Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Very clean and beautifully decorated in a very romantic and royal style. It is an old building so you might hear your neighbours a bit more sometimes ☺️ Breakfast was amazing and all of the staff very very friendly🫶 Hope to be back sometime! 🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟

Ińes who works at the front desk was amazing!!! She was so kind, so welcoming, so hospitable, and so helpful. I thought I lost my luggage and she helped me track down the taxi driver. She went above and beyond the call of duty and didn't hesitate to help me. The room was so beautiful. So many quaint details in the room, attention to detail, and warm environment. I will be back to stay in Casa Oliver and tell all my friends to stay there when in Lisbon!

Had a very nice stay from last Wednesday to Sunday in room 24! We arrived outside the opening hours of the reception, but through a clear explanation and a video we could easily pick up the key and enter our room. The radio was on there and there was a small mood light. It is a decent building, but really has the Portuguese charm. The breakfast is also very cozy but certainly has enough choice. The location is well located just outside the hustle and bustle, but everything is within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this to friends and acquaintances. Who knows until next time.

We had a great stay at Casa Oliver and really appreciated the complimentary upgrade, which made our visit even better. The space was comfortable, spotless, and well cared for, and the location was perfect. Would happily stay here again.

Unacceptable lack of assistance We suddenly lost all electricity in the room and called the hotel’s emergency number more than 10 times with no answer. We were left without light, heating, or the ability to charge our phones, and had to try to fix the problem ourselves for over an hour. After contacting the hotel to explain the situation and request compensation, we received no response. We do not recommend this hotel.

Very nice place, basically rooms- not a hotel- in an old refurbished house right at the Principe Real Square, so super well located. The bed was very small for 2, maybe 130 cm wide, max 140... does not fit 2 Northern Europeans, to be honest.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Oliver, the staff are all extremely helpful & friendly - especially Miguel! The breakfast was lovely, with lots of choice but the highlight here really is the location situated in the heart of Principe Real.

I have stayed at Casa Oliver on several occasions before, and I always enjoy my stay there. I love the “old mansion”atmosphere” and the location is perfect, right across the street from Praça do Príncipe Real. Due to a mishap occurred during my last stay here, we were upgraded to a very spcious room, with a spacious bathroom, three windows facing the Squareand and it was lovely. Breakfast is very good, and the staff is very helpful and extremely friendly. If you like the old historic mansion style, Casa Oliver is for you.
