Horribel customTerrible customer service experience. I bought a fitted sheet in this store and even double-checked through my French friend that it was the correct single children’s size. The saleswoman confirmed and even looked with us. Back home in Amsterdam, it turned out to be a double size — completely useless for us. Mistakes can happen, but what followed was truly awful: six weeks and more than twenty emails later, there was still no solution. Each time I had to explain the situation again, and every reply ended with “please come back to the store,” even though I had clearly said I live in Amsterdam. I also tried calling, but nobody spoke English. Such a shame — this used to be one of my favourite Paris shops. Everything is fine as long as nothing goes wrong, but if it does, the after-sales service is absolutely terrible.er service, refuse to solve

my family 3 kids, one of them a baby, and my husband got stuck in the shop s elevator. There were two really wonderful and caring nice ladies but the shop manager did not even apologize to my family and the kids were really scared after they got out after almost one hour stuck in there and no technical service would arrive in that tine!I really don t get how the shop manager did not even have a word to apologize for the frigentenung inconvenience or a simple lollipop to give to my children after one hour being stuck in a tiny place. I really thank the two woman in the lower floors who were really nice to me! And shop manager you should be ashamed!

Customer service deplorable. I was looking for a present for my baby , saw a nice beanie in the front store so I went to see it. I look in the store and was not able to locate it, so I decide to go back in front to see it and touch the material I wanted to put on the head of my daughter . The sale person yelled at me told me from the other side of the store “don’t not touch , the product are in the store” I let him know I haven’t find it but he went back to his task and didn’t feel like helping at all. I just left and felt this person broke my buying process, was unprofessional and should go to the unemployment if he don’t feel like working . I kept my money and the sales person didn’t have to work , seems prefect !

Wonderful children's clothing store. I went here a lot with my old employer. The clothing is all well made & very cute. The store also has a lot of other fun items to choose from - they have an array of toys, birthday party supplies, books, stickers, you name it. Its fun for adults & children to explore.

Quite rude shopkeepers. We arrived at 3:20pm on Saturday September 14 when the store was not at all busy, ready to shop and also use the photobooth. We decided to do the photos first. They declined to change my money so we promptly left. Would not recommend wasting your time and money.

This shop was on my list to do on our visit to Paris, unfortunately the rude shopkeepers didn't make us feel like staying and shopping there which FORTUNATELY led us to the Moulin Roty store right across the street. I've always been a fan of Moulin Roty for their adorable kids toys and deco and was very happy to find the shopkeepers there friendly, warm, and helpful. By the way, previously back at Bonton we wanted to try the photo booth as my daughter saw the fun props and the women at the cashier absolutely refused to change our money for coins and said the booth was not working today even though I literally just saw photos printed from it as we first walked in. If that's how you treat your customers, why even have a photobooth in the store?!

Nice things and clothing for kids but woeful service at the transaction counter / POS. We left with my fiancé crying (literally) after being attacked by the POS lady. There were identical blue shirts we included in our purchase for our son and one was on sale at 30% the other at 50% (which is what we had been told in the clothing dpt) and once the transaction was under way my fiancé queried the larger amount on a total 169 euro bill. The store receptionist refused to refund any portion and we had to go to manager and spend 30 Minutes in the shop arguing over this which left us with a very negative impression at the end of what should have been a very enjoyable and positively memorable shopping experience with our son, Lucien on his first Paris visit.
