Dos Olivos Market Buda

We went here for a quick lunch today. The olive garlic bread was served in such an interesting manner! The tuna tostada was great, but the beet salad was the best! Really enjoyed our meal!

This place has excellent food to go along with a great wine selection. Do yourself a favor and be sure to get the Truffle Mac n Cheese, it was to die for. The charcuterie board was excellent with a great selection of salty, sweet, savory and spicy foods to pair together. Live music happens here often and is a nice touch to the atmosphere. Would definitely come back.

I rarely give wows to eating establishments, but this one deserves it. Truly great experience and food. Absolutely delicious. My wife had a butternut squash soup that just hit it out the ballpark. I had a iberica pork burger that I could barely finish but I wasn’t about to leave a single scrap behind!!

The beignets are pillowy perfection, the bread pudding is rich and indulgent, and the truffle mac & cheese is the definition of comfort food with a gourmet twist. The charcuterie board is beautifully curated, and the chicken karaage is a must-try—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly executed. Oh, and the Caesar salad with shrimp is delicious! On top of that, their beverage program shines. The extensive wine selection is impressive and thoughtfully chosen, while the wine-a-ritas are fun, refreshing, and unique. Between the incredible menu, the stellar service, and the inviting atmosphere, this is a place you’ll want to return to again and again. I’m not even sure how such a quiet but unique place even exists here in Buda!?!?!? FANTASTIC!!!!! Nothing but praise. The butternut squash soup is full of umami!!! Burger was full of flavor and juicy. The feta and bread, just elegant.

Returned after a couple of years away .. what a difference. Table service instead of ordering at the casher a plus. Extensive menu options a plus. Updated decor a plus. Ordered the app feta spread, Entrees garlic shrimp, pork tenderloin with sides burrata salad & side of mushrooms. Olive cake for dessert. Food was well-seasoned and delicious. Friendly new service could be a bit more informative. Atmosphere nice. Will return.

We went out for our anniversary and loved the cozy, neat atmosphere. However, the host didn’t greet us or bring menus and water after we were seated. We waited at least 5 minutes before I waved to get their attention. We ordered several dishes, starting with the whipped feta, which was absolutely delicious—we devoured it. Next, we had sautéed mushrooms, pork tenderloin, and butternut squash. The mushrooms were interesting but slightly too salty and lemony. The texture and cooking were great, though. The pork tenderloin was surprisingly large but unfortunately dry, even with artichokes and cherry tomatoes to add moisture. It was also overly oily and lemony. The butternut squash dish, however, was fantastic. The fried gnocchi was unexpected but still enjoyable, and the squash was cooked perfectly. For dessert, we had olive oil cake, which was outstanding. It was beautifully presented, perfectly moist, and not overly sweet. Overall, it was a nice experience—perfect for a date night. The downtown Buda location was convenient, with easy parking and a pleasant area to walk around.

What a pleasant surprise! We stopped in unexpectedly and had a wonderful brunch with perfect service. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for great cuisine with a Spanish/Mediterranean flair in a comfortable atmosphere with a chill vibe. We will be back!
