff is friendly. Candles are almost the only source of light. I would recommend it to not too pretentious people.

It is an amazing place for smokers and nonsmokers and on Wednesday they do comedy show for smokers:) price of drink are optimal

This place goes the absolute extra mile. Great drinks & great people. I lost my wallet there and one of the staff members found me on Facebook based on my ID in my wallet to tell me that they found it so I could come pick it up! Really great people there, 10/10 recommend it

Everything was fine except the vomit in the bathroom. That I stepped in. I'm ok with dirty bathrooms, but this was too much. The ceiling in there was moldy, too.

Pretty cool bar. I'm a bit congested at the moment so I appreciate the non-smoking side but the bartender has a bit of an attitude problem. She looked good vigorously washing those glasses tho. The crowd was a lot of cool bros chillin so if that's your thing you will have a good time. Playlist - Mobb Deep? Maybe something a bit more current would be more fun???

Ä bar was not much different than the other bars I've been to in Neukölln. Dark (candle-lit), somewhat grungy, easily movable chairs/tables for groups, stinks of smoke (smoking allowed inside), and a standard selection of beer/drinks. It can get pretty busy at night, but I didn't find it particularly interesting (...then again, it was a Monday night). It just happened to be a good place for a big group of us to gather and grab a drink together. BUT, it seems that they do have events regularly and also sometimes open up their basement for dancing. So, it's possible that it could be interesting after all.

A small bar in a nice area, really cool ! Totally Berlin. The light is not too bright, for the lights, there are only some candles on the tables. It creates a nice atmosphere. The decoration is great ! The cocktails really good too ! There is also a babyfoot, so we played with some people on a sunday night, it was really cool. It is like a cocoon, ideal when it is cold outside !

I live super close to the Ä and have walked by here many times, so I figured it's time to check it out. I went on a saturday when it wa ssuper crowed, but we still managed to find "improvised" seats and later a table. I don't really understand though, why the Ä is so popular. The interior looks like any other bar and when I was there they actually charged us €6,00 for a cocktail, which I think is insane (not only for Neukölln, but also somewhat for Berlin). I am not sure if I will be going here again for drinks in the evening, unless I am super lazy and don't feel like walking at all. But besides that I think tha Ä is nothing special and not worth speding that much money at.

Great neighborhood bar with super comfy seating, cozy atmosphere and good prices. Also a foosball table for those of us that like to get bellig and competitive with a few beers in us. Nice place to grab a drink or even have a casual bday party as a friend recently did. Glad it's down the street from me!

Cool place. Good music. Might get too crowded especially on Saturday nights. Better to go early to find a seat. There is almost no light inside. Only small candles on the tables. Maybe not good if you want a place that you could chat with friends, coz when it is crowded you can barely hear your own voice. Still, recommended.

Ä has been warmly greeted in Neukölln, with it's fantastic beer, odd collection of furniture and interesting light fittings. It displays all the best finds of a skip scavenger's hard work and lets you enjoy your surroundings with some fine tunes. They have regular live music evenings and performances For those non smokers, you have to sit in the uncomfy room (no sofas for you!) That feels a little bit like banishment, but hey, drink another of those delicious beers and you won't care any more.
