Reigning Champ

Reigning Champ advertises a lifetime warranty and claims they repair garments for quality issues. In reality, that promise seems meaningless. The zipper on my hoodie became completely non-functional while the rest of the garment is still in perfect condition. This wasn’t abuse. This wasn’t wear-and-tear destruction. It was a basic component failure. When I submitted a warranty claim, they told me they “couldn’t determine” why the zipper wasn’t working and offered me 20% off a future purchase as their best solution. That’s not standing behind your product. That’s deflecting. If you’re going to market premium pricing and lifetime guarantees, then act like it. A broken zipper on an otherwise pristine hoodie should be a straightforward repair or replacement — not an excuse to upsell me on another purchase. For context, I have a Uniqlo hoodie that has been washed repeatedly and still functions perfectly. It’s hard to justify paying a premium for Reigning Champ when the durability and customer service don’t match the branding. Very disappointed. I won’t be buying from them again. My best advice is this: AVOID.

I had such a great experience at Reigning Champ in Vancouver that I felt compelled to share it. First of all, the store itself is absolutely beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully organized, and visually stunning. Everything is displayed with care, and I was given the freedom to walk around, explore, and really experience the pieces. The clothing looks much better in person than on the website. The fabrics, the cuts, the craftsmanship truly stand out. I was looking for a gift for my brother who doesn’t live in Canada, and I wanted to bring him something truly Canadian and from Vancouver. I chose Reigning Champ over Lululemon Athletica and Arc’teryx, and for very good reasons. The quality is outstanding. The pieces I selected are made from 100% cotton, with exceptional construction and beautiful tailoring. In my opinion, some other brands offer items that are significantly more expensive while using synthetic or polyester-heavy fabrics. Reigning Champ feels different, the quality is superior, the materials feel authentic, and the design is understated yet elevated. The service was genuinely top-tier. I especially want to highlight Rafa, who was attentive and thoughtful. He really listened, offered helpful guidance without any pressure, and made the entire interaction a pure pleasure. He assisted me in choosing the perfect items, kindly ordered a specific piece for me, and even sent a text message to let me know when it arrived in store. Everything was beautifully gift-wrapped, such a refined and thoughtful touch. For me, this was truly a discovery. I’m so happy with my choice, and I genuinely wish the brand and this store continued success. I hope they remain as client-focused and thoughtful as they are now. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back.

I wanna say how pleased I am with the recent customer service I received thru the website! They made my day, and I'm a customer for life. Not mention the fabulous quality of their products. I stopped by Reigning Champ on W 4th looking for a grey hoodie and later came back during the Boxing Week sale. Joseph assisted me both times out of my handful visits, and what really stood out was how genuine and comfortable he made the experience. I could be completely honest about what I was looking for (and what wasn’t working for me) without ever feeling pressured. He listened carefully, offered thoughtful suggestions, and gave me the space to decide. What I initially thought would be a quick visit for one item turned into a much more considered purchase, thanks to his good fashion sense and deep knowledge about the items. I don’t usually write reviews for clothing stores, but Joseph’s service was truly exceptional. Warm, respectful, and insightful. A great reflection of the Reigning Champ brand.

I never go out of my way to do this, but I wanted to recognize outstanding service and incredible knowledge shared during our visit. Chris was super helpful with understanding what I needed, while building me perfect outfits for my upcoming trip. Chris was very passionate and you can tell he wasn’t just trying to sell me clothes. Super down to earth and authentic guy. Next time you visit this location try and ask for Chris. This location is lucky to have him. He also has great recommendations around the city!

Reigning Champ is a great Canadian brand. Sweats and hoodies can't be beat. And their workout gear is really good. Customer service guy Jaiden is helpful and responsive.
