This is my go to flower shop. They are reliable, willing to work with budgets, and are always open to editing bouquets if i request a change. The website is very easy to use, and the Flowers are always in beautiful condition. Delivery was great too, and at last notice!

The flowers I ordered were a gift for my sister's birthday. I ordered them a day before and the short-notice was no problem. They were delivered in the morning, and were so fresh, beautiful, and lovely. I highly recommend Elite Flowers and Gifts!

Wanted to send flowers to a family that just lost a loved one and looked online, with all service fees, a small bouquet was getting close to $100, stopped in at Elite florist and they delivered a beautiful bouquet, free delivery and a more reasonable price. I ordered a standing cross and was very pleased with it. It looked exactly as shown on the website. The quality of the flowers was excellent; they were notably fresh and very well arranged. The staff was very friendly, kept me well informed on the status and delivered on time as promised. The price was in alignment with what other florists are charging. I used to send my mother an arrangement from Elite Flowers for her birthday. Mom passed away four years ago. Every year I get a reminder near her birthday to send her flowers. Every year I send them an email saying my mother passed and to please take me off of their data base. Last year I went into the store and made the request in person and was assured it would not happen again. Today, I got an email reminding me it was my mother's birthday and " Birthdays happen only once a year, but the surprises from ELITE FLOWERS & GIFTS just keep on coming. Celebrate the big day with a Special Flower Arrangement from ELITE FLOWERS & GIFTS". I don't know what it will take to get off of their data base but this is unacceptable.

My son in WA ordered my birthday flowers from Elite. They were incredibly beautiful and in fact still are. I received them 1/24. Today is 2/3.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Tera's expertise was brilliant and she immediately connected to what my daughter was trying to accomplish with her wedding bouquet and bridesmaids. The final result was perfect in every way. The cost was fair and we had researched that carefully. 100% recommend!

Gorgeous spring arrangement for a birthday surprise. The customer service is fantastic and keeps you in the loop. The quality of flowers is high end. Best florist I've used in the Phoenix area.

The WORST ever!!! Went on their website to send a last minute gift. checked the zip code and was confirmed it would be shipped and delivered. Next I paid for the flowers and the delivery FEE was TWICE the price of the flowers!!! However...it was a special gift and i paid it! $80!!!! After paying I got a phone call...it was too far away (?) for $80 you could fly the flowers! "Did I want to pick them up?" NO ... I ordered them, paid the insane delivery fee and wanted them delivered! Got a refund but will NEVER EVER use them again and advise you to NOT count on them. Furious

We had ordered from this company in the past and were happy so my son ordered a corsage for prom about 2 weeks before the event. When he brought it home it was browning and wilted and the flowers seemed small. We contacted him and they asked he return it. He went back and they remade it. It was beautiful. Then just as he left they handed him a beautiful arrangement as well. We appreciated their response to the situation.

After my sister sent me flowers from here, this has been my go to for sending flowers as gifts. The last arrangement I got was this huge and beautiful one for our neighbors when their daughter passed away. I can't tell you how beautify and fresh this bouquet is this photo doesn't do it Justice. I got the premium one and it's STUNNING! The employees are the sweetest. I'm so very happy my sister found this place and it's so close to my home I usually just pick them up and deliver them myself. Ordered an arrangement for delivery for a birthday and the arrangement looked beautiful and early delivery instructions were followed as they were being delivered to a school. Delivery fee was very reasonable. Recommend them for your florist needs!

The flowers I ordered are absolutely gorgeous and look identical to what I saw on the website. My friend loved them. I should also note that the folks answering the phone are very helpful and courteous. Overall, Elite did a great job, and I highly recommend them.

So I needed to order a gift from afar and searched some local florists to choose from. After calling and talking to several the choice was clear. I wanted Elite Flowers and Gifts for the job. Tina was amazing. She quickly sent some floral options via text. That helped me with the selection process. Their pricing was reasonable and their customer service top notch. Communication was great too. After completing the order I received an email confirmation and anticipated time for delivery. The arrangement came out looking great and I was extremely pleased with the outcome. If you're in the area and ever needing flowers or gifts of any kind I would recommend this florist. They were so easy to work remotely with and so accommodating.

