"As the name might imply, classic British-style elegance is the order of the day at Claridges New Delhi. Some of its best features haven’t changed much since the hotel opened its doors in 1952, like the manicured lawns dotted with gazebos, the large freeform swimming pool encircled in glamorous white cabanas, and the charmingly old-fashioned bakery, specializing in chocolate cake. Guest rooms have been updated, of course, and feature gleaming parquet floors, marble bathrooms, and handsome four-poster beds. A range of restaurants and bars cater to every taste: there’s casual Punjabi cuisine at one, Cantonese dishes at another, and an extensive vodka menu and nightly jazz at the hotel bar. I visited the hotel few months ago & the experience was quite enthralling. Heard a lot about history of Delhi from Mughals to Colonial rule. The hotel reflected it in a serene manner. From it's location i,e. on Aurangzeb road to being a part of Lutyen's Delhi & having a colonial charm the hotel reflected the historic charm. Service could be enhanced a bit however rest is fine especially the interiors. I even enjoyed the nearby Khan market & Lodi garden which reflected the beautiful & urban vibe of Delhi.

The ambience at lutyens is truly fantastic. We visited for the dinner buffet and the food was really delicious with a great variety to choose from. A special mention to Chef Deepak Joshi, who was extremely attentive and proactive throughout our visit. He gives genuine attention to every guest, and his humble and kind nature made our dining experience even bette. Chef Joshi personally served us fresh pizza and breads at our table, which was a wonderful gesture. Overall, a delightful experience. Highly recommended.

My recent few days at The Claridges, New Delhi, for a business trip were nothing short of exceptional. The entire stay was top-class, with every detail, from the service to the food, perfectly executed. The culinary experience was a definite highlight. We had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's Indian restaurant, which was, without a doubt, the best meal we had during our entire trip to India. The flavours and quality were truly outstanding. However, the absolute best part of our entire stay was the hotel's chauffeur, R N Singh. We had the pleasure of using his services for several rides, and he is a genuine star. His service was top-notch, always going above and beyond expectations. Mr. Singh's professionalism, warmth, and dedication to ensuring a flawless experience were truly remarkable. He alone is worth five stars and is a massive asset to the hotel. For any traveler seeking impeccable service, fantastic dining, and a truly memorable experience in New Delhi, The Claridges is the only choice. Highly recommended!

Special thanks Chef Deepak Joshi. We dined at Lutyens in the Claridges Hotel New Delhi, and had a truly memorable experience. The buffet offered a wonderful variety of flavours but what made our visit exceptional was the warm hospitality and guidance from Chef Joshi Ji. Personally interacted with us and suggested trying the appam with south Indian vegetable stew along with other non spicy dishes from the buffet. His recommendations were absolutely perfect beautifully balanced flavours light , comforting and prepared with great attention to detail. The appam was soft and fresh and the stew had a delicate, authentic taste that we thoroughly enjoyed. What really stood out was Chef Joshi attentiveness. He patiently explained about appam and stew understood our preference for mild food, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal. His humble nature and proactive service truly elevated our dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a delightful dining experience with exceptional hospitality. We will definitely visit again.

This hotel is a real oasis in a very hectic city. The hotel is beautiful and my room was extremely comfortable and well maintained. It was a standard room so it wasn't large but had everything I needed. Vinay came by every evening to see if I needed anything and provided extra water if requested. Dhruv at the front desk took the time to make change for me as well as show me the different dining venues and bars and checked to make sure I was able to connect to wifi on all my devices. Everyone always greeted me with a warm smile and helped with taxis and baggage. There was a slight issue with my in room dining request and they followed up and made sure I was happy with my meal. It really is the beautiful property and amazing staff that make this a wonderful place to stay while in Delhi.

Execellent stay at the hotel despite a bumpy start. Our room wasn’t ready on arrival due to a miscommunication but the hotel worked very hard to resolve the situation as soon as possible. Staff were all wonderful & very helpful with the duty manager even sorting out some medication for a chest infection I managed to acquire. We ate in two of the restaurants and both were really lovely. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The Claridge's is one of the oldest hotels in the NDMC area or New Delhi। It has beautiful and wonderful ambience and facilities। Service is excellent and cleanliness is also excellent। Hotel location is excellent and easily approached from airport or railway station।
