Saw this new restaurant’s info on a tourist website and I am curious about their version of Cantonese/ Chinese food by a talented Hong Kong chef in Paris (I m hongkongnese and grow up having Cantonese food). I eat solo but I am able try a total of 6 dishes from their a la carte menu: sashimi LouHei, oysters, SiuMai, Fried shrimps balls, ChaSiu, Radish cake with ham. The proportion of shrimp and pork for the SiuMai is good. All food is nicely done and designed 👍 1 things that I am glad that they let me have is a chair with backing, but not the traditional wooden stool. Don’t think I can sit relaxed for 1.5 hours without a backing. The staff is wonderful and I feel very welcomed. The choice of music brings back memories of my childhood 👏
