L'Atelier - Octobre Editions

I don’t know why this store has such a bad review, it seems some people give their review for their online experience as well. It’s a cute store with extremely friendly staff. Only improvement worth mentioning would be, that the selection is a bit limited, would be nice to have a few more items in the back

It’s closed on Monday; the store hours are wrong and I wasted substantial time getting there based on the wrong information they have posted here. In response to your comment: I visited on October 13, 2025. I went into to your concierge room on the side street, asked them where I could find Octobre, not sezanne, and I was told it was closed. So perhaps your staff lied to me

I don’t leave many reviews but the staff at this location were incredible. There was an issue printing out my VAT tax forms and they spent almost an hour trying to fix it and even threw in some free items for my time. I didn’t pressure them at all since I was not in a rush but felt bad they were having technical issues outside of their control. They were all extremely friendly while I waited and we had great conversations which made up for the whole ordeal. 10/10 service and I also love the jacket I bought there.

Crooks...we live in the states and charges came off our credit card not once but 3 consecutive times for the same amount... really??? Who's at fault??? Looks like the store owner..enjoy the sale crooks, next time you could have asked, I may have sent some money,,but you took it from me. Thief.

Great quality product and great value. However, extremely poor delivery handling and customer care for being a predominantly e-commerce company, Being in a neighbouring EU country, I ordered the items on a Sunday and the items were not even apparently dispatched till Wednesday. After having paid express shipping the tracking no does not correspond at all to the courrier's website. Having written to customer care on a Thursday I get an email today on a Monday stating that those are the only details they have and "Hope I received the package" whilst I still have no news of the package. A brand is best judged when things go wrong, not only when everything is going smooth. Unfortunately, Octobre Editions has failed in this matter.

Horrible experience, the girl that assisted in the fitting rooms on 03.06.2025 was really mean, I really like this brand, but the service was really not on point
