The management here is fantastic! The foods are made to order so it is always fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. We especially love the half mozza hotdog— it’s the perfect combo specialy with the sweet potato toppings. The rose tteokbokki is also amazing! The staff are super friendly and the place feels really welcoming.

I always have a great experience here! The manager is extremely nice, approachable, and makes sure everyone feels welcome. The workers are pleasant, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. You can tell they really care about good customer service. The place is also very clean and well-maintained, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s clear that the team takes pride in what they do. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service and a positive atmosphere!

Me and my husband visited this location yesterday. I was very impressed with how clean the establishment is. Service was quick and above average. Considering this is my first time trying this brand, I wasn't disappointed. The portion is decent for the money I paid. The new owners went above and beyond into making sure we are getting the best experience overall. Would highly recommend to visit!

Don't be fooled, these dogs are alot so bring your appetite! They have multiple options and a few sides, I like the waffle fries or the Mac n cheese bites and I've tried a few dogs n they've been delicious each time! The spicy Dino nuggets are crazy spicy so unless you mess with that level of spice approach with caution 😎

Absolutely amazing, every single time. You really can't go wrong with this place. The lobby is always exceptionally clean, and wonderfully cute. The staff are always incredibly friendly, and happy to be there. This should be on the top of everyone's list of places to try. It's affordable, it's fast, and it is oh so delicious. 10/10, without fail. Seriously, you NEED to try this place!

Reinvented Pogos(Corn Dogs). Take something good and make it better. You cannot go wrong. Awesome flavours. The Squid Ink was 😎 cool, the Chicken Nugget was tasty and the others were great. A must try for all. It's good food made fun👍🏻 The overall valued experience here is great.

Food wasn't impressive... I purchased a combo and the fries weren't even cooked fully, not edible. The rice dog was alright, something different. Probably wouldn't go back though. Sidenote: Washrooms have been out of order for apparently quite a long time. Not much for seating, they want you to just grab and go.

Extremely Disappointed on My Birthday I’ve been a regular customer at ChungChun, frequently enjoying their hot dogs and supporting their business. Today, on my birthday, I visited hoping to receive the birthday treat they usually offer. I understand there’s a process involved, but it’s not clearly stated anywhere in the policy, and I approached the staff politely to inquire. Unfortunately, I was met with unexpected rudeness from the owner, Veronica. Instead of offering any empathy or explanation, she dismissed the conversation and bluntly said, “I don’t care if you leave a review, I’m the owner.” We even offered to show proof of our past purchases through our credit card history and the app—but she simply refused. To be clear, this isn’t about an $8 hot dog. It’s about basic customer service and kindness. I work in customer service myself, and I’ve seen countless businesses make exceptions or go the extra mile to show appreciation to loyal customers. This experience today showed a complete lack of that spirit. Sadly, what could’ve been a small gesture to make a customer feel special on their birthday turned into a disappointing and unpleasant encounter. I hope the management reconsiders how they treat their customers in the future.
