I have known Phil for decades. He has always been super fun and zero pressure to interact with. This was no exception. He helped me search this bike out and make it my own. I recently made my first purchase from Full Cycle and overall the purchase process was relatively easy. There were a few hiccups along the way but everything was easily rectified. The original bike that they had in stock was going to be built for me to test, but then a few days later I was told it was already sold. However, I was told I could still go in to test the bike. So from there a bike was ordered and took about a week to get it. Once I made the purchase and got home I noticed the price I was charged was $100 more than the website listed it. I contacted Full Cycle and they were easy to work with to get a refund. I'm glad I was able to buy locally and support a local business.

Our family has bought many bikes from Full Cycle; going right back to when they first opened in the mid-Nineties. We have never received anything but superb service from their friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had the pleasure of picking out a nice BMC 257 city bike recently, and I was ably assisted by Will at purchase, and Dominique at delivery. Thanks guys; I highly recommend Full Cycle!

I am proud to have bought my Argon18 krypton from Full Cycle. Sam and Marco helped make sure the bike i choose was the right one.They answered every question I had and were just great to talk shop with. Again I cannot thank you enough for the great experience. I came in to buy new pedals for my bike and thought I’d try installing them myself—let’s just say it didn’t go as planned. Thankfully, the friendly staff were more than happy to help. Great local bike shop. Brought two bikes in recently for tune-ups and they did an outstanding job. They even contacted me to suggest one bike would be fine with a lower-cost tune-up, saving me some money and earning my trust. Highly recommended.

Best bike shop in Ottawa. The guys at the Hintonburg shop graciously allowed me to test ride multiple bikes for size and provided great expertise & advice to help make my decision. Ultimately I made my purchase at the St Laurent location where the bike was in stock. At the St Laurent location, I was also provided exemplary service and a great deal while purchasing my road bike. Great service overall! Abby and Phil have been so instrumental in helping me set up my new bike as I embark on a new adventure in Ottawa/Gatineau! They took the extra mile to adjust the bike seat and allowed me to take a test drive to make sure it was the right fit. I was even informed about my bike lock that I forgot on the counter. Thanks for the taking the time to accommodate my cycling needs. Looking forward to my next visit!

I purchased a bike from a friend because mine was stolen, it had issues with the left hand gears, I went on line and asked questions to see if I had to make an appointment for a tune-up. The person on the online help said to just bring the bike in and ask at the service desk. I took the bike which is not a bike they sell and the fellow behind the desk put it up on the service rack and turned a few screws did a little adjusting and turning the pedals and shifting the gears and within 10 minutes I was out of there with a bike that worked great. I will be back because my husband tried to pump up my tire and lost a part and we cannot fill the tire with air.

No refunds - only exchanges - so if you get something you don't want - you're stuck with it. Gave me a pedal that was longer than the second pedal.
