We had an amazing dinner at Kubri! Sitting at the bar overlooking the open kitchen made the experience even more special. The food is outstanding, full of flavor and variety and we loved every single dish. We can’t wait to come back on our next visit to Paris 🫶🏼✨

Just to cut to the chase, the hispi cabbage is a fantastic dish so get that. Same for the fatté with chickpeas. The gem salad is excellent but scrape off the dill which gets in the way. The hummus is really good but the other dishes have dips so plan accordingly. Oh and the pommes grenailles are crispy and excellent. I saw the chicken too and I think in general this place is executing at an extremely high level. For some details, ok the cabbage is roasted really well. The dip is cheese with shawarma spice. Then they add what I think is a mild hot oil. Together the flavors are tremendous together and an evolution of a classically good dish of roasted cabbage. The chickpea fatté is best thought of as curried chickpeas on top of yogurt, a classically delicious mix. Then chips afe put on top for that excellent crunch. The gem lettuce has a great dressing. I think the dill is the wrong texture actually as the grassiness is unnecessary. So scrape it off after smelling it. The potatoes are really good and crunchy on the outside while smooth on the inside. Lovely with that garlicky toum.

Okay overall. The food is tasty, but largely uninventive. The real issues are elsewhere: the staff felt unwelcoming and visibly exhausted, trying to grab my plates while I was clearly not done eating; the tables and chairs were extremely uncomfortable, and the lighting was unpleasant. A few basic improvements would go a long way.

A genuinely incredible experience. A Lebanese Parisian fusion. We got to sit at the bar and watch the chef at work. She was so kind and explained every dish to us. We ordered a bunch of different starters, each were so delicious. A very low-key restaurant with massive flavor and an awesome chef. You'll definitely need a reservation. Eat here!!

Great tasty Lebanese food. On of the best Lebanese restaurant ever.. special thanks to the lady working there ( i think she is Lebanese) , all the food she recommends was Amazing and her hospitality was beyond the level. **Reservation required

A friend recommended this place. First and foremost service was amazing. Warm friendly and helpful. I was seated at the bar where I could watch the kitchen. The food was superb, some of the best I had in my month in Paris. Bright, strong flavours that worked together to create some memorable dishes. I had the halloumi and the cabbage and I would recommend it! Servings were also hearty for one.

Kubri came highly recommended, and it was one of the meals I was looking forward to the most on our trip to Paris. My husband and I arrived early to our lunch reservation and were able to be seated immediately. The servers were very polite and the food was outstanding; the gambas were a highlight as well as the halloumi kataifi. Unfortunately, as we were paying, one server who had not attended to us at all said as she presented the card reader that, “service is not included.” Even though I knew inside that service IS technically built into the cost of all restaurants in Paris, this really threw me and I felt put on the spot and pressured to suddenly tip. This was our first meal out, and I was also very tired from the travel we just experienced. I really did not appreciate the wording of this statement, and I will note that no other establishment we went to in France said that kind of thing to us. I would have given a five star review, but that ending to the meal really tainted the experience for me.

Incredible food! You must go here! The potatoes, hummus, chicken just so yummy. They were accommodating to my gluten allergy as well. So good!
