"Roma Republic is an unexpected oasis in the middle of the quiet, leafy suburb of Craigie. It has a warm, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The interior is an eclectic mix with high, industrial looking ceilings mixed with rustic pallet tables, recycled storage crates and vintage bikes hanging from the roof space. Be sure to pop in if you’re ever in the area and enjoy the space whilst sampling a very decent coffee, lunch or something from the very tempting cake selection. The raw carrot cakes and brownies are particular favourites of ours. We’ve also heard very good things about the pizza." - Zebra

The toasted banana bread with Ube cream and mascarpone was very very good. The flavour combination was perfect. For a sweet breakfast/lunch it was very very good. I'm definitely coming back.

Staff were very bubbly and friendly. Great selection of cakes, wraps, bacon rolls, breakfast paninis and breakfast bagels The breakfast muffin had a great relish inside of it which made it pop The breakfast bagel was great value for 12$ The coffee was very good also For $29.50 we got two breakfast foods and two coffees which is excellent value. Will return

Great coffee and food. It's rare to find 3 different options of home-made savoury glutenfree muffins and even more sweet options (raw slices, protein balls, not sure if they're home-made). Feta-spinach muffin was very tasty and moist. Locals get-together spot. Opening hours could be even longer!

An excellent find in the local Craigie Shopping Centre off Eddystone St. Even the music is awesome! Yes, like the Beatles! Funky interior is a pleasant place to sit, write, catch up. Even has a mini community library...borrow, trade.. Almond milk flat white ...excellent! Great Barrista. Outdoor seating is available, too, so walk your dog and grab an outdoor table! Also, I'm aware you can ring and order ahead for that school run or quick pick up coffee! Just check out how many Roma Republics are at the next assembly!

Such a great example of how a local suburban cafe should be......... Attentive staff, calling customers by name and just busy enough on a rainy day to not be too busy and customers walk away. Really enjoyed the vibrancy and still able to chat comfortably with my colleague. Decided to have lunch and my Steak Sandwich and Chips were delicious, as my colleague said his was too. Been to the sister cafe in Kinross a few times now, and can equally say I enjoy them both.

Love the food, coffee and staff are always so friendly. There is also a cute little kids corner where you can get book, or they can drawer or play with a. Few of the toys there. Our fave morning stop.
