Date : 15/11/25- 18/11/25 Staying at the Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort & Spa was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and warm welcome made me feel instantly at home. A special mention goes to Mr. Kohseng at the reception—his professionalism, kindness, and genuine desire to help set the tone for my entire stay. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable. His service is truly top-tier and reflects the high standards of the hotel. The housekeeping team also deserves praise. My room was always impeccably clean, fresh, and beautifully arranged. Every detail—from the linen to the thoughtful touches—showed how dedicated and attentive the staff are. The overall hospitality and vibe of the resort were simply outstanding. The peaceful riverside setting, the lush atmosphere, and the warm smiles from every staff member made the stay feel luxurious yet homey. Whether relaxing by the river, enjoying the facilities, or interacting with the team, the experience was consistently five-star. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. I’ll definitely return!

We recently stayed at the Anantara riverside for four nights. We loved the hotel with its beautiful grounds and location on the river. The pool area is surrounded by trees and planting and has a large pool and separate jacuzzi with plenty of beds and attentive pool staff. Our room was of a good size and kept very clean by the housekeeping staff. The hotel has a range of restaurants and is also very near to the Avani + hotel and its adjoined shopping centre. While there is not a BTS station nearby the hotel provides a regular river shuttle to the station across the river which is probably quicker than using the BTS itself (it also goes to the Iconsiam shopping area). The staff were lovely and a special mention to the spa staff and the wonderful treatment I enjoyed there. We would definitely recommend this hotel and very much enjoyed our stay here.

This hotel is Amazing! Normally we come to stay here every 3 months since my daughter was a little until now she is 7 years old. Here is our favourite place and my daughter loves this spot. There is a kids club, kids pool and Nice restaurants. Breakfast is very good with a nice view of the Chao Phraya River and more than that, the service is excellent. This time we stayed for 3 nights( 14-17 Nov) We met "Sky" who took very good care of us at The Breakfast restaurant. He has service mind and enthusiastic in providing service. We had a truly enjoyable stay at the Anantara Riverside Hotel in Bangkok. The location is perfect for a relaxed getaway while still being conveniently close to ICONSIAM, the BTS/MRT lines, and other major attractions. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the swimming pool, the kids club, the extensive breakfast selection with something for everyone, and the free boat shuttle every 30 minutes.. such a unique and convenient perk! The only minor points for improvement would be updating the rooms, which feel slightly dated, and perhaps installing double-glass windows to reduce the occasional noise from party boats — though it didnt affect our stay.

A fabulous hotel. The staff make you feel special the moment you walk in through the front door. All the restaurants and bars are excellent serving a variety of meals, wine and beer from around the region and world. The room is excellently presented and well appointed. One very minor point - We took the hotel’s own pick-up service from the hotel. Whilst prompt, the e-class Mercedes was too small for our 3 medium sized suitcases!

A quick stay and unfortunately bad weather so didn’t show the hotel in the best light. Very very friendly and helpful concierge wearing traditional outfits (think he was head concierge). Really makes a difference with such warm service. All the team were so well trained to say hello and offer help when needed. Thai Dancing was a nice touch and the musician was so sweet. A credit to the hotel. Beautiful design throughout the hotel with lots of character and I think in sunny weather, the pool and other spaces would be amazing. Showing its age in parts. Nice pub/bar on the ground floor. It was great to have activities but they need to replace the dart board - terrible condition and cheap and easy fix. Pool table is fun (although uneven with a roll) and the staff behind the bar were also nice. Overall, worth staying and a good hotel. Just needs a little more attention to detail in places, which I appreciate is not easy with a big property. Thank you 😊

From the moment we arrived, every detail was handled with such warmth and care. Our room was stunning, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and had a breathtaking view of the river that made every morning and evening feel magical. Ms Budsara was so kind and helpful, ensuring everything was perfect in our room. The entire experience was seamless, from the attentive service and thoughtful touches to the incredible dining experiences that exceeded every expectation. A heartfelt thank you for making my parents’ birthdays so special. The kindness, personal touches, and genuine hospitality of the team made their celebrations truly memorable. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories, and we are already looking forward to returning to this beautiful place.

What a lovely hotel resort in the heart of Bangkok. Stayed here for 3 nights before moving on to Koh Samet. Wonderful staff, lovely food, great rooms, comfy beds and a boat shuttle to take you into the city. The riverside bar is a beautiful place to spend time either before dinner or after, loved it here. There are lots of staff that are always ready to help with any issue, you just have to ask. The concierge service(big thanks to Diamond G and colleagues) was amazing! Planned a wonderful day trip for us which was not on our agenda, taking in the train market, floating markets and elephants park. marvelous! Need a cab? Just ask. Need help out and about, just give them a call. Front desk helped with a travel adapter, and room was cleaned and tidied every day to a high standard. We didn't use all the many facilities, but they looked great. Loads of restaurants which were lovely too! I'll shut up now! 😃🙏
