Great store will excellent staff, has a homely vibe to it with a good selection of clothing and sizing as someone who struggles with this the range is great! And the seasonal offerings and permeant stays are regular hits

If you are into men’s fashion and visiting London, John Simons is a must. Go for the OCBDs and stay for everything else.

Purchased the iconic Paraboot Michaels from here last thing on a Sunday afternoon. Rang ahead, they held the shoe and when I arrived I received great service. They were very informative and patient which is a massive thing for me as when I’m in between sizes it can take a while to decide. I didn’t feel rushed and left very happy and content with my purchase. Beautiful shop as well

I've been coming to this shop twice a year for the last 5 or 6 years and the quality of the clothing and sale service never wavers. You always receive a very warm welcome and there is always fantastic jazz music playing which adds to the shop's charm. The Ivy League clothing is second to none ad the staff are very well informed and never rush you. I've never left the shop without making a purchase. It's an Ivy League gem in a very cool part of London.

I remember visiting JS as a teenager (Squire Shop) in Kings Road. A regular customer and visitor when in Covent Garden. What an amazing collection of Ivy clothes and shoes. BD Baggies, Paraboot, Weejuns, Sebago, 'Royals' - brands that were and are still going strong years later. Definitely the best place to go for an inspiring collection of the best clothes, if you like Ivy. Always greeted as an old friend. Where else would you get that? Sadly, long term health issues have precluded me from making it to Chiltern Street but still a regular visitor to the JS website, and one day.....

My favorite place in London. Not my favorite shop, my favorite place. Period. Amazing items, authentic Ivy and old school prep. Cool setup too, like you’re walking back in time. Service is second to none. They’re happy to talk with you all about the product (an amazingly knowledgeable staff) regardless of whether you buy it or not. Great clothes, great people. Super reliable & expert purveyors of quality IVY type clothing that lasts…well selected and stylish stock with an emphasis on understated excellence. Their own label garments are smart, relaxed and being of the best fabrics and construction. Online services are great, packaged well with low key flair and delivered quickly…though a visit to Chiltern Street is a must for the full vibe, benefit of their charming mood, authoritative advice and decades worth of brand & styling experience. John Simons is probably the best place to go if you're looking to purchase traditional American style clothing. This is possibly the only best place in London to find any Ivy League menswear. John Simons used to have their shop located on the corner of the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, but it's no longer there. Every time I walk into this shop, I always laugh regardless what the staff say. The retail staff at John Simons always makes me laugh. I can't stop laughing whenever I'm in here. The second I step my foot and walk through the floors and walls of John Simons, I feel like I'm entering a comedy zone.