They were closed. I was panicked. I'm meeting the love of my life and I need flowers. The owner opened the door and greeted me with open hands. She was excited to help me in my quest for love. She went out of her way to make the flower arrangement fresh, beautiful, and presentable. The quality of product and quality of service is unbeatable.

We were disappointed by the flower arrangement sent to our valued employee. See the photos below. The first photo is the flower arrangement we selected. The second photo is what Elite sent to our employee. Terribly disappointed. We paid well over $100. We could have done better by going to Safeway and picking a $19.99 arrangement.

Pre-Paid 65.50 on Wednesday to have them ready by noon today. Tara actually told me they would be guaranteed ready yesterday with pre-payment. Told her I worked and would be by today at noon which of course was great cause "they would be done for sure." Showed up at noon to our order not being started at all. Waited for them to make both items claiming they were waiting for their floral delivery so they could insure use of the "freshest flowers". Notice the brown edges. On multiple flowers. Not so fresh. Their lack of business ethics and their overall product deserves less than the 1 star rating. In the future I will pick a flower from grandma's garden. UPDATE: Thank you for your reply. Your timing is impeccable as I wanted to add the horrible quality of product you gave us. The boutonniere is so heavy it falls with the tiny pin you provided. So he ended up sticking it in his pocket for pictures. The wrist corsage had 2 buds fall out as we were taking pictures. Not a strenuous activity and we lost 2.....by the end of dancing tonight it should be the black ribbon only....and that's if it makes it through dinner. Obviously in your rush trying to put the order together you forgot to secure the arrangement. I know you are trying to save face about the time....it was definitely longer than 10 minutes and I would be happy to provide the text messages between my son and I to prove that. My rating just went from a 1 to a NEGATIVE 5. Made sure I told the 6 other couples and their families where not to buy flowers.

I live in California and needed to send flowers for a Celebration of Life that I wasn't able to attend. I wanted to get them from a local florist. I had tried another place first but they did not go to that zip code And they recommended Elite Flowers. They were very nice and very helpful. It was a fast easy process. All of you know how hard it is to find a good florist that doesn't just "check the box" on throwing some flowers together and dropping it off at a door. Well, Elite Flowers is NOT that kind of florist. They are AMAZING!!!! Their service is top notch!! This was my first time ordering from them and I just happen to find them because they were near to where I wanted the flowers delivered. Well, the person I was sending them to had to leave for the hospital on the day I was having them delivered. I didn't know that but after 2 attempts at delivering at the house, Elite called my friend and found they were at the hospital and then took them to her!! What AWESOME customer service!! And, the flowers were BEAUTIFUL!!!! What an awesome company and group of people over there!! If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would!!

WOW! ordered online from out of town at night,very quick easy process. The flowers were delivered to my brother the next day and were absolutely gorgeous!!! Very fresh and the bouquet was even bigger/more full than the picture which I've never had happen when ordering flowers. Highly recommended!

Very impressed with this florist. Received a beautiful arrangement for my birthday today. The flowers were fresh and plentiful. A week or so ago I ran in quickly to grab a bouquet of flowers to cheer up my sister. The shop was closing at the time but the owner sold me a gorgeous arrangement anyway. They will be my go to florist from now on. Beautiful job.

