It’s a super nice hotel with very clean rooms, which makes it great if you’re primarily looking for a comfortable place to sleep. That said, it’s not really the place to go if you want a lot of on-site amenities or entertainment, as the hotel is a bit more minimal in that regard. However, they do have a really nice co-working space if you need to get some work done, which is a great perk. The breakfast is also quite good, though a bit on the pricey side. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with good workspace facilities, the Social Hub is a solid choice!

Super value for the price and service was the best. All staff we talked so far are very accommodating and friendly and even go out of their way to assist! It's just the 3rd day of our stay and we have several more days to go, but I already want to rate and review because we've only experienced all good things so far. Even though we can't have two single beds, the bed is very comfortable and warm. They refill supplies daily, even the nespresso capsules! They do their best to provide our needs like utensils. The room and bathroom is always clean and the heaters are working well. The room is a bit dark, though. But it is okay! The lamps could be used to provide more light. There are towels, bath items, and hair dryer. There is no room slippers but you can request. We did not avail the breakfast, but the spread looks decent! STACH the cafe is also really cozy. Best is that just right outside is the tram stop (1 and 11) and rotterdam centralx beurs, blaak, etc are very easy to reach. I booked some of my colleagues here as well and they are all good words and praises too, and I can't be any more proud of this decision haha.

Excellent hotel with a modern aesthetic and plenty of beautifully designed spaces. The staff were very polite and helpful, everything was spotless, and the room was tastefully decorated. The location is perfect, right in front of tram and bus stops and very close to the river — ideal for running. What impressed me the most was the 24/7 access to the well-equipped and very clean gym. P.S. The welcoming was wonderful ☺️

I stayed in the Social Hub for three nights in December 2025. The hotel is well situated next to a tram stop and is less than 10 minutes tram from the centre of Rotterdam. The staff on the front desk were very helpful and welcoming throughout the visit. The room is a little bit basic, but it was clean and comfortable - I was fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to one of the larger rooms with a kitchenette. I would certainly recommend the Social Hub Rotterdam to friends, and to digital nomads looking for accommodation with co-working facilities (which I made the most of during my stay).

This hotel is amazing! The place itself is really cool and quirky and lots of little touches. It has amazing facilities on site and was spotlessly clean. The room itself (exec suite) was great. It was huge and the bed was really comfy. Bathroom was lovely with really nice toilettries to use. We went to the bar/Bakery on site a few times which were handy. Great coffee and beers. Being a student hotel and being a little older we weren't sure if it would be the best or too noisy bit it was so quiet at night in the rooms. It's a bit out the way but so easy to tram into town and some great bars a few mins walk. Big shout out to Guilia too who helped with our booking and room :) would recommend this place to anyone visiting rotterdam

I had really nice experience with this place. The ambiance was amazing, breakfast was one of the best I had so far. A lot better than expectations considering this is a student hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place and location. Staff are friendly and helpful. But policies that is good for clients are not clearly explained and have no common sense approach. Example breakfast was moved from approx €15 to €21 per person overnight without any notice. I stayed over 2 weeks but I didn’t get free bike because I used 2 different websites for booking the place. Thirdly, I got 3 different bike rental prices on same day

Lovely place especially for those looking for a cheaper stay, right by a tram stop which is easy to use and saves a 15 min walk into the centre. Room was cleaned frequently and staff were friendly and helpful. I don’t think I have any complaints but only thing I would add is the room was quite hot as the air con was quite weak, although it was exceptionally hot outside during our stay. A fridge would have been nice but that’s just preference.
