Hotel NH Collection Sevilla

We had a wonderful stay at the NH Hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. A special thank you to Laura 🤍 for her warm and welcoming service she was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel truly at home. We would definitely love to come back!

Our stay at NH Collection Sevilla has been very disappointing so far. We arrived today at 10pm on Dec 31 and were informed there was no food available. The hotel provides only one bottle of water per room per day, regardless of number of guests. We booked a Premium Room directly using our Minor Discovery membership, but were not provided premium Wi-Fi, which is a stated benefit. The regular Wi-Fi is extremely slow and unusable. I am currently using my data to write this review. The room was not cleaned or maintained to an expected standard: stained bench, hair and perfume smell on a pillow, dust and hair on countertops, leftover food on a bedside table, and a burnt-out light bulb leaving the room very dark. There is no shower curtain, the shower water turns extremely hot, the sink is leaking, and the toilet seat is crooked, making it uncomfortable to sit. These issues are concerning for a premium room at an NH Collection property. Photos were taken to document the condition.

This is a beautiful hotel, very well located. Very helpful and professional front desk staff. The rooms are very comfortable and beautiful with everything you need. The breakfast the breakfast buffet was excellent. I have to say that Francisco and Javier were very attentive and both very funny and willing to help with anything we need. A special thank you to them and also to Ana down and front desk area. Javier, Francisco thank you so much for making our day a beautiful day.!!! Done

I stayed at NH Collection Seville for three nights during a business trip and had a great experience. The hotel is well situated. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering plenty of options to start the day. Overall, a very friendly and welcoming place — I would definitely stay here again.

We will preface by saying we are Americans that are assigned to this hotel with a tour||This hotel is lovely and in a fantastic location and close to all the major sites. Definitely bring comfortable shoes to walk everywhere.||The rooms were very comfortable and roomy by European standards. And had all the toiletries in the room. The only complaint was the hairdryers were very weak.||The breakfast was included and had a lot of choices, and you could even order your own omelettes and eggs with the staff. ||The staff was nice and spoke English well.

Good hotel with friendly service and decent breakfasts (nice selection of teas, but I didn’t like the coffee). Everything was clean, and the pool area was pleasant. The location is quite good — about a 20-minute walk to the main attractions. However, the glass windows in the bathroom and toilet were a bit uncomfortable, and the sound insulation there was quite poor.

The hotel is a bit far from the touristic centre. All rooms in hotel have this strange concrete slab hanging outside the window that blocks half the window view and looks very hideous. They have a gym with the primary(all in one) machine was broken. Bathrooms were clean. Accessories provided were good.

I stayed at this place with my family for 3 days. The hospitality extended by the staff during my stay, was exceptional. This place is located in the neighborhood that is quiet and safe. It was easy to get to many places either by taxi, by tram or by walk. The breakfast offered here was very good. Wide variety of items to choose from in the buffet style. The staff also accommodating and brought dishes that we asked that was not in buffet. A wonderful place to stay as family.

Two nights in Sevilla, Spain, at NH COLLECTION was a great stay, but it did have its minuses. It is located about 3 miles from the hustle and bustle, so a taxi is required to get to the city center. Our room #502 had terrific amenities with a view of the roundabout. Very quiet, so any real activity is going to be about a half a mile walk (~15 mins). Or, public pay bikes are available at the crosswalk with the first 30 minutes being free. Sevilla is very much bike friendly, so on that note, be sure to keep clear of the green bike pathways on the sidewalk. The food at the breakfast buffet was not much of a variety compared to what we experienced at previous hotels. I do like the fact that they had attendants assisting with the espresso machine! Most restaurants didn't open until 8:30pm, so plan accordingly. Taxis are about 8 EUR to/from the city center. No laundromat on site, but they do offer the service at much higher fees. We ended up walking about a mile to do a load for 7 EUR.

The NH Collection Sevilla is a nice hotel! Everything was clean and there were many amenities. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. I would definitely consider staying here again, although it doesn't seem to be very convenient for sightseeing. I didn't experience how it would be had I not been on tour, so don't take my word for it; public transportation could have been just steps away and I just didn't know it! I can only attest to the fact that the room was a good size and clean. The other thing that is of concern is the discrepancy between the information I received from the front desk and another guest's experience; I was told the water, coffee, and tea left on the counter were complimentary, but she was charged 6 Euros for the water and it was only a small bottle! Not good!

My wife and I were on vacation in Seville. The staff was very nice and spoke good English. The room was clean, but we didn't get a daily bottle of water like we did at the NH hotels in Barcelona and Madrid. The breakfast here was the best of the three NH hotels we went to though. A nice trough of eggs were ready for scooping and the servers were awesome there. They made my wife an egg white omelet that was very good. They even had anchovies on slices of bread. Way good! The only drawback was that it is a mile walk from the action in Seville. We needed an early morning taxi and the took care of it perfectly. The road outside is being torn up right now, so I would take a taxi from the train station for the next few months instead of walking with luggage like we did. It was like a ten Euro taxi ride. Seville is an awesome town, We loved our three days there, enjoying the beautiful buildings and tapas.

The hotel is wonderful and the service is great. Jose Pazolo and his staff are beyond outstanding. They made our stay memorable...5 Star Service

I realize that this was a hotel part of our excusión package so taking that into consideration. Room was clean but small. The bathroom was really tiny although shower was ok. Bed was ok not great but not horrible. The staff was courteous and attentive. Breakfast was a normal hotel food. Clean good but nothing special about it. Made the mistake of using using the mini- bar. Yes a cardinal sin of traveling. Don't. The refrigerator doesn't keep the drinks cold. You are better off calling room service. Would I stay here again? Probably but will choose a bigger room.

The hotel itself was nice, but the food was horrible. I was with a group that was touring Spain and the NH Viapol was the hotel we stayed at for two nights. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were apart of the package. Let me ask you one question. How do you mess up chicken? The first night they served us dry tasteless chicken that me and the other travelers had to drown in olive oil and vinegar to make it eatable. The second night it was dry over cooked fish that sent me to the nearest Burger King. No one goes to Spain to eat at Burger King! I was so hungry that I just went to what was familiar. For that reason alone I don't think I'd stay at that property again.

Not really clean. Beds are not very comfortable. E.g. there is just a sleeve, a duvet and the a sleeve on top... total mess during the night. Silverfish in the bathroom. The whole room smells like it has been a smoking area for years. Way to expensive for the provided room. Service is really good and friendly.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. The weather is in the high 60's but the manager refused to turn the air conditioning on, leaving only the heat on. When we first arrived at the hotel, we dragged our luggage in (no bellhop) through the hot, poor lit, and muggy hotel in a bad part of town with no sights or decent restaurants. When asked about this unusual air conditioning policy, my family and I were met with unbelievable rudeness. Needless to say we left the hotel within 3 hours of arrival (still charged for the nights we didn't stay) and went to the Gran Melia. The NH Collection's decent prices are not worth it, go somewhere else if you want to enjoy your trip!!!!
