Amazing quality chicken, truly, and the guy perfectly cleaned the filets in front of me, removing surplus bits and stuff. Will be back to try the steaks!

Viande de qualité et très bien sourcée, c’est indéniable ! En revanche, j’ai été souvent déçue par leur charcuterie et notamment les terrines au goût passé. Leur sens du service client est a revoir en profondeur : les horaires d’ouverture sont « théoriques » et à géométrie variable. Quand ils décident que le clientèle n’est pas au rendez-vous, ils ferment boutique ! Et tant pis si vous vous cassez le nez en ayant pourtant vérifié leurs horaires…Ce n’est absolument pas digne d’un commerce de ce niveau. Allons !

40€ pour un peu moins de 1 kilo de blanc poulet, c’est environ 2 fois plus cher que toute les autres boucheries du quartier. En plus, j’ai eu le droit au non respect des normes d’hygiène en passant le poulet au hachoir des steaks hachés. Je recommande si vous cherchez a attraper des maladies rares!

Des menteurs et ce n'est pas la première fois. 19h elle est fermée le samedi ; alors qu'il est annoncé et dit 19h30 ! On se déplace de l'autre bout de Paris... Pas sérieux !

If you're eating at any high end restaurant in Paris, the likelihood that you're eating meat prepared by Huge Desnoyer is very high. Robuchon, Gargniere, Passard...all the greats. I have a high appreciation for butchers as I've been going to one myself for most of my adult life. As chefs are now rockstars due to food television, who are the chefs rockstars? The purveyors of course. Huge Desnoyer is definitely a Parsian Chef's rockstar

If you want good meat, it is a must to go place. Incredible pieces of beef, veal and pork. Nice preparations of the meat. You can order by phone and you can ask them to prepare the meat to be freezed.
