"Some may scoff at the absence of beachfront acreage, but what all-inclusive Capella Marigot Bay lacks in sand it makes up for in amenities, including a cabana-lined pool area with swim-up bar and a ferry to nearby LaBas Beach. Backed by a see-and-be-seen marina that offers some of the island’s best people-watching, the hotel features124 luxurious rooms and suites that are studies in restraint, with dark-wood accents and four-poster beds trimmed in mosquito netting. Guests are surprised with complimentary snacks each day, from house-made plantain chips to local Piton beer, but nourishment is also in abundance at the resort’s four restaurants—think fresh-caught snapper, jerk-spiced ribs, and lionfish ceviche—and during three happy hours. Meanwhile, the celestial-inspired Auriga spa offers locally focused treatments to those less interested in the fitness center and weekly activities such as body-scrub-making workshops and zip-line tours."

Overall, our staff was good, but we felt ignored for the most part, as our requests were not fully met. Sitting at the bar and being bypassed and ignored, as well as ordering food, was disappointing. The hotel rooms are outdated considering the price paid; enhancements and upgrades are necessary. Bugs are prevalent, which is understandable on an island. We had to repeatedly request a universal plug, but Rochel, an amazing and accommodating butler, provided one for us. Check-in host Ella went above and beyond to organize a birthday setup I personally requested the day after our arrival, although it was not ready upon our arrival. We did not receive the typical hotel welcome bag or goodies, but we did receive champagne. One standout bartender was Allison, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout. Albert, the cook, personally brought island goodies to us. Mark at the Hurricane restaurant was outstanding—he offered fantastic recommendations and put a lot of love into his drinks, suggesting different places to visit. Hilda at the Man restaurant consistently checked on us whenever she saw us waiting, even while managing her own tables. One morning, we waited over 30 minutes before anyone attended to us, but Hilda continued to check on us despite her busy workload. The management finally approached us on the last day to apologize—just moments before we checked out, after a series of less-than-ideal experiences.

Location is secluded and 1.5 hours away from airport. It is a good place for couples who want to bask by the pool and enjoy the resort. The Spa services are on the high side so I didn't try them out. The service was exceptional and the staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are nice but did have issues with things not working like the fan and some outlets. However, the AC worked well. The restaurant(s) food was really good. I suggest everything at the pool , the seafood chowder at 14 61. There is a coffee/ice cream shop as well. Make sure to bring mosquito repellent.

This very unique resort nestled in beautiful Marigot Bay was the perfect getaway. The surrounding lush green hills and the calming waters of the bay combine to give a constant sense of relaxation and renewal.||Our beautifully appointed suite was perched atop the resort and provided a breathtaking view of the surroundings. No detail was spared to make us feel welcome, from the in-suite goodies, to the impeccable decor. Overall, it was an amazing value for our investment.||The resort itself was quiet and relaxing, with just the right amount of live entertainment to keep us engaged (St. Lucia has some talented singers). The restaurants provided a well balanced menu that provided a good sampling of local and international cuisine.||The main pool area features a swim up bar and restaurant featuring an extensive drink and snacks menu. The serving staff was amazing and spared no effort to make us feel special. A special thanks to Elsa, Lawrence, , Hilda, Sholar, Ronnie and many more for the constant attention, responsiveness and stellar service.||The staff was very helpful in answering all our queries and helping book our excursions. The experience was truly amazing and well worth the long trip from the west coast of Canada.

I came here for a birthday trip with my boyfriend and our four friends. Zoetry Marigot Bay and St. Lucia genuinely exceeded my expectations. I had booked and afterwards read some concerning reviews, but once I got here, the staff, food, and overall atmosphere put all of those worries to rest. The food at all restaurants, but especially the pool bar, were amazing. The pools felt clean, towels were well stocked, and beach chairs were available. I think it may depend on the time of year you come that determines how busy it is. The beach across the way was a plus. This island is stunning and its people follow. Alison at the swim up bar was amazing. Claudis who checked us in was amazing. Peter on the ATV tour to his plantation was amazing. Do not hesitate. Put your trust in this resort and it will come back to you. #notapaidreview This is coming from someone who cares maybe too much about what other people say! Thank you!

We originally booked to stay at the Royalton for our visit to St Lucia (because we’d stayed at Royalton resorts before), however, a number of things meant that we switched to the Zoetry some weeks before our trip - a decision we did not regret. ||Zoetry at Marigot Bay is the perfect place to unwind and recharge the batteries. We stayed in a master suite that was spacious and had all the amenities we could have required, plus more. The hotel also provides insect repellent which is a big plus if you’re a mozzie magnet like I am. ||We stayed for 10 nights - usually just the right amount (I find 14 nights too long), but at the Zoetry, I honestly didn’t want to leave. The history of the bay is fascinating, the geology beautiful. Food and service great. We enjoyed morning yoga sessions and the ridge hike with Markeem. ||Only downside is the beach. All beaches are public so it’s beyond the resorts control but there are better beaches across the carribean. That said, the hotel and the marina make up for it. ||While there we learnt that friends we had met at a Royalton in Antigua happened to be on St Lucia at the same time, at the Royalton. They said they had tried to change hotels because of their experience, solidifying that we had made the right choice. ||All the staff at the Zoetry are happy, bright and friendly. Big shout out to our butlers - Rochel, Shaun, Nage et al. Also to Mario, Ronnie and Alison. Markeem too! ||Zoetry Marigot Bay is a slice of paradise.

After traveling to this resort, I would rate it 9/10. The resort was beautiful, the views were amazing, and the food was excellent. Every dish I had I enjoyed and there was a good variety. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly along with the locals. I would definitely come back in a heartbeat.

Rasheda at breakfast was AMAZING!! ERWIN at sushi bar was great. ||This resort is a little dated, but offers great food and service. The quiet pool needs some work but as long as there are no kids, the main pool is great. The main restaurant would be better if they actually enforced the dinner dress code; as much as we paid, having people in swim shorts/tshirts/slides really brings things down.

We have had the most wonderful experience at the Zoetry. The resort is intimate, a great location, and the service makes the experience above and beyond. This review deserves a special shout out to Jayan, who was the absolute best bartender, with impeccable service and the best skills. The resort also boasts Alison, who had impeccable service and exceptional attention to detail, and an amazing butler staff, including Rochel and Gimel, that made our stay perfect. We highly recommend this resort for any other couples, looking for an intimate resort in the perfect location.
