In my opinion this is one of the overhyped caffès, where you wait in line for a long time, have to hope that they will have what you came for (read cinnamon rolls), which they run out of by the time your turn comes.
The coffee and the double baked brioche were very good, no doubt about that. However, the whole customer experience that you experience prior to this kinda ruins your impression.
Apart from waiting in the line, which you kind of know before coming, the caffè is trying to simulate Scandinavian cozy aesthetic vibes, but in my opinion unsuccessfully. Because everything looks kind of improvised. If you end up sitting inside you’ll see ton of people around you and it’s not relaxing at all. Waitres brings a coffe to your table most of the times, but without the either sugar, spoon or a saucer, and you have to get up and pick it up yourself.
To conclude, there a lot of other caffès where you can get the same food, with much better customer experience and without waiting so long
