"At Graycliff Chocolatier on Nassau, you can do more than just taste delicious, gourmet chocolates—you can learn how to make them yourself with the help of Graycliff’s master chocolatier. The chocolate-making experience is part of the chocolate factory tour, in which guests learn how the chocolate goes from raw cocoa beans to a rich liquid that can be poured into molds. Then you’ll have the chance to mold your own chocolate bars. Of course, if you’d rather taste it than make it, you can purchase a selection of chocolate and truffles, or join one of the chocolate and spirits tasting sessions to learn how to pair gourmet chocolates with spirits like rum, whiskey, and port."

It's a chaotic place filled with people, candies, chocolates, noise, and colors. It's nice to see different stuffs, different products. There's tour for hand-on experience. The alcohol-chocolate was pretty expensive (average $5 for a little piece).

Yum, definitely delicious chocolates. Pricey but well worth it. On a cruise, out walking the city, so just purchased enough for all of us to sample. Too hot to purchase anymore as on a long walk.

We did a small tour without making chocolate. We received 3 spoonful chocolate, 2 pcs of chocolate and history of chocolate and get to see their chocolate making area. Small but we are satisfy. We get to meet and dance with the band out front. What a great experience.

Took a tour here with the family.. the chocolate is great but they have Bahamas cigars! It's also it's next the liquor shop so you can get some crazy types of moon shine..

Chocolatier factory was near to see. They have several items to choose from as soon as you walk in from Jams, Preserves, Jelly’s, Lotions, you name it, they had all flavors and seats to purchase. You can choose to get you a “Chocoltini” (non alcoholic version) but it looked amazing. Once you complete that or other items you may choose. You can speak with the cashier and have a tour of how the chocolate is made or you can pay $60 for a chocolate making class to which you will get to taste the chocolate and make your own chocolate bar to take home.

We walked in ourselves not with a tour Honestly nothing much to do except buying chocolate We joined the tour to experience the making of chocolate inside the factory It was just us and nothing too special I would skip this if I go again They buy chocolates from overseas and make white milk and dark chocolate So nothing else to learn it is quite small

Stopped through here as one of our RC cruise excursion stops. They gave our chocolate samples and we ended up purchasing a bag of butter pecan rum coffee. We've gone through the entire bag, so rich and delicious. Love the flavor of this coffee. Was hoping to get a slice of pizza but they didn't have much ready and available. Place was busy but nice to stop through. They have some gifts for purchase in the store as well
