Great quality product and great value. However, extremely poor delivery handling and customer care for being a predominantly e-commerce company,
Being in a neighbouring EU country, I ordered the items on a Sunday and the items were not even apparently dispatched till Wednesday. After having paid express shipping the tracking no does not correspond at all to the courrier's website.
Having written to customer care on a Thursday I get an email today on a Monday stating that those are the only details they have and "Hope I received the package" whilst I still have no news of the package.
A brand is best judged when things go wrong, not only when everything is going smooth. Unfortunately, Octobre Editions has failed in this matter.
