The trainers are excellent, great class sizes, many class offerings, and excellent facilities. The community is also very respectful in sharing the shared space and eveyone correctly re-racks their weights!

This gym is considered one of the best in town... Not very big but high level and super clean.

The YOGA classes are the highlight of the gym. Also, appreciate the clean and tidy atmosphere and both staff and clients are always respectful. ❤️

I have been going to this gym for 3 weeks now and it's been a fantastic experience. The gym offers three classes: boxing, yoga, and weightlifting. Each course is well-structured and led by knowledgeable instructors.The diverse class offerings make it easy to find something that fits your interests and fitness goals. The gym is always clean and organized, which makes for a pleasant environment. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Overall, the atmosphere is motivating and welcoming, making it a great place to work out. One downside is that the class hours are a bit restrictive. Since I finish work at four, I often struggle to fit them into my schedule. It would also be beneficial if they offered more course options to accommodate different schedules and interests. In addition to that they close at 5pm on weekends. This scheduling issue, the language issue (everything there is in French even their website is in French and you don't have the option to change it in English) is why I can't give a 5-star review, despite the gym's many positive aspects.

Great local gym. Not the biggest or best equipped but more than ample for most non Olympic athletes. The staff are truly friendly and trainers are great! Love that there's a towel service and all the members are really friendly. You can forget a cell phone on a machine and it'll be there the next day for sure. Highly recommended!

The gym is wonderful, very clean with top of the line equipment. Even when it was rush hour, the gym still had room to do workouts, I never had issues trying to find space. The instructors are kind and helpful.

You pay premium for their monthly membership, and what you get in return is a horrible customer experience/treatment from their management. If I'm paying you a premium price and asking you to pause the membership temporary, then I don't expect to be asked personal questions, and when given the answer you reject the request because of a "Policy" you created. Save your money and go to any other gym, aside from friendly trainers this gym lacks everything.
