Our stay at NH Collection Sevilla has been very disappointing so far. We arrived today at 10pm on Dec 31 and were informed there was no food available. The hotel provides only one bottle of water per room per day, regardless of number of guests.
We booked a Premium Room directly using our Minor Discovery membership, but were not provided premium Wi-Fi, which is a stated benefit. The regular Wi-Fi is extremely slow and unusable. I am currently using my data to write this review.
The room was not cleaned or maintained to an expected standard: stained bench, hair and perfume smell on a pillow, dust and hair on countertops, leftover food on a bedside table, and a burnt-out light bulb leaving the room very dark. There is no shower curtain, the shower water turns extremely hot, the sink is leaking, and the toilet seat is crooked, making it uncomfortable to sit.
These issues are concerning for a premium room at an NH Collection property. Photos were taken to document the condition.
