Stopped in this place on a whim, honestly not expecting it to be all that great. I guess because of the odd location and very small space they use. It’s lent, so Fridays mean no meat….i got their eggplant parm sandwhich. Eggplant parm in general is very hit or miss. Places either don’t fry it long enough, or cut the eggplant too thick and it’s just soggy and disgusting….i gottta say this was THE BEST eggplant parm I’ve ever had. Fried perfectly, right amount of cheese and sauce. Great toasted roll, and TON of eggplant. Good sauce as well. Don’t sleep on this place! Especially the eggplant parm
