Avalon Cafe Lounge

- Don't get confused between Avalon bbq & Restaurant. Even if you're,don't worry..it's just a floor above and serves authentic Vietnamese food. - Food been served quickly and the staff was very polite enough to understand the requirement of customer. - Very cosy place with nice ambience. Could easily seat around 20-30pax at once. - We did tried their specials in starters along with crab meat soup. - Price is towards bit upscale but can't complain the quality.

I am so disappointed at this place, food was not vietnam's quality, very over priced, I order few drinks and they were taking very long time, campari and soda, rum and soda, not rocket science, our food came 20 minutes apart, 2 dishes, food was bland, and seams that it was made for the enemy, maybe was my experience but really... love this country so much, and this places are ruining the food experience, at least street food still one of the most tasty food in vietnam. Thank you hanoi for the best food in the area, farangs please avoid this tourist tasteless food trap.

Awesome view of Hoen Kiem Lake and things got even more interesting during the weekends where couples, friends and family get together near the lake for communal activities! Food and drinks are slightly pricier but definitely worth given the million dollar view of the lake, best to go during daytime!

Great view to Hoan Kiem lake. Good hang out corner with foreign friends. Services could be better. Foods and drinks are good and not too expensive in the location.

This place is a rooftop facing a small lagoon. All the lights reflect on the water making everything double beautiful. The food was insanely GREAT!

The restaurant is on 5th, 6th & 7th floor. I went to 5th floor, nice view over the lake, good food, mix of Vietnamese and western food. Reasonable price and good service. Definitely a good way to spend your afternoon over good food, good view and relax here. I will come back here again soon.

Great place to enjoy the view of the lake. It serve western and vietnam food. Price is very reasonable.

Very good view of Hoan Kiem lake. Good authentic Vietnamese food. Entrance is a bit difficult to find though.
