"Ice cream is not just for summer, especially in a city like Madrid, and especially if you take it with a tasty coffee. Cozy place to drop by in Goya busy high-street. Natural ingredients are the secret of these delicious handmade cravings, together with nuts & toppings." - id.real

Mitsura Ice Cream offers a creative approach to frozen treats with interesting flavors that showcase innovative combinations. I particularly enjoyed the Vanilla Miso, which successfully balances the umami saltiness of miso with sweet vanilla in an unexpectedly harmonious blend, and the Brownie with Lotus Biscoff, which delivers rich chocolate and caramelized cookie flavors in perfect proportion. The good service in the evening was notable, with an attendant who spoke both Spanish and English, making the ordering process smooth and welcoming for international customers visiting Madrid. However, not every item succeeds - the white chocolate & pistachio crepe wasn't so good, proving disappointingly salty even for a dessert that might intentionally balance sweet and savory elements. The excessive saltiness overwhelmed the delicate pistachio and white chocolate flavors. The shop offers decent prices that make it accessible for regular visits, with a 2 ice cream cup priced at just 4 euros - excellent value that encourages experimentation with their unique flavor combinations.

Very nice place on Goya! The waffles are nice and the ice cream tastes amazing! It's small, so the tables aren't the most convenient if your having 2 plates of waffles and coffee, but nothing to complain here. The staff is very friendly too!

Awesome ice cream 🍦 very creamy and tasty! They add if you want additional toppings! Great 👍... Only But is that the large size for 2 is quite small.🤔

The local is small so it's complicated to get a seat, but the local is very cozy and cute. I ate waffles and a chai latte and none of the things were very good in my opinion. The waffles weren't soft as i expected them to be, I've eaten a lot of better waffles in other places and way cheaper, and the chai latte didn't have a strong taste at all. You can have better chai lattes done by yourself at home. In a good side I've to say that the piece of ice cream that was on top of my waffle was incredibly good. For me this place wasn't worth of its price cos it's quite expensive but I reckon the ice creams must be delicious.

A small and cozy ice cream & coffee shop on Goya street. They have some special flavors like matcha, brownie and pera, etc. Too sweet for me

The variety of ice cream flavours and toppings were so hard to choose from because they all looked very tasty I had pistachio and salted caramel ice cream, it was very delicious I'll definitely come back again and try more of their stuff in the future ☺️
