very economic way to enjoy local delights. The stall make it so identical to pizza with rice paper instead of usual dough. An unique created snack for all ages i would say. Most of all... we enjoy alot.

My usual Banh Trang Nuong lady no longer has her stall on Cao Thang Street. I did a google search and found this cool place. To start they have a massive area and very roomy for their customers. I was very impressed that they were able to have this much land and space to serve their customers. It’s also street view so you can just watched the motorbikes go bye they were super busy, so I’m very happy for their business overall. The banh trang was average. Wasnt as good and crunchy as my previous go to spot. Price was affordable.

While it can't compare to Da Lat, they have several varieties of banh trang nuong to choose from for a very reasonable price. The most expensive is just 22,000 VND. Note that they have two locations. One is in an alleyway next to The Coffee House, and the other is in front of the Ford dealership across the street. Usually just one of the two spots is open.

This is some kind of pizza that can't never be found elsewhere around the world. It's a flattened rice cake with a very thin layer of fried scrambled eggs, onions, scallions and a few toppings like dried beef and minced octopus. It's spicy and crispy. Highly recommended. And one more thing, you will most likely have to queue and wait for your dish (usually around 10 mins), and the seat is a very small chair. If you're a tall guy like me, it might bother you a bit. Enjoy.

This used to be very good. But it's getting worse and worst. Cool cake, crowded with trendy teens, adding by noisy traffic. It's still very interesting if you want to experience street food of Saigon. But with the current quality it's hard to recommend this place anymore
