Everything about this place are done very well. The restaurant is run by a couple. All our food from the appetizers, sashimi, sushi, miso soup to the desserts were well-prepared. They take pride of what they do, and it shows through the experience we get as guests.
All of the fishes are fresh. Miso soup was well done. Their fried food (agedashi tofu, karaage and tempura) are well-balanced. It’s the best Japanese restaurant I’ve gone to in Portugal? By far.
The space is cozy (6 tables for 2, and a bar for 8) clean and aesthetically pleasing. My only advice for the restaurant is to turn on the AC as it gets pretty warm inside. Make sure to make reservation in advanced. They are fully booked for weeks.
