So much stuff!! A very large assortiment of nice souvenirs, gifts, mugs and more. Didn’t really speak to the staff but at the till they were nice.

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, look at what we found at Fleux. Fleux has an endless inventory of everything you could possibly need for your home. Whether you are looking for something to match your lifestyle, art, fashion or just cool home decor this place will have it. Prices are okay. Customer service is amazing! Make sure you check out all 5 stores that make up Fleux. One of them is out the back door and through the alley. Well worth a stop.

More like a foundation rather than a store. They actually have five different stores on the same street with all kinds of cool and beautiful accessories. They have everything and with class. If you're into home goods store you should visit. One of the best I saw in Paris. The prices are above average.

TLDR: Worst online and in-store experience. I tried to use a gift card in store and was told I couldn’t. The main light I wanted wasn’t in stock either. I then ordered online. Later I was told one item wasn’t in stock and asked if I wanted the rest shipped. Since the goal was to use the gift card, I had to cancel everything. The cancellation took about a week. I placed a final order for a light with an estimated 3-week delivery time. Over a month later, I still haven’t received it and I’ve had no reply to my emails. This was a €250 order meant as a birthday gift. The delays and lack of communication completely ruined it. No stock accuracy, no communication, no reliability.

Great shopping realm - there are 4 of them on the same street each with an area of ‘interest’ - you have design, home decor, accessories - really cool place to shop for a gift or just random things you didn’t think you needed 😅 one star removal goes to crowdedness but then again it’s the area where crowd is just what it is. Recommend visiting upon opening or during week days for a nicer customer experience ✨

One of the best concept store in Paris. They have various range of product. Most of it are lifestyle, art, fashion and home decor. The brand that they selected are nice and creative. I bought hair clips, song and some plates which are really nice. Also they can do tax free for toursit.

My experience was not good at all. I received a gift card from my colleague. I tried using it in the store but was told that it is only acceptable online. The online store showed most of the products were out of stock and still I ordered something I liked. I received an email three days later that my order was ready to pick up and when i reached to collect it, one of the products was missing and i was told that they would refund me since they will not be getting the product in stock anytime soon. They refunded me but with another gift card. After a few months when i tried to order something online again, again most of the products were out of stock and then it showed that i did not have money in my gift card which took another two days to solve the issue. I had to email them after 15 days to check on my order status and when i finally went to collect it, one more product was missing again and i was given the same excuse that it is out of stock. I was given the reassurance and this time i will receive a money refund but its been more than a week and i haven’t received any update from them even after sending multiple emails. This is the worst experience i have had from such a big brand. Highly disappointed!