Elite Flowers are the absolute best!!! Unfortunately we lost my step-dad a few weeks ago and the day before the funeral we found out no one ordered flowers for the memorial service. I stopped in and Elite Flowers took care of everything...including delivery despite the short notice!!! Wanted to send a friend an impressive bouquet of flowers, following the loss of her mother. I'm in California, and relied on Yelp to find florists in the area. First choice of florists, the Flower Lab, had unique arrangements but they were hesitant about delivery to Glendale from Phoenix. Called Four Seasons Florist in Glenwood- which - I thought I had used before and had a good experience with in the past, but they just seemed to push what flowers they had on hand and were not listening to my requests, even though I voiced specific request and said the delivery could wait until other flowers were available to the shop. I wan't impressed with the flowers they were describing, so I called Elite Flowers and Gifts and spoke to Tara who was warm, receptive and knowledgeable. She offered condolences to my friend- acknowledging the reason the flowers were being sent (an extra star just for that). She explained my selection may not be available but they would do their best to get my selection and if not they would make a very nice one with some tropical flowers. She said she would reach out to her wholesaler to see the best flowers that would be available the next day. I liked her approach and trusted her because of how she responded to my requests and how she acknowledged the reason for the order. I am so glad I trusted her to do what she does. The flowers were beautiful and probably much nicer than my original selection. 5 stars for flowers which were delivered on time and in great condition . 5 stars for great customer service. Elite Flowers and Gifts will be my go to florist for friends in the Phoenix/ Glendale area as they showed great skill in creating a wonderful arrangement not in their catalogue/ not featured on their website, that was designed around my requests.

I placed an order for an arrangement pictured on their site with Elite Flowers and Gifts to hoping to meet the occasion of a milestone birthday. My friend was delighted with the flowers, and sent the attached image. As lovely as the image is, she said that it did not fully capture the quality or beauty of it, They did a stellar job in not only meeting, but exceeding expectations of the arrangement itself and delivering it on schedule as promised. I received an email notifying me that the delivery had happened which was a comfort and reassuring that my intentions were in good hands. I can't believe how beautiful their arrangements are! I wanted a gift for the leasing office where I've lived for three years and am moving to a house before Christmas. My Mom owned a floral shop for years so I'm super "picky". Elite gave me everything I could ask for... it was difficult to choose only one! Up until today, I have been very pleased with the products and services received. I've enjoyed knowing that I was helping support a family owned business located in close proximity to my home. I've used Elite Flowers at least 7-8x or more, so I thought I had become quite a regular, loyal customer in the last couple of years. When I called in my order by phone yesterday for pickup today, I had asked them to apply my 15% coupon (I still have 2) as last time they forgot to apply it and I didn't discover it until after I saw my charge on my cc. Today, the gal made sure to take out the coupon that was in the card slot and advised me that for future orders, they cannot honor the 15% off as those are for NEW customers to entice them to keep coming back and since I'm now considered a "regular" customer, it would not apply. I was so flabbergasted as I almost felt unappreciated for my patronage. Never have I felt penalized for being a repeat customer as I thought it would be the other way around! No where on the paper coupons that they hand out with each order does it say for NEW customers only. So since they have decided to choose their own customers, I too have a choice to take my business elsewhere. Very discouraged by this and thought this should be shared. Not happy and appalled.

I've been doing business with Elite Flowers and Gifts for about three and half years now, and I have only great things to say about them. I get fresh flower arrangements from them every week for my studio, they are always beautiful and stay beautiful well past a week. The customer service is impeccable. They are the best flower shop in town!

Stopped in quickly to get some flowers for a dance recital. Shop was clean, the girl at the front desk was helpful. Showed me their cooler and told me to pick what I liked. I settled on 3 bright pink roses. The designer wrapped them with some daisy and green filler and my little dancer was thrilled with the bouquet. $15 for 3 stems wrapped. I thought maybe that was a little bit much when o could have ran into Fry's and probably purchased a dozen roses. But I don't buy flowers from florists often.

Best florist I have ever used. They always go above and beyond no matter what your budget is. I asked for a simple bouquet of flowers for my mom's birthday the first time I used them and they blew me away! After ordering through a 3rd party that was a nightmare the owner more than made up for the issue. She called me personally to review concerns and made it to right. Lesson learned on my part with 3rd parties! Order directly through Elite and you won't be disappointed!

I have received two bouquets in the past two months from Elite. I can't say enough about them. The 18 long stem roses were exquisite! Never seen anything like them. Received Spring bouquet for Mother's Day...absolutely beautiful. I had a bouquet made for a friend while I waited. Again, absolutely beautiful! I will never shop anywhere else.
